onestly, I don't know a single thing that went wrong on our wedding day and if something did happen, it was taken care of quickly and something I never had to worry about dealing with on my wedding day (can you ask for anything more?!). Due to Covid postponing my wedding twice (and already originally having a long engagement), I worked with Stephanie from early 2019 for our original June 2020 date all the way to February 2022 for our actual wedding day. As you can imagine, planning and postponing a wedding during a global pandemic where the rules and regulation were always changing was extremely stressful and emotional. Stephanie was there every step of the way to help with the logistics and also the emotional stress! Stephanie and Kristin were helpful, professional, and kind all day of the wedding. They made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it, made sure the bridal party and family members were where they should be and when, made sure vendors were on time and getting their jobs completed, etc. Our friends and family (especially my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law) raved about how amazing they were the whole day! Stephanie and her team are truly AMAZING! You will not regret hiring and working with Viva L'Event! <3

She sent me ideas and always kept me on track regarding decisions I needed to make. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect, she was the most amazing planner - making everything go off without a hitch. She took all my ideas and worked to get me the best pricing, the right vendors, and executed everything perfectly. I also did not want my wedding to look so cookie cutter like so many others I had seen and she totally helped me make it unique and modern while keeping it classy. s not going well but we were nervous about changing at that point. I will tell you it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Stephanie helped us make a smooth transition and demonstrated great communication and hard work since that point on. She explained Kristin would help us from there since she would be there the day of. Throughout those last two months, they both worked hard to redo several elements that were already planned and communicated so well with me throughout the entire process. There were several parts to our small wedding that were a lot of extra work but Kristin put in extra effort to ensure that they went well. I was extremely impressed with her communication with the other vendors the day of and how kind but direct she was long after I would have lost my patience. Our wedding day was so hot and Kristin worked so hard the entire day. Of course things were not perfect, as they never are, but I was able to relax and know that Kristin could handle anything that came up. We were able to laugh when things went off schedule and have fun which I am so grateful for. I will also say that we are not your traditional wedding people but created something that was a reflection of Dan and I as a couple and we felt supported in that the entire way. As a female small business owner myself, I can say that Viva L'Event is extremely well run and these women know the meaning of hard work. I have no idea how they do it and do it so well but you will not be sorry about hiring them. Their experience shows in everything that they do. We are very grateful and will miss working with them.

f our fantastic vendors. Stephanie is great with meticulous details, and from the moment we met her, we knew we were in great hands! I am a bit of a nontraditional bride that prefers blacks, and golds, and Stephanie was right there with my vision. She organized our rehearsal, ceremony and reception flawlessly. I was in shock at how beautiful everything was. I felt like my reception and ceremony were something out of a bridal magazine. Her floral design was breathtaking, and our guests were gushing about the flowers and centerpieces throughout the night. At the end of our reception, Stephanie had everything packed up and ready to go! It made the end of our night so simple. Hiring Stephanie and her team really took a lot of stress out of our wedding day and wedding planning. I really do not know how we could have done it without her.

worrying over the vendors or the decorations or last minute rain plans :) She met with us twice before the wedding and was always available and helpful over email with recommendations and advice when I needed her. And the decorations at the entrance table - wow! I had a very vaguely formed plan for the space and just kind of handed her a box of stuff and it came out beautiful! She definitely has a great eye for design, is very professional, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her!
