I primarily use a cryotherapy device for these treatments; it has been clinically proven that a specific cold temperature can safely & painlessly kill fat cells, which are then removed naturally as waste via the body's lymphatic system. I recommend starting with regular MLD before you go under to prepare your body as much as possible, then starting again as soon as 2 days after your procedure. MLD can expedite your results and reduce pain immensely. It is an incredibly gentle massage technique that moves fluid without adding trauma to the area. Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage is very different from MLD and uses firm, methodical techniques to ease bloating, aid in digestion, and sculpt the abdominal muscles.
