The experienced coordination staff at Vizcarra Vineyards at Becker Farms offer a range of packages for you and your sweetheart to choose from. The planning of your day can be left in the capable hands of our in-house events planner, who will get to know you and your style, designing a day that reflects your unique personality. Seasoned caterers will liaise with you to design a mouth-watering menu that suits your tastes and dietary requirements. This can be served in any style you wish, from a buffet or plated-served meal. booked the venue (Aug 2023) and everything leading up to and throughout the day they were amazing. Molly and Ryann were our coordinators for the day of and leading up. They were always so responsive, helpful and did quite literally anything and everything to make every aspect of our vision come to life. The venue itself was gorgeous and even in late October the scenery was breathtaking taking. It was a little chilly during the outdoor ceremony but inside the pavilion it was the perfect temperature! The food was literally so good, the whole thing ran so smoothly and the staff was absolutely incredible! From the set up, through the dinner, and to clean up I didn’t have a single concern or problem arise. The bar staff was also fantastic and even with my 250 guest list the bar was NEVER backed up! People still talk to us about how much fun our wedding was and I wish I could relive it every day! Once the party was over we had a group of cabins to retreat to along with the farm house that our bridal party stayed in so the party was able to continue! The Cabins were literally so cute clean and secluded. The farm house was the perfect spot where we got ready in, took pictures by, and a great place to retreat to after. I can’t speak highly enough of everyone and everything, especially Molly and Ryann. You guys are a literal dream team and I can’t thank you enough for everything!

could. We had the pleasure of working with Molly and hands down, she was the best thing that could have happened to us. We had an unfortunate down pour for our outdoor ceremony... when having to make the call to move things indoors, Molly handled everything with grace and patience. She flipped the entire venue within 15 minutes and made sure it was perfect for us regardless of our initial vision. Molly made sure to follow up several times to ensure perfect set up of decor and even shared sneak peek photos with us on the morning of. She has quickly become a friend to us and we hope she knows how much we appreciate her kindness. 10/10 recommended Becker Farms for your venue. The atmosphere was gorgeous, especially for a fall wedding. The food was phenomenal and the staff was very attentive and kind. It was a true fairytale.

It is absolutely a great option for a lower budget and we appreciated the convenience of the catering, favors, and day-of coordinating all being offered by the same place. There are beautiful fields across the street for photography, and you can find vendors who are very familiar with the venue already.
Our Day-of Coordinator was April and she did a wonderful job!
She had all the info we'd communicated to Tanya over the year, and went above and beyond to make us feel calm, comfortable, and overjoyed at both the rehearsal and the wedding.
2 things to consider:
1) For this venue you need to put your trust in their food options, as they only hold tastings once a year (November) so it was months after we'd already booked.
2) They have "event minimums," so for instance we had a smaller guest list and added extra appetizer and dessert options to meet the minimum cost. Different days of the week have different event minimums, they are very transparent about this when you visit or in emails before booking.

um pump! Bails of hay around the perimeter of the tent did nothing! Workers were pushing water with brooms, that just came back in! They had to move the food tables to another room last minute, they laid a red carpet on top of the water for the pride to walk down, she just dragged the water with her train and her gown was all lace!!! During the ceremony all you could hear were workers trying to push water out with giant brooms and squeegees! I was heartbroken my son and daughter in had to go through this on their special day! And the venue didn’t have the decency to offer some sort of refund for the nightmare! Don’t go there for your special occasion!!!

We had a few hiccups but tayna did a fantastic job not letting me know. we are still getting compliments on the venue and food. tayna and her team did a beautiful job decorating for our special day. they really do make you feel less stressed the day of! if I had to do it all over again I'd no doubt choose becker farms. mmunicating with us and the process Becker Farms has for weddings is down to a T. My guests loved the food, the extras, the atmosphere. Becker Farms basically saved my wedding since a previous venue I'd booked fell through, and we needed to book a place with limited notice. I was over the moon! 👍
They placed all our decorations as outlined, were SO accommodating with requests, and didn't forget anything. It was a beautiful wedding, and the only thing I'd change would be the weather - but no one can do anything about that! ❄️🌬
The wrench came in when we decided to rent the on-site farmhouse. I do NOT recommend renting the farmhouse. Its location is stellar for getting to the ceremony and reception pavilion sites super fast, and allowed us to not need a limo the day of the wedding, but I think I'd rather have spent the $1300 2-day farmhouse rental on a limo. The sheets and pillows in all the bedrooms smelled HEAVILY like mildew, and I had an allergic reaction to it. I couldn't breathe very well and sleeping the night before my wedding was next to impossible. I ended up using almost the entire box of rough tissues in the room (which gave me a nice raw, Rudolph-red nose 🔴 ). The issue persisted the whole day of my wedding, too, so makeup was difficult and I have a red nose in a lot of my pictures. Ok, ok, some of that was because I cried a few times, but watching a recording of me wiping my nose throughout most of my ceremony is pretty disappointing. 🤧
I would still ABSOLUTELY have my wedding here again (maybe earlier than October, though). Regardless of staff changes, Becker Farms still has their stuff together. It IS a working farm, which I loved (some guests found it weird to see chickens and animals running around). But I (selfishly) enjoyed people congratulating us as my husband and I walked around for post-ceremony pictures. Everyone was so nice! You won't be disappointed if you like rustic, frill-free but experience-loaded service. We sure did! 💯

Our wedding went so smoothly, my husband and I wish we could relive it all over again! Also, the food is downright delicious! My husband and I also ordered our cake and donuts for our guests from the Becker Farms Bakery. Of course, those sweets were a huge hit. We even asked the day of if we could do pictures on the bouncing pillow and they set it up for us! Everything from the food to the employees was outstanding.

vendors there were, the trickier it could get. That's one of the things I loved most about Becker... we were able to use so many of their in- house services but nothing felt like we were simply choosing "default option a" or "default option b". It made planning so much easier and we were still able to customize our event. We held our rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding, myself and the bridesmaids rented the farmhouse that night and got ready there the next morning (hair and makeup came to us), we had our first look photos and all of the bridal party/family photos done right on site (no money, time or planning wasted on transportation), and then of course the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception right there along with a bonfire after. Our bridal party stayed at the farm house the night of the wedding and my husband and I along with some family all got cabins. On top of that we had Amanda (the director of hospitality who is also ordained) officiate, we used their bakery for our cake, pies, mini cupcakes and caramel apple favors, and of course they handle the food and bar. The food and desserts were fantastic and I was especially fond of the beautiful presentation from the bakery staff - they were so helpful and were wonderful in accommodating my last minute request for the favors. The bartender and banquet staff were all friendly. We also had an appointed day-of coordinator, Jill, who was a saint!! She handled all of my questions leading up to the big day, was great at making sure we were all prepared at the rehearsal and kept our wedding day going smoothly. She coordinated everything with my outside vendors (florist, DJ, photo booth and ceremony musician) to make sure they were a set to go and on the same page. Overall it was a great experience and allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy our day without any stress or worries, which we greatly appreciated!

expensive venue, but she made sure it was well worth it. The night before, we rented the farm house on the grounds and it was awful. It was nice to have so much room to get ready the next morning, but it was not clean at all. As part of our package, we got a master cabin and 3 guest cabins the night of the wedding. manda. We used them as our ceremony site (we got married in the vineyard), reception site (we were in the Garden pavilion) and our caterer (both for the dinner and wedding cake).
The Garden pavilion is spacious and cozy at the same time - it's a three wall structure with weather resistant flaps that can be put down in case of inclement weather. As we were the only wedding that day we were able to use the outdoor vineyard ceremony site; typically if you book the Garden pavilion your ceremony site would be in the Garden courtyard which is also lovely.
The food was really good - appetizers and dinner were good but the stand-out was dessert. The fruit pies were amazing! Dorothy made us the most delicious wedding cake I have ever tasted. We had two different cake flavors - almond and raspberry - both with citrus burst frosting. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the raspberry cake was. Dorothy also designed a wonderfully simple flower inspired cake that was exactly what we wanted.
We loved the venue and got some really wonderful pictures there. The extras are what really made the night spectacular. My Dad's favorite drink is vodka martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives - the head bartender Elizabeth not only made sure that she had the brand of vodka my Dad likes best on hand she went out and got blue cheese stuffed olives when it was not something they offered on a regular basis! Also the late night popcorn stand was a big hit that I would highly recommend. The black cherry hard cider that they make on-site is a magical elixir that I crave to this day. The best and most unique add-on was the pony rides! They were a big hit with the kids and gave the wedding a fun vibe.

If you are looking for a "laid back" rustic setting - that is still formal - look no further than Becker Farms! The photo-ops are also amazing here - there are so many places to take great wedding picture! We certainly took advantage of this after our ceremony.

The food...well it was better than any wedding food or restaurant I've paid for. It was so clear that the food was grown locally (if not right on site) and prepared with love. All dietary needs were met and we were absolutely blown away by the final results. Pricing was amazingly affordable considering all that we were provided. The scenery was unreal and therefore few decorations were needed. Everyone was so accomodating and wanted one thing: our happiness! I will forever relive my wedding with Becker Farms and know that there is no venue that compares!

place is gorgeous and the photos turned out amazing-there is lots of different backgrounds to use with the photographer so no second location is needed. There were a few minor hiccups, but nothing that would ruin the day.
-The event coordinator was leaving for a summer program somewhere else and told us less than a week before our wedding that we would be with the junior coordinator for our wedding. After the rehearsal, I was confident in her, but it was a little nerve racking at first. She did amazing.
-My ceremony was at 3.30. They had a bridal shower in the barn until 2.30. They never told us that, and my husband freaked out because when I got there, there were still people there while I was trying to get ready. In the end, I figured they knew what they were doing, and by 3.30 you couldn't even tell there had been another event.
-Place cards/Favors. We had little boxes for candy that had the names and table numbers on the front. We had to bring them to the rehearsal dinner, and then we found out after the wedding that some guests did not receive theirs. It was a horrible rainy weekend before the wedding, and wherever they were kept, a couple got wet. Instead of putting out wet ones, they just printed up a list of the ones that got ruined, and put the table designations there and put it in a photo frame on the table. It wasn't a big deal, but I wish we had known during the wedding so we could have said something to those guests then. I felt like they thought I forgot them. Instead I am putting an apology in my thank you cards.
In the end, it went GREAT. Like I said, a few minor hiccups, but nothing to be upset about at all. The food and service were EXCELLENT and Gabriella and Ashley were so easy to communicate with-I always had an email back that day, or the next day. I totally recommend it.

Every little detail that was so important to me was just as important to them and the whole event went off beautifully. I got so many compliments from friends and family saying if they were getting married again they would do it at Becker Farms/Vizcarra Vineyards! Also, I am not from the area, so the staff was really helpful suggesting hotels, restaurants, etc for my guests, which was priceless information! The food and drinks are delicious! Everything is grow or produced within a 100 mile radius and their wine and beer are custom crafted so you can offer your guest something unique! The Staff is really flexible to catering to any brides needs, we had sparklers and even a bonfire afterwards. and it was absolutely beautiful . We had very few complaints. The coordinator ( Amanda) was very helpful. I will warn you that we were surprised by an additional location fee. It was not a large fee, but we were surprised becuase originally there was no fee. Other than that , everything was perfect. Many people have called me up after the event to tell me how much they loved the location. One guest even said to me that they felt like they were in a wedding that you would find in a movie because it was just so pretty.
