My husband and I are so grateful we chose them to capture our special day! Photo and video is one of the more pricier vendors aside from your food/reception venue but they are so reasonably price especially for the amazing work they do! For us it was a priority to have our day captured with a team that truly understands weddings and love stories and who really care for couples and wants to be apart of their happiness to exude all that emotion. The VIVIDfotos team did exactly that! They're our most involved and caring vendor- always willing to answer ?s beyond photo/video and to help with anything! The team is amazing from the start: Melissa's so prompt with replies from my first inquiry and throughout, our 1st meeting with Bal and Mel went smoothly- they showed us their amazing work and told us about their company answering our questions but never making us feel pressured into committing to them- they're such talented owners, photographers and an awesome husband and wife team! I believe everything happens for a reason and when my first option for photo/video didn't end up working out I was so stressed and devastated but it was a blessing since it led me to finding VIVIDfotos and we were much more comfortable with them-they're easy going and a better fit for us! The rest of the team is just as talented: Derek and Crysta are awesome in capturing the video aspect of our day and Ryan's creative eye in editing all the footage to display our love story into our same day edit and wedding videos are PRICELESS! I still cry with joy each time I watch my videos or look at my pictures...my loved ones all agree that they turned out spectacular! It's due to the VIVIDfotos team: they are truly wonderful people who are amazing at their craft and willing to help in any way! They even helped make our wedding slideshow after we had scanned all our photos-awesome job Crysta: we loved it! We went to pick up our wedding pics and some were shown to us in a slideshow they created (I love the songs they chose) I was in awe, teared up and totally speechless! Everything was packaged so sleek and nice in a black box with our USB drive and printed pictures wrapped up in a black silk ribbon! Again their attention to detail is amazing, like in our same day edit: our ring shot was done in a bible book- WE LOVED IT! We had a catholic ceremony- it's an important part of my life and for them to incorporate their creativity and come up with that bible ring shot- it meant so much to me! They truly get to know you as a couple: meeting with you several times so they can best portray your story in their art and it shows- we're so happy with how our wedding videos, pictures, same day edit, and signature edit came out so personalized...true BRILLIANCE! They also gave us a handwritten card to get some SB coffee on them to help relieve stress! Truly the best!

Melissa, Bambino and their entire VIVIDfotos crew were so easy to work with, professional, and responsive; these are all qualities that you want in your wedding day photographer and videographer if you want these photos and videos to capture your special day...forever. Your wedding day will be a blur--the day flies by so quickly for all of the planning time you've invested. There are moments and items that you've spent a lot of time and energy on that you simply will not see because everything is such a blur, but VIVIDfotos will be there to capture every moment, element and emotion. Their turnaround time is very reasonable, quality is unparalled and editing skills are dramatic, emotional, and captivating. I could not imagine any other photographer or videographer capturing our wedding day--we are so thankful to have worked with such an amazing team!

very comparable to other photographers... and we were so happy with that cause their pictures were jaw dropping! They were so friendly, organized, and professional. We immediately felt comfortable with them. Our engagement photos were magical and so we booked them for our actual wedding event. Everything they do... down to the way they package our USB drive and write cute notes (they even sent us a Starbucks gift card a few months before our wedding)... is absolutely elegant and beautiful. I’m in love with our wedding day pictures! They really made sure to include pictures/poses that we wanted. Their signature edits are completely stunning! You truly get more than your money’s worth! I would highly recommend them and definitely plan on using them in the future for any major photo shoots we have.

They asked if we wanted to stop but we all wanted to get that underwater shot). Mel and Bal are so talented and you can tell they love what they do. For our wedding we hired them as our videographer (yes they do cinematography as well) and our wedding videos came out everything I had hoped they would be! And talk about efficiency. They got our whole video done one month after the wedding! They are a great company and I highly recommend them to everyone! (P.S. I still use their services for family photos and hopefully in the future baby gender reveal).

The photos turned out great and we loved that the how the colors were so vivid (their name is fitting). At that point, we booked VividFotos for our wedding day. Closer to the wedding date, we booked a second photoshoot following my wife’s make up trial. This time around, Bal was the primary shooter. He was very easy to work with and we instantly felt that same comfort level as with Melissa. The photos turned out just as great as the first photoshoot with the same quick turnaround. On our wedding day, we had VividFotos booked for a full day package. Melissa and Bal were the main shooters with Crysta present for support. The three of them were so much fun and easy to work with. They created such a fun environment. Since we had two engagement sessions with them prior to the wedding we were comfortable with their work style and it made us feel much more natural in front of the camera. Consistently, the turnaround time for our photos were very fast and the photos were great. They captured every moment and delivered epic signature edits. Since that day was such a blur, those photos have helped us to relive it. We cannot thank everyone from VividFotos enough for all that they did. They are great at what they do and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for photographer.

It's really important to feel comfortable with your photographers since they are basically glued to you the entire wedding day. For most of us, we are not used to having a camera in our face for more than a few minutes of day, nonetheless for 8+ hours. We opted for the package that included 8 hours and videography with another local company (10th Letter Media), recommended by VividFotos. Our package included an Engagement session that we had about 8 months before our wedding. Balbino was laying and sometimes crawling on the sand to get those magnificent shots. We used the amazing pictures for our Save the Date Cards. Even the in between time leading up to the wedding, Melissa was in contact with us checking in on us. The week before the wedding, they event sent us a HANDWRITTEN CARD WITH A STARBUCKS GIFTCARD! They told us to go have a cup of coffee on them - without talking/stressing about the wedding. How thoughtful! Even though our package included 8 hours, Melissa and her team spent near 10 hours I would say on our wedding. All the pictures were amazing, and even made the shots with rain look spectacular. When the pictures were ready, Melissa made an amazing slideshow of the pictures. She also developed about 150 of the pictures and put them in this cute box with their fancy USB drive (with all the pictures). VividFotos not only takes great pictures, but their presentation is great! They go all out on the packing - from start to finish - great experience. Even with all my comments and edits to our wedding album - Melissa was quick to respond and make the changes. I just picked up the album last weekend and it is perfect! We got our wedding pictures proofs in less than 2 months and the finished album in about 3.5 months from the wedding. Talk about efficient! I would recommend VividFotos to anyone looking for a wedding photographer - or even for other photo sessions. I wish Melissa and Balbino the best in all their future endeavors. *Since we hired them, they have expanded to have their own videography and photobooth business. Book them for all!

They did a great job capturing the lighting and the beauty of our venue. They kept everything really nice and relaxed and were really great at guiding us through all of the shots and making recommendations when needed. We got our finished photos and USB and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We used the "Perfect Pair" package with them and the videographer 10th Letter Media, so if you are looking for a videographer as well, they are a great team.

Hawaii so this was a destination wedding for us. Planning a destination wedding feels a little like throwing darts—you don't really have the ability to easily see places and meet people. Nonetheless VIVIDfotos gave us, from the very beginning, 100% confidence that we made the right choice. They were very helpful in answering all of our questions, giving us advice about the location, checking in along the way, and making us feel sure that photography was at least one thing we had covered. We got a great deal from "Small Business Saturday" and booked a package that included an album, larger print, and digital negatives for a great price. We also did our engagement shoot with them at two locations and got tons of compliments on the pics. Since we didn't have a wedding planner, they were also very helpful when helping us plan our timeline! They were also the only vendor who met with us more than once, which really goes to show they want to get to know their brides and grooms. They were prompt and very professional the day of the wedding and did very well dealing with our crazy Vietnamese families lol. Each time you meet with them to view your pictures, they make it into a beautiful slideshow with music so you can relive those magical moments from your wedding all over again. They are also flexible with meeting times for people who may work 9-5, Mon - Fri. The turn around time was super quick; about 3 weeks from our wedding to be exact. We absolutely LOVEDDD our wedding pics! The wedding is now over & we are totally missing our Vividfotos meetings with them because they were our favorite vendors! I highly recommend booking Vividfotos if you want great photos and a team you know you can count on to deliver great service on your big day!
