Owners Trent and Brandy Schroeder were inspired to start Vividly Vintage Mobile Bar following a visit to Napa Valley and Northern California. Brandy has always loved vintage style and event planning and is excited about combining her passions. She has more than a decade of experience in the wedding industry and is happy to act as a day-of coordinator or wedding planner for additional support.
The bartenders with Vividly Vintage Mobile Bar are MAST certified, ensuring a professional experience. This mobile service specializes in artfully made mocktails and cocktails, for drinks that look as good as they taste. They're available to come simply as bartenders, but they can also travel with a restored 1964 Aristocrat Camper to serve from, adding vintage charm to any gathering.

All I can say is WOW! They will not disappoint. Not only are they amazing in every sense of the word but they treat you like family. They are a Veteran friendly company that puts you ahead of themselves. There is no way any other bar service could top what they did for us and how special they made us feel. I will recommend them to everyone I know forever! Words can not start to describe how incredible they are!
We could not have been happier with our experience with this amazing team. They responded quickly to our request for services, pricing, availability, and all questions along the way. Their drink selections were both unique and traditional -- something for everyone -- and the team mixing up and serving those cocktails were professional and pleasant and truly added to the happiness of the day. The wall of cocktails and the decorated mobile bar were such a fun touch too! All of the wedding guests continue to give us compliments on the drinks and bartenders. Great experience from start to finish!
We hired the bartenders at Vividly Vintage for our event. Brandy and Trent were absolute pleasure to work with. From my first call until the end of the event, they maintained impeccable professionalism and excellent communication. They created a custom menu for us with specialty cocktails and built the entire beverage shopping list around it. Made it so much easier for us to plan the drinks for 100 people. The bartenders on the day of our event were not just skilled in crafting a variety of cocktails but also engaging with the guests, creating an enjoyable and interactive atmosphere. Their attentiveness to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. We will hire them for all our future events. Cannot recommend them enough!
Absolutely wonderful! I could run out of space with great things to say about Brandy and Trent. They were extremely kind, funny, and thought of things that never crossed my mind. They made sure I had a drink when I sat down to dinner, specially infused mixers, filled all the water cups for our guests, and went above and beyond for EVERY SINGLE GUEST. What's more is we constantly had people during the wedding and the brunch next day coming up to us saying how nice Brandy and Trent were. It was non stop with the compliments, but they were well deserved. If you are thinking about hiring them for your event, DO NOT HESITATE! Hope to work with them again in the future!
Brandy and Trent are amazing humans and phenomenal bartenders! Not only were the drinks and service top notch, but we were just so happy to have them as part of our wedding day. We love them!
The drinks were so creative and delicious (earl grey-infused gin and honey lavender bees knees and pineapple mojito) and they were so helpful in thinking through what would go well with our dinner, satisfy the varying tastes of our guests, and also represent who Charlie and I are through our signature cocktails.
Everyone was happy - our guests drank as much as they wanted enjoying the open bar and we (and the venue) appreciated that no one burst through a wall like Kool-aid man. 🙂
On a personal note, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Brandy and Trent at our cocktail tasting - they are fantastic and fun humans!
