ne was inquiring also for that same date yet she still booked us for a consult. Less than 24 hrs later she cancelled our appointment and said the other couple booked the date and it was a bummer. She has no business booking consults if people are o seeking the same day. I am beyond frustrated I do not recommend.

e does not want to work with but it was unnecessarily long and required us to read her blog posts (which were copy and pasted from other blogs and not even written by her - I should mention that her English is terrible which is probably why she's plagiarizing other people's work). We filled out the survey and sent her an email asking her some questions as well. She COMPLETELY IGNORED our questions and asked to set up a phone consultation. We scheduled a phone call for the afternoon but on the day of, she asked us to move it back half an hour. Fine. 10 minutes past when she was supposed to call us, she sends us another email explaining that she is running late and would like to move the call an hour later. Are you kidding me? Our phone call with her was rushed and she obviously had not read our email with all the info that we sent. She gave useless suggestions and generally was unhelpful. We ended the call and she said she would get us a quote for what we wanted. The next day she sends us an email that our date is no longer available. WTF?? We asked her specifically if the date was still available on the call and in the span of less than 12 hours, our date is now booked? Sounds like bull$hit. What a waste of time. Do NOT trust the high rating for Trang - she is unprofessional and I highly recommend you to look elsewhere.

sco last minute. Since my best friend used Vo floral a few years ago and I loved their work, I reached out to them 3 weeks before the wedding date. I was afraid we didn't have enough time but they were able to work with me and give me exactly what I asked for. In addition to flowers and decor, they were also amazing at photography. I had no idea! They took some photos at the wedding and they looked amazing. Some of my favorite photos were taken by Vo floral.

right off the bat, I felt like she was the one. We wanted a great florist, of course but more than anything, we wanted someone that we connected with and who seemed to really care about us and not just look at us as another job. Trang was very sweet and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond and worked within our budget. She answered all of my emails promptly and was great about checking in with me. The flowers were beautiful and the arch turned out absolutely amazing. We had an already perfect backdrop at the Brazilian Room, but the work she did on the floral arrangements for our arch was just perfect. Our sign in table was another addition from Trang that was raved about from our guests. It was so beautiful and really matched our theme and pretty much us. It was a large driftwood piece decorated with succulents and garden roses . I am not even a fan of roses, but the roses that she incorporated in our arrangements were beautiful! I was not the type of bride that had scrapbooks of their dream wedding. I had never put much thought into what I wanted for my wedding beyond making mental notes of what looked nice at weddings I had attended. So, needless to say, I went into our conversation having no idea what I wanted. Trang was super patient and walked me through various details I needed to consider. She was prompt at following up with me, and always receptive to my input. Having not put much thought into my wedding before our conversation, my interests and ideas continued to change the months leading up to my wedding. Trang was nothing but helpful and effecient at making any necessary changes. I felt like I was in the best hands leading up to my wedding, but had no idea just how talented these two were. Trang and Thuy showed up to my wedding day bearing bouquets far earlier than I had asked. These two are super dependable! And, the flowers were absolutely breathtaking. They took what I had asked, and turned it into something far more beautiful than I could have imagined. I could not stop talking about the flowers, something I had no idea I was in to, the entire wedding night. These women desire all five stars and then some. I can not speak highly enough about their skill, professionalism, and presence.

as perfect and beyond my expectations! Everyone loved the amazing centerpieces and I even got my bouquet preserved as it was that beautiful. The only downside to working with this company is that they try to sway you to go with their vision instead of what your vision is as the more you trust them with your flower choices the more budget friendly their prices are. I did find myself having to correct their calculations as their spredsheet for the invoice wasn't calculating things correctly. I would highly recommend them as they do beautiful work!

to think about what I wanted for my flowers having a long engagement. My bouquet was gorgeous & almost down to the T what I asked for but that is about where it ends. I went back & forth with them about the specifics of my bouquet b/c I changed a couple things from when I 1st met with them 6 or 7 months before my wedding. WHERE IT ALL WENT WRONG: I asked for my fiancés boutonniere to be a cymbidium orchid a flower only used in my bouquet & I wanted it to be special for us. The groomsmen, etc. I wanted a circus rose with green berries & they switched this & my husband ended up with an orange rose boutonniere & the groomsmen had the cymbidium orchids. They made a spare boutonniere for my husband with a white anemone another flower only used in my bouquet & we went with that one, BUT it was already starting to WILT when they delivered it as were some of the ones in my bouquet NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT when you pay a lot of money for flowers. One of my main upsets with the flowers delivered was I specifically said that I did not care for lilies & we agreed they would use them sparingly for fullness only in the large piece that was hung on the arbor. Well they showed up as a main flower in the pew arrangements, where there were only supposed to be green and white hydrangeas (as per the floral agreement) in galvanized buckets I supplied them. This was really frustrating b/c I had expressed my LARGE dislike for lilies & how I didn't care to have it used very much if at all when talking on the phone with them a couple weeks before the wedding. There were supposed to be rose petals sprinkled down both sides of the isle, on the head table & at the cake table & they didn't do it & it was something I really wanted & I had to ask for petals for the flower girl which were also supposed to be included. When drawing up the agreement I specifically stated I did not want leaves to be used in the base of the glass vases I wanted them to be see through so the light from the tea lights could bounce through. All of the table arrangements had leaves in the bases & the arrangement that they sent was pretty but it had white flowers in it which I did not want & not in the floral agreement. My fiancé picked up the flowers for the cake & there was a lot of confusion, it took a long time to figure it out & he got frustrated with something that should have been very simple. I thought we needed to return the vases so I didn't let any guests take the arrangements home. The next day I called to see when they needed to be returned & I was told we could keep them it was frustrating that it wasn't clearly stated. There was a little bit of a language barrier/ miscommunication & it led me to being pretty unhappy with the way the flowers at my wedding turned out. All of the problems were somewhat minor but when you put them together it becomes a big problem. I know they can put together gorgeous flowers b/c my bouquet was gorgeous but they didn't seem to follow the floral agreement for anything else other than my bouquet & that was disappointing for a girl who has had her wedding planned out since I met my now husband 7 years ago. So if you have specific details that you want either make sure they realize that or GO TO A DIFFERENT FLORIST!!

back, there isn't even one piece I could complain about. Trang is the utmost friendliest and nicest person to work with. She's very accommodating and professional. My husband (who works in sales) is quite the negotiator, and she was always willing to work something out with us. Some people are weary about their home-based studio, but we saw it as a great opportunity to save some money. Don't let it discourage you from contacting them. Their work is truly remarkable for the price you pay. We got everything we asked for, the way we wanted, and then some. All of our flowers were white and I was really nervous that the flowers would wilt brown by the wedding. I was pleasantly wrong. All of the flowers were so pretty. I am extremely picky and kept going back and forth a hundred times via email about the details of the contract. This never bothered her. She always catered to my desires. I must have changed designs, colors, quantities, etc. a million times, and she never showed that it bothered her. We loved working with her and would definitely recommend Vo Floral to anyone in a heartbeat. We were beyond pleased!!!

had so many comments on how beautiful the floral arrangements were. We did not have any plans for the aisle so she mounted daisy's on the aisle chairs. The flowers helped to make it a beautiful day.

ok like and was willing to make adjustments to fit out budget. Trang was also great and threw in extra things for our ceremony and it really dressed up the garden look. She does some amazing work and you'll be very pleased with the final product!

eally low prices. They are nice people to work with, a little slower on email and communication but none the less came through with what I needed. The ring bearer bout was a little big and kept falling down, and my bouquet was a little darker red then I envisioned but regardless, the pictures still came out beautifully!
