I truly cannot say enough good things about Vixen Productions and Lonnie. Her professionalism and attention to detail began in the planning stages. She cared deeply about my visi...
on for my big day and how that would appear in video. On the day of the wedding, she gracefully maneuvered throughout the chaos of the bride’s room, groom’s room, sanctuary, photos and reception. I can honestly say that my wedding day felt perfect, and Vixen captured every single smile, happy tear, subtle look and crazy dance move! I was hesitant to even book a videographer- thank God I did! Vixen’s work is SPECTACULAR! The quality and artistry are top notch, but what’s really special is the emotion they bring to their work. My husband and I watch our video all the time and it never ceases to make my heart full of joy. We have received endless compliments and we consistently recommend them to engaged couples. If you are looking for a videographer that acts with professionalism and will create a truly magical depiction of your wedding day, I encourage you to work with Vixen.
I am so excited to have Vixen Productions film my wedding next August! Every highlight video I have seen has been so well done, capturing everything beautifully. From the atmosphe...
re of the venue, to the couple, to the family and friends celebrating. You can clearly tell that the have so much love for what they do and the talent to give the couple a memorable video to look back on for years.
After meeting Lonnie and her crew, you can tell that the professionalism is there and they are ready to make sure that they do everything in their power to make your wedding video something special. Just go to Vixen's vimeo page. I took one look at what they have produced and couldn't be more excited to be one of their lucky brides.
I do not take writing reviews lightly and I am doing this so that hopefully what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I hired vixen productions as my wedding videographe...
rs and while everything seemed fine during the wedding, the video I received was heartbreaking.
When they were putting the microphone on my Husband it didn’t work, it was malfunctioning. Instead of replacing the faulty equipment they ignored it and as a result our wedding vows were inaudible, they are like mumbles in our video. Lonnie suggested that an appropriate fix was to “re-record our vows” ....the whole point of a wedding video was to have our real wedding recorded, not to reenact in later. To say we were completely heartbroken was an understatement. We do not have a wedding video that we can even enjoy watching.
We invested in our wedding video because having it to look back on was a top priority for us. Their carelessness ruined our only opportunity of having our memories captured. In addition to the inaudible vows, there was a horribly loud thumping that occurred during a large part of their ceremony that came from their camera, and the video itself is choppy and very unprofessional. Nothing like the examples I was shown prior to booking.
We worked hard with other videographers in hopes of having our video salvaged, but they all said that as much as they tried, they couldn’t fix the mistakes that were made during the filming.
Lonnie didn’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and on top of everything else she went against our contract and refused to return our investment. I would pay any amount at this point to have a quality video of our special day. Please choose someone else as your videographer if you want to work with someone who actually cares about you and your wedding day.
