She can't stop looking at it. I am ecstatic at the way it turned out. The process was simple, VG's overhead is much smaller than the larger stores with huge storefronts and multiple employees, so her prices cannot be beat. Not online, and not in store. She has a jeweler she works with in NYC that makes the custom setting and is incredibly talented. The prongs on my setting are small and understated, the hidden halo is shiny and strong, and the ring is a work of art. It was about four weeks from her first message to having my ring in my hand. She will not settle for anything less than the best for her customers, and it shows as she constantly steered me away from terrible choices in both setting and ring. Sometimes you get a salesperson who you can't trust, and sometimes you get a consultant who charges and arm and a leg but won't sell you anything. Tricia can be trusted and she knows her stuff, she's the best of both worlds and a welcome respite from the car-salesman-y world of diamond shopping.
