My wife and I had our wedding here, 2 weeks ago and it was incredible! The cocktail hour was a huge success as everyone loved the crab cakes, pasta station and lobster rolls just to name a few. The food at the reception was also great which included the arugula salad and the steak was done to perfection as well as the other options as well! Everyone at the wedding had a great time and stated how nice the place was. We were able to have our ceremony outside which was beautiful and when we were upstairs getting ready for the reception Paul and the staff made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Paul was great throughout the whole process which began 4 months ago. He was always prompt with answering any questions, walked us through the layout, the options and everything else. We will definitely be coming back to this place on special occasions as Vivo will always be a special place to us! We highly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional wedding to have it at Vivo!

My daughter and her husband had their wedding and reception here on July 8th. Paul and the entire staff did a wonderful job in organizing the whole night and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious and the liquor was flowing. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding!

Paul E. and the entire venue staff worked tirelessly to help make our dream wedding a reality. We live out of state and they made the planning process seamless and we’re flexible with the few last minute fixes we had to make. The space is gorgeous and did not need much decor which is exactly what we wanted. The food is incredible- for weeks since the wedding we have had people complimenting it as one of best weddings they had ever been to. You must try the chicken parm and pork chops! We were also blown away by how stress free they made the day and really made sure we were enjoying ourselves and took on any little task they could. We hope to have future family events there and know Vivo! Will be part of lives moving forward.

We had our October 2022 rehearsal dinner at Vivo. We are from Whitestone, so have been going to the restaurant for sometime. It was a no-brainer to have our rehearsal dinner here. Paul was great to work with and the night went incredibly well. Our guests said that the rehearsal dinner was so great, it could have been the wedding itself! Food 10/10. Accommodated for allergies as well. Parking is easy. We also took pictures at Little Bay Park beforehand.

We had the best day ever and a large portion of that was because of Paul and his amazing team at VIVO! We live close to the area and were looking for a venue that included food, bar, staff, linens, tables etc and VIVO had it all! The outside space was perfect for our ceremony and cocktail hour and then we moved inside for the reception. The indoor space is very tasteful and pretty, we didn't need to add much decor other than our centerpiece florals for the tables. Paul (Vivo's Manager and Event point person) is an absolute legend!! He was so accommodating and wonderful with all communication leading up to our event and with us every step of the way on our wedding day. Paul is so kind and calm, always on top of all the details and there when you need him. Our event was in the best hands and we felt totally confident of that because of Paul's professionalism and communication with us. The food options are outstanding and all of our guests commented on how GREAT tasting it all was. The presentation is so nice and they pride themselves on delivering actual great tasting food- and it was delicious! The cake was so beautiful and delicious tasting as well! The staff working our wedding was so kind, on top of everything, and professional. They kept us informed of what we needed to know and then took care of the rest- letting me and my husband just enjoy our big night and party with our guests. The evening all flowed so well and if there were any slight hiccups, (which I don't think there was) we didn't notice and neither did our guests- a true testament to a professional team on their A-game! If you book your wedding at VIVO know that you will have a truly special event. You will be taken care of with the utmost respect and integrity from Paul and his team, and your guests will love the food, the atmosphere and will be so happy they were at your wedding! Our guests have told us multiple times this was the best wedding they've ever been to! My husband and I are so thrilled we chose VIVO as our venue and we are such fans of Paul we will absolutely be going back for dinner soon to enjoy the wonderful food there and to just see him again. Everything about our experience at Vivo was positive. We worked with Paul E from day one, from the first visit all the way to day itself, when he was our Maitre D. He was extremely clear and honest about everything; there were never any unpleasant surprises or hidden fees. He was always available by email or phone whenever we had questions and he made every effort to accommodate our requests and specifications, usually at no increased cost. We never felt pressured into anything. He was always very enthusiastic; you could tell how much he cared about giving us the best possible experience! The venue is beautiful; you forget you are in the city when outside, because it is so green and pretty, and the inside is very elegant . The food is absolutely fantastic!! The staff is extremely experienced and professional. They really take extra care to make sure everything goes perfectly. It's readily accessible by public transportation, but it also has a giant parking lot for your guests. I really can't recommend Vivo enough! If you are trying to get married in NYC, I really think you should check this place out.

This was the best place ever to have our wedding. We did not want to spend too much money & we were on short notice but we did want to have something beautiful for our small wedding and this place was it! We had 58 guests and they were all so impressed. The wedding package price is reasonable and included so much — even the cake! We were on such short notice we weren’t even expecting a tasting but when it was scheduled we were so delighted! The food was delicious… which we already knew because we’ve had dinner there a couple of times. Paul helped us with everything and was always available to answer my questions. He was kind and understanding of all our requests and concerns. We did not feel pressured to spend more than we wanted to. Our ceremony & cocktail hour was in their outdoor area and it was beautiful. We also had a lot of beautiful space outdoors to take photos. Our reception was indoors and we were able to secure the larger space due to the availability. We loved it and so did our guests. I can’t recommend this place enough!

August 2021 Wedding. We couldn't be happier with Vivo and so happy we found them. Paul was so wonderful and answered all of our questions, (we had many!). He truly helped make the entire process so smooth! The food was wonderful and our day was magical. We had a band outside for the cocktail hour and inside for the remaining event. Everything worked out well. Due to COVID, we had about seventy guests - this allowed us to have smaller table sizes, which really worked to our advantage. The grounds were beautiful and the venue has a great location for guests to travel to.

Absolutely love vivo and its food! The chef made our meals exactly to our liking. My husband is a big foodie and he was very happy. We did cocktail hour outside on the deck which was a beautiful add on. We had such a great day thank you to all vivo staff!

The most amazing facility! It can be anything and everything you want it to be. The owners Paul , Gieto and the manager Paul made magic! I've never worked with nicer, more accommodating staff. There is nothing they can't do. Food was incredible- my guests are still talking about it 6 months later. I wish I had another daughter so I could do this all over again for her.

I absolutely love vivo! The staff is always extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with, a special thank you to Gieto and Paul the owners for making sure our specials events are A1 . We are truly thankful for all your kindness and patience with our family for our last minute weddings, baby showers, birthdays and dinner reservations ofcourse! The food is always delicious whether it be steak or chicken or fish. You guys rock!

VIVO itself was breathtaking but the staff really made it shine. My husband and I held our wedding reception at vivo this past April. In sum, we were blown away. The food was phenomenal and very cutting edge. The kitchen also provided our guest with gluten free options. What a great choice we made!

Our experience at Vivo was a pleasure in every way!! The food was delicious and the manager paul and staff were great to work with and assisted my husband, both of our parties and I in every which way!! I would highly recommend it if you're looking for the perfect place to celebrate! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Gieto and Paul whom were so kind and assured us we would be taken care of. We loved our special day so much we went back for dinner in the restaurant for my parents 70th birthdays. Thank you for always being so kind and attentive.

You must consider Vivo for your celebration! Although we were watching our budget for our daughter's wedding , Paul made a great event happen and treated us like royalty. All of our guests were impressed by the facility and food and our daughter and her husband loved it! Paul and his entire staff made our sons wedding a night to remember. The process was easy and stress free. They thought of everything so no detail was forgotten. They have wonderful accommodations for the bride and her girls for hair/makeup and dressing. There was someone to assist us all day for anything we needed and to keep things running smooth. The chef was amazing! From the horderves to the main course, everything was made fresh and was so delicious! His presentation was so creative and fun! You can tell he takes pride in what he serves. The portion sizes were so large our guests definitely left very satisfied! The room itself was gorgeous and there was plenty of room for dancing and mingling. The staff was very attentive to our every need. They were great at handling unexpected issues like when the brides dress strap broke during the reception. I would recommend Vivo for any occasion. I can't wait to go back!!

vivo was absolutely amazing during such a crazy time . We got married during the coronavirus and they went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of and safe yet still pull off an amazing wedding . Everything went as planned and the evening was perfection . Kudos to Paul for keeping me sane yet making the process so easy for us .

I fell in love with VIVO on our 1st visit and it was the best decision I made. The entire team is a pleasure to work with and they make sure that not only your guests enjoy the big day but they go above and beyond for the couple! No one compares to them from the customer service to the overall experience!

This place is very beautiful. From the patio with the gazebo to the rooms inside, everything looked magical. Some great photos were taken. Would definitely recommend this venue to my friends for a place to check out.

We were married on July 21, 2021. Paul the General Manager was a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and I knew from the beginning that we wanted a small intimate wedding with excellent food and Vivo fit the bill perfectly! Right from the beginning, Sonya was extremely responsive and helpful, giving us great tips and suggestions for our ceremony/reception as we toured the restaurant. Most importantly, after seeing the wedding event menu we were completely sold. So many courses and options to choose from! Guests are still raving about how delicious the food was. Special mention for the lambchops and bruschetta (hors d’ oeuvres) and short ribs and branzino (entrée), but quite frankly everything was great. We loved Sonya's honesty and attention to detail. With her help, we were able to design a wedding that was perfect for our needs. The day before the wedding, our maitre’d Paul, took the time to meet with us as we dropped some things off and we reviewed the entire rundown of our wedding day. The day of, everything was setup perfectly. It looked even more beautiful than I had anticipated. Paul was with us every step of the way and was great with our friends and family. The staff was attentive and constantly hustling. Everything went so smoothly that my husband and I really had time to be present in each moment of the wedding, mingling with guests, and enjoying all the food. We're so grateful to the entire Vivo staff and their hard work. Thank you for taking the stress out of planning a wedding!

Paul and Vivo truly came to the rescue to save our pandemic wedding! We had to cancel our original venue, and ended up at Vivo (my shower was also here!). The whole staff is extremely attentive and did not miss a beat for both events. You must get the short rib! Guests are still raving about it. Paul was so easy to work with and was EXTREMELY accommodating. Paul genuinely cares and wants your day to be the best he can. My husband and I can not wait to return for dinner and future events.

I hosted my sister's baby shower in Vivo this August. The staff at Vivo are gracious and easy to work with. Sonya accommodated our (many) special requests and handled all our changes and questions with patience and professionalism. The event itself was beautifully carried out. The food is truly restaurant quality and all my guests commented on how delicious everything was! Thank you to Vivo and the staff! We will be back for our next special occasion.

I can’t explain the joy I feel from how happy my sister was with her wedding . Not only did she marry the love of her life, she had the perfect dream wedding . The view , the outside deck, the beautiful ballroom , the cleanliness , the organization and Ofcourse the one who kept everything together for her ; her maitre’d Paul ! We were pleased with the services from Vivo and we highly recommend this beautiful venue to everyone .

My husband and I got married at Vivo last Sunday and not only were we absolutely satisfied , our guests threw nothing but compliments at us for the beautiful venue and the service provided . Each course came out well timed , the staff was fast to clear the tables as our guests were finished . Every time my husband and I came back to our table our napkins were refolded . Thank you Vivo for the beautiful experience you gave my family . My wedding was 3 weeks ago and i had a very limited amount of time to change things around due to the weather change. My Husband and I were married at beautiful Vivo last month. We are beyond happy with our event! They were easy to work with, even though we booked last minute. We were the only event in the place and the staff at Vivo made it feel super special. The venue is gorgeous and the food was delicious (all my guests commented on the quality) The bridal suite is lovely and a nice touch. The service was very personal and attentive. Overall I could not have asked fore more on our special day!

My sister had a wedding here at the beginning of the month and it was absolutely divine! Although it was a more intimate celebration, everything still felt grandeur — from atmosphere to decor. Wonderful and excellent staff, especially an extremely personable maitre d Paul. He was very accommodating to many of my sister’s particular preferences and we truly appreciate his efforts to make her most special day the most memorable one. The ceremony happened outdoors on the patio and luckily, the weather was perfect that day. Everyone seemed to have had a great time, as many wedding guests expressed how much they enjoyed the experience. It was our family’s first event with Vivo but it will certainly not be our last!

October 6th was my very special day and boy can I tell you I was impressed ! I’ve never been a person to believe in the word “perfect “ but my wedding was perfect . Everything was done exactly up to my expections .my guests had a great time , the food was delicious , the bartender made my drinks the best I had ever had ,my husband is a whiskey drinker and he decided he wanted to have some of his favorite from back home on our wedding night and the manager Paul (such a great man) went out in the middle of our wedding to go and find it for us . Attended my sisters wedding at VIVO! a little over two weeks ago and I can’t express the warmth in my heart from seeing the big smile on her face all day. The room is very big and the manager was able to accompany all of her needs and wishes for the wedding . She has not stopped talking about how pleased she was with her day . My wife and I had our wedding here this past spring and came back for for our friends wedding 2 weeks ago . It was almost as if we relived our wedding . The manager Paul was the same manager for our wedding and he remembered us and gave a very welcoming hello . We had a fantastic time and were so happy to be able to recommend VIVO! To our friends .

Me and my husband got married here a couple of weeks ago on Sep, 23, 2018 and it’s a night we will never forget. My husband and I became one September 16th of 2017 and we had recently come back for our anniversary dinner and we were greeted by the manager Paul who so kindly handled our wedding last year ! my cousin was just married here this past Saturday and I have never been to such an extravagant wedding in my life . The food was great , the staff was very friendly , and I was highly impressed by the size of the great room ; we had plenty of room to dance and all gather around for my cousins first dance ! I was honored to be the MOH and without the help of the manager Paul I don’t think this day would have been as special for my cousin and her husband as it was !

This amazing venue catered to my every need on my special day ! My husband and I got married July 7th of this year and got very lucky with the weather as it was suppose to rain and we wanted to have our celebration outside. The room, the food, and the service were all top notch! I came as a shower guest and left as a client. I was so impressed with Vivo that I met with Paul, the manager after the event and booked my daughter’s sweet sixteen for 2018 February 2018.

I attended a recent event at Vivo and was so impressed with this venue which is under new management. Service was excellent and the food was phenomenal, unlike typical catering hall meals. Each dish was expertly prepared with the freshest ingredients and I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant. The venue itself is beautiful with a lovely outdoor terrace to continue the party. Would definitely plan an event here or just go to have dinner.
