I worked with Tricia for our engagement ring. She was fantastic. I didn't know much about diamonds and she was incredibly educational at every step of the way. She helped me find the perfect diamond at an unbelievable price. My fiancee loves the ring and has been getting a ton of compliments on it. I enjoyed working with Tricia so much that I referred my dad to her so he could get custom diamond earrings for my mom. He was just as impressed and we will be using her for any jewelry needs we have moving forward.

Tricia was absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. We maintained a super close correspondence through the whole process, and she immediately got the the vision I was outlining to her for the ring and made it a reality. I was lucky enough to be referred to Tricia by her brother I met through deployment. From start to finish her customer service stood out from the first call she took from me. Asking questions and getting me spun up on jewelry in general. Never bought jewelry before so this was all new to me. WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. VG messaged me through an engagement ring message board and I thought at first, who is this random person sending me an offer to make my ring. But I trusted my gut and dove into the process with Tricia and I couldn't be happier. Let's start at the end - people stop my fiancée constantly and compliment her on her ring. She can't stop looking at it. I am ecstatic at the way it turned out. The process was simple, VG's overhead is much smaller than the larger stores with huge storefronts and multiple employees, so her prices cannot be beat. Not online, and not in store. She has a jeweler she works with in NYC that makes the custom setting and is incredibly talented. The prongs on my setting are small and understated, the hidden halo is shiny and strong, and the ring is a work of art. It was about four weeks from her first message to having my ring in my hand. She will not settle for anything less than the best for her customers, and it shows as she constantly steered me away from terrible choices in both setting and ring. Sometimes you get a salesperson who you can't trust, and sometimes you get a consultant who charges and arm and a leg but won't sell you anything. Tricia can be trusted and she knows her stuff, she's the best of both worlds and a welcome respite from the car-salesman-y world of diamond shopping.

I ordered a few different pieces from Vivian Grace. They came in the cutest packaging with a handwritten note 😍 Each piece is amazing! My new favorite necklace is the Gemma Pave Bar necklace in rose gold. The quality exceeded all my expectations as I have not taken it off for weeks and it has survived multiple trips to the lake, two vacations and being pulled on by babies. I wear my rose gold Kiro Halo ring everyday as well and get all of the compliments. Love this line so much and will definitely be ordering more 💕💕
