Makeup and hair was incredible! Jen and Val were amazing and brought such great energy to the getting ready party! They were on time, were on schedule, and did a phenomenal job! They were easy to work with, from beginning to end, and I felt so comfortable with them! All the girls loved them and had a great time; everyone looked so beautiful!! Looking at the video and pictures, I feel like they executed my vision perfectly, and I felt like me. I looked and felt like a beautiful bride! Highly recommend!

I am so glad we hired VivaLaGlam for our wedding day! The results from my trial were absolutely beautiful. Jen & Val were so fun to spend time with. On wedding day we were running late, but there were lots of girls to glam. I could not have been happier with the results of my bridal hair and makeup. I cannot ask for a better team. Both Val and Jen understood and executed exactly what myself and my bridal group requested. My wedding coordinator recommended Viva La Glam, and I'm very happy she did. Jen was absolutely fantastic to work with, and the rest of the bridal party agreed! She not only did my bridal makeup multiple times, however also showed up at 5am the day of my wedding full of energy. I tried a few different bridal trials and Viva La Glam was the only one that had a phone call, get to know myself with questions on what you were looking for before the trial! Day of trial was a blast! Jen and Val were fun, asked me questions, took feedback, and continued to work with me to find what I liked! Day of wedding, Jen was sick and instantly called me with a solution to make sure I was ok with it! Appreciate it so much! Kim came in place to do makeup and Val did hair! We had 7 hair and 3 makeup! There is no amount of words to adequately describes how absolutely wonderful, and amazing Val and Jen were! They took care of my family and I for my wedding and absolutely killed everyone's look. They were so accommodating to any changes we requested, which honestly were minimal, and had great suggestions for us. They're very genuine people with amazing energy, and personalities - at some point it truly felt like we were a group of great friends just having a good time together. They really helped start such an important, nerve wracking day on a good note. We all looked absolutely gorgeous, no one melted in the heat and everyone's hair stayed in place. Viva La Glam was absolutely the best choice I could have made for my wedding day. Val and Jen were simply amazing! They were able to make my entire wedding party feel at ease and our make up did not melt off during the hot Texas summer and our hair stayed in place. I absolutely loved working with Heidi!! She was so amazing. I have curly hair and hooded eyes, so I was very nervous booking a hair stylist/makeup artist (I've had some bad experiences in the past). I waited until about 2 months before my wedding, so I had a moment where I didn't think I would find a HMU stylist. I'm so happy Viva La Glam had availability!! I did a trial with Heidi and it made me SO excited to work with her. She helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted and also gave me advice for what would look best. On the wedding day, she was punctual and accommodating. A few of my bridesmaids got their hair/makeup done (they looked absolutely beautiful, btw) and she finished early with them. She was ok with waiting for me before doing my hair and makeup (because I was too busy crying over notes from my bridal party and wanted to get the tears out so I didn't ruin my makeup). My hair and makeup ended up absolutely perfect. I felt so beautiful and confident, and I absolutely love how it looked in photos!! My makeup and hair also held up very well through lots of tears and the heat/humidity of our early June wedding, so extra props for that!

Omg!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!! Everyone complimented on how gorgeous I looked at my wedding and could not believe after being in the heat that my hair and makeup was still on point! 👌🏽 you guys are truly amazing!!!!!! I cannot thank y’all enough! It was 97 degrees outside, hot and humid but my makeup lasted all night. I kept asking my now husband if I was shiny at all or looked greasy and of course he said no! Jen and Val were absolutely amazing! They made the atmosphere so amazing! From hyping up the girls, being so caring with my mother in law and nieces, and talking me through how beautiful the day is and how I was going to be. Jen and Val have done my hair and make up for every wedding that I have been in, it was only fitting that they were there for my big day as well! As a person that is so picky with my make up and hair these 2 knocked it out of the park. The day of my wedding I went a complete 180 from my trial with my make up and Jen was so game! I wanted more of a full coverage look and feel and boy she did not disappoint! Val tweaked some of the style that we spoke about and it turned out better than ever!! THESE GIRLS ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

My bridesmaids and I (bride) had the absolute best experience with Viva La Glam. They were beyond accommodating and so very talented! Everyone was so happy with the services received. They even managed to provide services to our grandmothers who were flower girls in my ceremony. It was important to me that they felt beautiful and Kim and Turquoise made that happen-for all of us. My bridal party as well as myself got our hair and makeup done for my wedding with Viva La Glam. We absolutely loved our time with them while getting reading the morning of the big day. All three ladies were so kind and personable and made the morning very enjoyable with no stress! We all loved how our makeup and hair turned out and I could not thank them enough!

Viva La Glam were amazing to work with for my wedding! From the day I first contacted them, they were always so friendly and responsive in answering any questions I had throughout the whole process. I booked them early in the year for my recent December wedding, and they helped me with my hair/makeup trials, hair/makeup for my engagement photos, and made my bridesmaids and I look perfect on my wedding day. Our hair and makeup artists Franky and Jai are super talented and did such an amazing job. I felt beautiful the whole night! I highly recommend them and the rest of the Viva La Glam team. Jen, the owner, is also very friendly and was awesome too. Even after the wedding is over, I would definitely come back for any special occasions that need some extra glam!

I went looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly makeup artist at the last minute and was struck with the best luck finding Viva La Glam! Jennifer was super quick to respond and excited to work with us. My concern was mainly for my wife, who is trans woman who hasn’t fully transitioned yet. I wanted to make sure she not only felt comfortable with her makeup artist but also had someone who knew what would work best for her. She was able to do a trial in studio to figure out what she liked and what worked well for her. Anita came to us on our wedding day and did both of our looks. Not only did she do a FABULOUS job, she also made us feel super comfortable and confident on our special day! I also felt very comfortable with the pricing of their services. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for this team and I highly recommend them to any bride, but especially to any queer person getting married! 💖

I hired Viva La Glam for my and my girl's hair for my wedding day. Turquoise was my stylist and she did such a fantastic job with everyone. We all felt beautiful! She also did a great job of checking in with me to make sure I liked everything, and made tweaks where I wanted! Jen (the owner/manager) was also so easy to work with. The prices were $135 for bridal hair, $90 for bridesmaids/moms, and $40 for my flower girl. They also do makeup, but I cannot speak to this as I used someone else for makeup.

I can not say enough amazing things about Jen and Val!! From consultation to my bridal trial all the way to the day of, Jen was amazing and Val did awesome on everyone’s hair! They are so fun and had everyone relaxed on what is a pretty stressful day. They were so accommodating to everyone in my bridal party which was 4 bridesmaid, two flower girls and my mother and mother in law. I highly recommend Viva La Glam to anyone wanting amazing hair and makeup done in a great environment. My makeup lasted the whole day which of course included tears during my first look with my dad and my first look/vows with my husband. I have never felt more beautiful and all my girls looked amazing! Love this team 🤍

For a good time call Jen and Val! They kept us cracking up all day. I felt so comfortable, you would have never guessed we had just met that morning. They worked with all my bridesmaids different looks, and took suggestions with stride. I have never felt so beautiful; their work just enhanced my features. 5 stars really isn’t enough, I’d hire them again and again!

Jai and Cedar did absolutely amazing. They stayed on schedule and even got a little ahead of schedule at one point. All of my girls looked amazing and felt beautiful. They were both very friendly and personable and worked well with everyone. When it was my turn in the chair, I was able to relax knowing they were on their A-game. Both my hair and makeup stayed put and on the entire night, even after all the dancing and running around. If I ever need hair and makeup artists again, they’ll probably be the first people I look for.

The Viva La Glam team was great to work with for my wedding. I was always able to reach out and get my questions answered without delay. A good amount of time on a wedding day is spent getting ready. Val and Kim were so fun while making our desired looks come to life. These ladies fit right in with us as if they were our longtime friends. All of our looks held up during a hot summer wedding. I’m so glad we used Viva La Glam and would recommend to others!

Jai, Val, Cedar, and Kim were the hair/makeup artists that we used for my wedding on July 6. They were all AMAZING. They were really sweet to us and fun. They did a location change with us and we’re super cool about it. They took into consideration everything that all our girls wanted and allowed us to make our opinions heard. Highly recommend this team. Danielle and Jen were also great! Very communicative and understanding.

I booked with Viva La Glam for my wedding on Saturday June 17, 2023. My experience from start to finish was truly amazing. From my first conversation I instantly felt comfortable and knew that I would be taken care of. I did hair & make up for my bridal shoot in May and loved it! It was communicated to me since my bridal shoot hair and make up appointment that the stylist on the day of my wedding would be two different stylist, and I was completely OK with us. I trusted that any stylist with Viva La Glam would do amazing work, and I was 100% correct. Day of wedding experience was perfect! The girls and I loved our hair and make up, and even on one of the hottest days of the summer, it lasted all day!

I hired two teams for my wedding for 20 total services. Team Members: Val, Becca, Cedar, & Jai *EVERYONE was commenting on how beautiful the entire bridal party looked! JAI: THE BEST MAKEUP ARTIST EVER! He is so personable, funny, and really listens to your vision. You can ask him to change things and he does not take offense AT ALL. He is really focussed on making you FEEL as confident as possible. I specifically requested him for my bridal makeup, my mom, and my sister (MOH). Jen (management) was so kind, took the time to understand my concerns about a severe gluten allergy (celiac) and took pictures of products in the artists bag, shared prep info with them, and was very kind and positive about it. Overall wedding day: There was no power on the entire grid of seguin the morning of my wedding, so I had to call Jen at 8 AM and tell her to have the team go to a brand new location by 9:15 AM. 3/4 beat the bridal party to new location. One showed up late. The team immediately adapted and made the most of the literal last minute changes. Critiques: 1. Sometimes communication is lost between Jen and her assistants, so it is best to follow up with both Jen and Danielle to double check any concerns have been communicated to whole team 2. The time they said it would take (9:30 am- 1:30 pm) was not enough, so just plan for extra time on your timeline! That way your party can ask for adjustments without feeling rushed!

Jennifer and the team at Viva La Glam are some of the kindest people I have worked with! I don’t usually wear makeup, so hiring a glam team for my wedding felt overwhelming, but Jennifer helped walk me through each step. She was great at communicating with me, making sure that everything was ready for my trial run as well as the wedding day. She was incredibly warm and I felt like I was chatting with a friend. For makeup, we worked with Jai, and Valerie did our hair; they were both so lovely, professional, and made me and the bridal party feel like the best version of ourselves. They both came fully prepared and kept everything running on time and moving smoothly. If you’re looking for a glam team for a wedding or special event, Viva La Glam is great!

I had the best experience with Jen and her team! From the very beginning when I first inquired about my wedding makeup, Jen setup a call to ensure that she knew exactly what I wanted before booking. She made me feel super comfortable as I don’t wear makeup on a regular basis. The day of my wedding Val and Kim were AMAZING! My hair and makeup were better than my trial which I didn’t think was possible! All my girls raved about their services and how their hair and makeup stayed intact through the night. These girls truly care about your needs and making you feel your very best!

The Viva La Glam team is incredible! I loved my hair and makeup for my wedding day and the whole bridal party loved their looks. It was really important to me that my bridesmaids, mom, mother in law and our grandmas felt special, confident and beautiful for the wedding and this team exceeded our wildest dreams!! We loved the whole team I got for my wedding! They were super accommodating as I had 15 people including myself getting makeup and hair services. The team got to our hotel at on time to start getting everybody ready at 7am and they were amazing! Everybody was super impressed by how thorough and efficient they were, as well as how well our hair and makeup stayed on the whole day! Several of us are suffering from hormonal acne (ugh... hate getting old), but we felt so much more confident after our hair and makeup was applied! It truly was like any blemishes were invisible. It truly made our day! The team always asked us about our skin type and what our visions were and kept it in mind! I especially want to thank Jai and Val, who did my hair and makeup. They are truly amazing artists, who really cared about my look and making sure I liked it. They did my makeup trial and my hair and makeup for my day. I absolutely love them! My hair and makeup stayed on until well past midnight (over 12 hours!), and I'm so greatful! Would highly recommend the team!

THE. BEST. GLAM. TEAM! The owner, Jennifer, is the reason I chose Viva La Glam to be a part of my wedding day. She is so kind and sweet! Out of all of the HMU teams I had consultations with, she was the only one that asked about the story of how my (now) husband and I met and how other parts of wedding planning were going. She was also the only person to ask me about my everyday hair, makeup, and skincare routine so that we could make sure I was prepped and ready for the big day. I did 2 trials with them, and I’m glad I did because I felt confident on the day of my wedding. We had Franky and Cedar for hair, and Anita and Chanel for makeup. They are so nice and so FUN! They were ready to party with me and my bridesmaids! I had 11 people that got both hair and makeup done for my wedding, and they were even able to accommodate 2 extra services last minute. I will definitely be going back to them if I ever need to get glammed up for a special event!

I LOVED my wedding day makeup! I wanted a pretty natural look, and Viva La Glam did a wonderful job, and my bridesmaids felt the same way. I was slightly less happy with my hair -- the braid was thin, even though I'd asked for it to be pretty thick AND because it didn't stay up much longer than my first dance. My bridesmaids had to re-curl and hairspray their own hair even before we took pictures. But Jennifer was super friendly and worked out a timeline for all of us ahead of time, which was so nice.

YALL!!! I was one of those brides who had no idea what I wanted to look like on the day of my wedding and I wasn’t really sure which direction to go. I started looking up businesses who made their clients look like superstars and Viva La Glam was on the top of my list. I immediately fell in love with their work, and how sweet Jen was on the phone. Jen is super easy to talk to. I know that I kept changing my mind on what I wanted as far as my looks go and if you are one of those brides who is unsure, or maybe you are just changing your mind, Jen totally understands and will take notes of any changes you want. Trust me, you want to make sure that you hire someone who knows what they’re doing, their staff knows what they’re doing, and that they are very kind to you. When I first met the team, I felt like I already knew them because they were just so fun to be around lol. It didn’t even feel like I was doing a trial when I was with them, because it really felt like we were just a bunch of friends hanging out and they were doing my hair and make up lol. They made me look like a freaking princess on my wedding day and my girls looked super beautiful. I trust this entire team with all my heart. On the day of my wedding, Jen even offered to drive up to do my make up herself! All the girls do an amazing job. Val and Kim were the biggest sweethearts ever and made us all look like 1 million dollars <3 A big thank you to Jen and her team. If I could do my big day all over again, I would 1000% hire them. I can not recommend them enough. I had a cancellation with my previous vendor 5 days before the wedding. Jennifer accommodated me even thought it was a short notice. They were very detailed and pleasant to work with. Turquoise and Avery were great. My hair and make up looked great even towards the end of ceremony. I would definitely work with them again.

Jennifer and Valerie is a fun duo you would want to have for your wedding. Their humor is top-notch! And skills are 5 stars! Showed Jen months before the makeup that I wanted from this specific makeup artist in Asia and boy did she deliver! Not only did she use the same professional make up brands but also paid close attention to the strokes and details. Same goes with Val, she’s a master of her craft, the way she flicks her wrist to create perfect waves — still a mystery to me. My girls also loved their service and their vibe! Would recommend and would book again for future occasions!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. My hairstylist backed out two days before our wedding and she was able to adjust our hair schedule accordingly. She is just such a sweet soul. My make up for my bridals and wedding came out absolutely gorgeous. She is just so easy to talk to and made me and my bridesmaids feel so comfortable.

If you're looking for a team to come on-site to your wedding venue, Viva La Glam will be there on time, with all their equipment and have a plan to have everyone done on time for photos. 5/5 would recommend Viva La Glam! I booked them for my Bridal hair. I did a bridal trial and wanted to make some adjustments based on that. After speaking with Jennifer and Valarie we came up with a game plan on how to make my hair style perfect for the wedding. They were both so communicative and understanding! The day of the wedding Valarie did an amazing job! She was on time and was so prepared! I did the modern Hollywood waves and they stayed the entire day and night!! She also was able to complete 7 other girls hairstyles in a short amount of time with no concerns. It was absolute perfection!! 5/5 would recommend!

And Jai was absolutely amazing day of. He was punctual and professional and so patient with me. We had a trial and didn’t do a single thing the same once it came to wedding day and he didn’t skip a beat, he absolutely slayed my makeup. Loved everything about my experience with Viva La Glam! Me and my bridal party all loved our hair and makeup so much and they truly made us all feel beautiful. I don’t wear much makeup, but my makeup lasted all day and I just loved how Jen listened to what I wanted and any suggestions and brought my ideas to life. Valerie gave me the exact hairstyle I wanted that lasted the whole day and made me feel so confident. It was a true joy spending the hours getting ready with them, they are just lovely people who we are lucky to have worked with and gotten to know.

Viva la Glam did my hair and makeup for my wedding on a October 28th and for my 5 bridesmaid. Cedar and Jen were the ones that helped us that day and they were extremely nice and made us look fabulous. The makeup was very natural looking which is what I wanted and everyone did their hair a little different and everyone was very happy with what she did. And everything lasted all night through photos, dancing, and tears! Everyone from the team (we worked with Jen, Val, Jai, and Cedar) was so friendly and made the getting ready process fun! I mean come on - we had duets to my music and danced in our chairs. That's fantastic :) I cannot tell everyone enough how amazing my experience was, how beautiful I felt, and you can bet I will not only recommend the Viva team's services to anyone needing hair/makeup but will absolutely keep them in mind for events in my own future! Don't walk, run and book this team for your big day immediately!

Jen, Valerie, and Kim were all amazing and I am so glad I chose them for my wedding day! In addition to myself, I had 10 girls getting hair and makeup done for the day. Posted this on Google, but wanted to share on The Knot! Viva La Glam came out to my wedding in a small town outside of San Antonio and got right to work! They were so prepared and VERY thorough!! The hair stylist, Valerie, was able to put my thick and difficult hair into a beautiful updo that lasted all night (even with all the heat, wind, and jumping around). She did an amazing job with down hairstyles for the bridesmaids as well. The makeup artist, Jai, was amazing and made sure every lady had the perfect makeup before leaving the makeup chair. The makeup felt so airy and lasted a long time! They are such a great team and finished on perfect time for photos and the wedding ceremony!

Viva La Glam was fantastic to work with for my wedding on 9/24/22. Jennifer was super responsive throughout the process and made the time to chat with me via phone call to answer questions I had before booking. Not only was she helpful in this respect, but she also helped me find my day of coordinator, who I absolutely loved! Valerie and Kimberly were the stylists who did my hair and makeup, as well as hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and some family for my wedding. They were super professional, while still keeping it light with fun conversation. They were quick to do touch-ups or change something if someone asked for it. I had the privilege of working with Valerie for my bridal portraits as well and she was super great. She helped me figure out what my haircut should be before the wedding so that I could get the look I wanted. My initial makeup artist couldn't attend last minute, but I could not have been happier with the work that Kimberly did instead. She was able to squeeze in an extra makeup service (that I asked for the morning of!!) and never once did we feel rushed or in a hurry. She made our makeup look glam but it still felt light, which was perfect for what we wanted. Viva La Glam has a great Instagram, and great reviews, which are well deserved. Our makeup and hair lasted the entire day, even with an outside ceremony and crazy wind. The makeup and hair stayed all throughout the reception until the end of the night. Not once did I need to touch anything up throughout my event. I would absolutely recommend Viva La Glam for any professional styling needed!

Viva La Glam did makeup and hair for my wedding on September 3rd. They traveled 3 hours in order to be there for us and it was well worth it. I absolutely loved having Jen and her team with us, they made the day so much better. I had them doing 12 makeup and hair looks, each different. They did perfect and gave everyone the look they wanted and made my day so special.

Jen and her team took the time to listen, take notes, and give my daughter exactly what she wanted. The day of the wedding, both the hair and makeup artists started promptly on time. They work incredibly well under pressure and have excellent time management skills, especially given that they had to complete hair and makeup for the bride, 6 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, the groom's mother, and the flower girl. After weeks of looking for a makeup artist in a new city (to me) I found Viva La Glam while scrolling on Instagram. I reached out to Jennifer and she quickly answered all of my questions and we scheduled a day to chat and book a trial run for makeup. Her personality and energy on the phone call made the decision an easy one because I just knew she was going to make it an amazing experience. I came to the makeup trial with a general idea of what I wanted and she made it happened. It’s hard to find someone that will give you more natural looking makeup, but she NAILED IT! And let’s not forget about Veronica (hair stylist) who was just as amazing! She brought the idea I had for my hair to life. And even when I decided that I wanted to do something different the day of my wedding, she nailed it! They really do make sure you are completely happy with everything. They are hilarious and the entire glam session was a blast! Can’t wait to be able to book them again for any major event.

Jen and the team are just incredible ! I was a bit worried about having my makeup done for my wedding as I have always done it myself for special events, but I talked with Jen and she made me feel super comfortable and reassured, and she will make sure you are happy with everything. She made me look and feel fantastic on my wedding day and she was an absolute joy to work with. OMG we love Viva La Glam! I hired Jennifer and her team to do the hair and makeup for my wedding. Jennifer and V did the hair and makeup for four bridesmaids, an officiant, two moms and me (the bride), and finished ahead of schedule, which is super important when trying to keep on time on your wedding day. We all looked lovely, and the hair and makeup held up all day from about noon to midnight, through dancing and eating and so much sweating. The best thing I can say about them is that after they left, multiple bridesmaids said to me, "Wow, I loved them. They were the best hype women ever! I feel so pretty and good about myself now!" Jennifer and her team truly are the ultimate hype ladies, and you need them for your event!

From the dreaming and planning process, to trials, to the day of, Jennifer and her team were outstanding. I wear a “normal” amount of make up for a female in her mid-twenties, but had never really dreamt of how I would do it on my wedding day. She brought my vision to life and made me feel stunning while still feeling like me. She made several hours worth of sessions of sitting in a chair go by quickly with her refreshing and joyful personality. I loved my hair and makeup from this team so much, I’d get married all over again just to work with them.

I was so nervous my wedding morning, but having both of their calm and confident energies helped a ton. Not to mention their skill set is top notch! Viva La Glam is the BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!! Jen and her team were absolutely phenomenal! They are top tier in the beauty industry! We had 12 girls total, and they were so fast & efficient with quality work. They traveled to our venue and were the most fun, outgoing, professional group of girls! They made us all feel beautiful and confident. Communication was very easy! We had makeup and hair trials & Jen was receptive of what we wanted differently on the wedding day. I almost cried when Jen showed me the mirror after she was finished. You cannot go wrong with this team!!! Our makeup lasted all night even through dancing, sweating, crying, eating, etc. They are the sweetest girls and we would 10000000% recommend them!
