ding date. She went completely ghost on us...we still don't have our video 8 months later, and I don't know if we ever will. We were supposed to receive the final product within 4 months of the wedding date and be updated at all times with teaser(s) + sneak peeks. This did not happen. We did not receive any teasers leading up to the due date. And at the fourth month mark, I followed up with her to check on the status of our video and received no response. After one month of calls/texts/emails with no response, we were forced to threaten legal action. We finally heard back and were promised our trailer in two weeks and the full video at the end of the month. Do you think that happened? Of course not! So here we are again following up and trying to receive some sort of response from her. I would NOT recommend choosing her for your wedding. It's been eight months since we got married and at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if we never got our video.

She worked diligently to capture every moment, ensuring nothing was overlooked. The end result was fantastic; the video perfectly encapsulated the style, music, and editing we envisioned. However, post-wedding, our experience took an unfortunate turn. Despite numerous promises and apologies, we endured nine months of frustratingly sparse communication. Our video, originally expected shortly after our February 27th, 2022 wedding, only arrived in late November 2022. Each time she provided a “final” new due date, we were met with further silence. (This occurred about 5 times) Regrettably, it took the threat of legal action to prompt a response and secure a partial refund. Throughout this period, there were various explanations - from excessive work hours, large events, and even personal emergencies. While we genuinely appreciated Victoria's talent and dedication to her craft, the prolonged lack of communication was deeply disappointing. In future, we hope Victoria focuses on improving her client communication. It's essential for any professional, no matter how talented, to maintain an open dialogue with their clients. Based off recent reviews, it’s seems like she’s having no issues filming the events, but the issues come up during editing and delivering. Prioritizing quality over quantity of clients would undoubtedly lead to better customer satisfaction and a more positive overall experience. Ultimately, we're grateful for the beautiful video Victoria crafted, but sincerely hope she takes these critiques to heart for the benefit of future clients.

Victoria captured in video our 3 essentials to experiencing a perfect wedding day - our love, in nature, enraptured in golden light and she went above and beyond! Her videos are art in every sense - vision, sound, movement. Victoria is also very professional, her communication was always timely and she was patient with all of our questions, changes and satisfied our requests. I really appreciate her organization, using a website platform and she gave us a survey to get a clear vision from us on what we wanted in our videos. She is a perfectionist - her video editing is perfectly synchronized to the music! Her music selection is so tasteful and unique. The song she selected for our short video inspired me! I saved the video on my phone - I listen to it when I drive and I cast the video to my TV to relive our day. st, laid back, not too excitable person- Yes I love my now Husband but PDA isn’t our thing. Victoria made me feel SO comfortable. She never made me feel less than for not being what I thought a bride should be. She let me and Ryan be ourselves in the photos, have fun, and she truly captured the most amazing, beautiful photos I have ever seen. You would never know how shy and awkward we feel like we are because she let us be ourselves. I cannot say enough nice things about Victoria and the other photographers/videographers she used the day of our wedding. The details she captured in the hours before the wedding + first look +ceremony + reception are what I will get to cherish for many years. I planned my wedding from out of state and she was always available to talk to, meet up with when I was in town, and so accommodating with little changes that I wanted for my photo/video package.
