If possible- I would give 0 stars. All brides BEWARE of this store's dirty business tactics. As an Aug 2024 bride myself- the decision to buy from Vivienne Atelier ended up being the worst decision I made in the entire wedding process and ended up costing me thousands of dollars. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. As a result of this disastrous experience, I had to buy another same exact dress from the actual designer's store 1 month before my wedding and it was CHEAPER. Therefore, don't think you are getting a deal at this store because its a warehouse because you are not...I spent over $4500+ on a Vera Wang dress that was ordered too small and was damaged by the store when I went to pick it up. In Oct 2023, I came in and fell in love with a Vera Wang dress. The associate sweet (Alexis) and after taking my measurements, I walked away so happy about my dress. What started out as the dream experience, quickly turned into a nightmare. When I came back in Feb 2024, my measurements had not changed, but my dress would not zip up past my ribs. After 3 store associates tried to get me into the dress, they ended up staining the dress with their hands while attempting to zip up the zipper. In fact, they broke the zipper entirely. In tears, I was reassured that the dress just needed an 1 inch let out and that there was over 2 inches of seams that could be let out to fit me. Despite asking at the pick-up appointment, I was never offered a bigger size dress and told that they would help me if the seamstress could not fix it. Before the seamstress even touched the dress I again called Vivienne and spoke to Alexis and she told me to call back if there was any issues. After taking out the seams to the max, the seamstress was only able to let out 0.75 inches- not 2 inches as promised by Vivienne. In tears and 2 months away from my wedding, with a stained and broken dress that did not fit... I reached back out to the store again and corporate to try and see if there was anything they could do. Corporate was taking days to respond and ended up blaming me and offered a new dress for another $1200 with an arrival date that I sincerely doubted would arrive in time for the wedding. The reason corporate gave for refusing a refund was due to the dress being altered as per their contract they will not return altered dresses... but his was after numerous conversation where they told me to alter it. At this point I went to an authentic Vera Wang flagship store- Pronovias in Beverly Hills. The store manager Briannah was able to get me a new dress (identical except in size) in less than a month for $3300 (including alterations). If you look up stores on Vera Wang website, Pronovias is a listed flagship store- Vivienne Atelier is not. During one of my phone conversations with Vivienne's manager, Valerie, I was informed that Vivienne Atelier did not have a current contract for Vera Wang dresses (in Jul 2024). There was misrepresentation about how Vivienne Atelier was connected to this designer dress and how this dress would be sourced if there was no current contact. Fed up- I had no choice but to by another dress and eat the cost of two dresses less than a month before my wedding. To this day- Vera Wang is listed as a designer on the company website, but Vera Wang does not list Vivienne Atelier as a store on their website. I pray my experience will save another bride the pain I endured. I wish I had never stepped foot into Vivienne Atelier.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received after purchasing my wedding dress. I purchased my wedding dress from the Houston location. My initial experience was lovely. Jenn, who unfortunately no longer works here, made the process of finding my wedding dress perfect. However, when I went to pick up my dress, I was shocked to find that the length was completely wrong. I was assured the dress would be made to fit my measurements, with only a small margin for error. Yet, it seems no alterations were made to the length at all. When I brought up this significant issue, I was met with a dismissive “we don’t do that” and no offer of help. It was clear they didn’t care about the mistake or that they had assured us the length would be altered. My height was taken into account when I purchased the dress, along with the additional length I needed for heels, but the length was not altered at all. After reviewing my contract, which clearly stated that the dress would be ordered to fit my measurements (including height), I called the store that evening. I didn’t receive a call back. I’ve sent multiple emails and made several calls, all met with complete silence. I strongly advise caution when purchasing your dress here. I’m deeply disappointed by how my experience ended. What should have been an exciting and joyful day turned into a huge letdown, tarnishing the special moment of picking up my dress with my mom.

From start to finish, Jenn made the entire experience an absolute delight, showcasing her impeccable taste and creating a fun and memorable atmosphere. Jenn's passion for bridal fashion was evident in her enthusiasm and expertise. She took the time to understand my vision and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions along the way. Her impeccable taste and eye for detail were truly remarkable, ensuring that each dress I tried on was a perfect fit for my style and personality. What truly stood out about Jenn was her dedication and genuine care for her clients. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Her friendly and helpful nature put me at ease, turning what could have been a stressful decision into an enjoyable and exciting journey. The fitting and styling of the dresses at Vivian's Atelier were nothing short of amazing. Jenn's attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that each dress hugged my figure flawlessly and accentuated all the right features. Her expertise in understanding body types and how to enhance them truly shone through, making me feel like a radiant bride in every gown I tried on. Although I ultimately chose to go with another vendor due to personal reasons, I cannot stress enough how much I enjoyed my experience at Vivian's Atelier. Jenn's professionalism, warmth, and impeccable taste make her an absolute gem in the bridal industry. I highly recommend Vivian's Atelier to any bride-to-be searching for a boutique that offers not only a stunning selection of dresses but also exceptional service. From start to finish, Jenn's expertise and friendly demeanor make the entire process an absolute pleasure. I purchased my wedding dress from the Phoenix location in January 2023. The Dallas location received my dress once it was made (since I live in Texas) at the end of May 2023. My wedding was July 8, 2023 in Canada. I didn't get a chance to fully try on the dress right away when I received it i.e. zip it up until a few days before I left the country because I live with my husband. Who do I get to help me try it on? I trusted it was made correctly, but it was not. The dress was made 2 inches too short at the fault of the manufacturer and I had zero time to deal with it in Texas. I problem-solved myself due to the time crunch and found an alterations place in Canada to last minute lengthen my dress. Not easy to do as you can imagine. We got married and we went on a honeymoon for the whole month of July. I did not want to deal with it on my honeymoon. On August 2 I reached out to Vivienne Atelier about the situation and stress is caused me to receive a dress that was too short. It took me a month of chasing them for someone to address my situation before I received an answer. I asked them to reimburse me for my alterations cost due to their mistake. The answer was 'We MIGHT have done something if you had notified us before your wedding'. I reiterate, that they 'might' have done something. No guarantee that they would have. They made it very clear they are not liable for the dress AT ALL once it leaves their store. They have no accountability for ensuring that the dress was made correctly before shipping it out to the bride. So since they didn't check that it was made correctly I was on the hook for fixing it. In my experience I received poor customer service, they only care about the end dollar and they have no interest in accountability for their mistakes because they know brides are 'usually' one-time-only customers; so why bother fix their mistakes. The dress was beautiful, other than the fact it was mistakenly made too short. But I would not support a business that treats customers the way they treated me. Spread the word brides. Wedding dresses are expensive, spend your money at bridal shops that will have your back.
