Hannah was awesome! Her attention to detail was impeccable and she did an amazing job of narrowing down which dresses to try on and making sure that I was comfortable and happy at each step in the process. As a plus-size bride, I really appreciated that Hannah went above and beyond to be size-inclusive, even when the dresses Vocelles' carries were not. Overall, I had a great experience, I just wish the store carried a wider variety of styles and sizes.

I had the best experience at Vocelles. I went dress shopping not long after getting engaged to ensure enough production time with covid, and I didn’t have a super clear idea of the dress I wanted. I was a little anxious for the appointment given these circumstances. Enter my stylist Jenna. She was so patient and helpful and and helped me zero in on my style and ultimately find the perfect dress. I had the hardest time deciding on a wedding dress. I went to ATL to look for one and when I wasn’t completely satisfied, I decided to make an appointment at Vocelles. Madeline was FANTASTIC, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I had seriously tried in so many dress elsewhere that I was skeptical I’d ever find “the one.” But I ended up buying the first dress I tried on at Vocelles. That’s how good Madeline is! Vocelles is a place like no other. From the moment you walk in, you are transported to bridal bliss!!! The women in the shop make you feel as though you’ve been their best friend for life and it really makes a difference when you are trying on THE dress. Madeline was the one who helped me and she was so wonderful and most importantly honest about everything I tried on. There was a moment when I tried on my dress, and said to myself in the dressing room “I want to call my fiancé and tell him how pretty I feel in this dress.” Madeline had such an attention to detail that she pointed out the fact that I haven’t said that about any other dress I tried on, no matter how much I loved it or how happy I looked in it. It was in that moment that I knew I was working with someone who truly cared, who truly heard me. I wish I could get married all over again just so I have the chance to visit this shop again. Truly an amazing experience!

Wow! I could say SO much about how wonderful this bridal shop and all the girls are! They are super inviting and energetic. They truly make you feel so beautiful and are very respectful of your budget. My stylist was Audrey and she was the sweetest person! I was a bit nervous and anxious in the beginning, and wasn’t sure if I’d find the style I wanted while also remaining in my budget. But, Audrey made this happen! She is so knowledgeable and had me trying on different styles to get an idea of what I liked about each dress. She was then able to find the PERFECT dress that encompassed everything, and I mean everything, from each dress I loved. Such an amazing experience and I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Vocelles! The shop has a very inviting atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. This place is the full experience with large dressing rooms, cute décor, and overall a very luxurious, boutique feel. Madeline was extremely helpful and able to capture my vision perfectly even when I was not able to fully put it into words! My entire group had a wonderful time and we felt extremely safe despite Covid concerns!

I went shopping for my dress at Vocelles back in July. I hate shopping so I went in very anxious and not expecting to find my dress. Thankfully, Jenna was my fairy Godmother that day. She listened to exactly what I wanted and selected all beautiful dresses. At the end of the day, I chose a custom gown and she was there to reassure me that it would be beautiful. Jamie assisted me so much especially with staying in my budget. She stays honest with you on the time frame to order your dress in time before your wedding. She will also mention flexibility of certain dresses that can be customized to your liking, the extra cost and time of shipment. Her service was very appreciated. It was a pleasure to get to know her as well. The shop appears a bit small although with gorgeous dresses that could make life easier (less to try on) and at the same time hard (guaranteed you'll have multiple favorites). The best question that has stuck with me is "Which one do you feel most beautiful in?"- Jamie. Highly recommend to shop at.

I had the best experience at Vocelles. Or at least the best experience I could have. The first time I went to try on dresses I wasnt feeling well; I have an illness that causes chronic pain and that day was particularly bad. The lady who helped me, Madeline, is how I was able to get through my appointment. She was so kind, understanding, and had truly uplifting words to share with me. I felt like I had my best friend there with me to help me through the process. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable in the dresses and in my own skin. They care for all of your wants and needs, and in my case, help me get through the pain to be able to pick out a beautiful dress.

I was extremely excited about dress shopping, but was already feeling overwhelmed before I even arrived to Vocelles. This was the first time trying on wedding dresses. I had no idea what I was looking for in a wedding dress. One day I would leave towards a more fit and flare dress with lots of detail and the next I would prefer a big classic ball gown. What a relief walking into Vocelles and being greeted by my stylist, Jamie! She put me in every type of gown and I FOUND THE ONE!! It was easy with her by my side along with my best gals (mom, sister, and bestie). Can’t recommend Vocelles enough!!!!

Vocelles was the best place to find my wedding dress! I came in with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. Based on the photos I brought, my stylist picked out what kind of style of dress I was looking for right away. Even with having an idea of what I wanted, my stylist made sure I tried on a well rounded variety of dresses to make sure I knew what I wanted. I am so exited excited for my wedding knowing I have the perfect dress.

I had the best experience at Vocelles Bridal Shoppe. Jenna was my stylist. She worked so hard to help me make all my jumbled up ideas I had become a reality. The owner Kristen was so sweet and kind. My wedding date is soon, and it was going to take a little while for my gown to come in, she happily sold me the dress off the floor so I didn't have to stress or worry that my own gown wouldn't come in, in time. If I had to do it all over again, I would go to Vocelles EVERY time!

I visited Vocelles last Saturday in hopes of finding my wedding dress. With the help of my bridal associate Laura i did that and more. I found my DREAM dress! I gave her my budget and my vision and she made that come to life. She was very kind and sweet and with every dress asked me how they made me feel and what did i like/ did not like about them. she went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she stay under my budget for my dress I also bought a beautiful veil to go with my dress and guess what? still under budget! In the area or not they are you stop by! so worth the 2 hour drive!

Vocelle’s was no less than amazing. I had the pleasure of having Kristen and Jenna as my consultants. I came to the appointment having a few ideas of what I’d like but nothing really set in stone of what I wanted. Kristen knew exactly what to pull and what to rule out. We found my dream dress within about 6 gowns and we celebrated with champagne!! All of the girls there were so sweet and professional, I felt like I could hang out there all day! I can’t wait to get my dress back for my big day!

My bridal party and I had an amazing experience at Vocelles on 3/30/19! Audrey was a joy to work with and she helped me find my perfect gown. I knew there was a reason this shop was my first choice when I started thinking about dress shopping.

I came in on 3/16/19 for my first wedding dress appointment with my mom and one of my bridesmaids and Kasey was our consultant. Kasey was so fabulous and she was so helpful during the whole appointment!! My appointment was at 10:30 and we literally spent 3 or so hours with her. I had a second appointment somewhere else at 2:30 and it was honestly redundant because I found a dress with Kasey that I could not get out of my head. Needless to say, we came back and I got the dress! I love love love the whole shop, it’s so cute! All of the consultants were more than sweet and everyone had such a great attitude! I highly highly recommend. Go see Kasey!!!

I had gone to one other bridal store in town before going to Vocelles. I found one dress there that I kinda liked but I wanted to see what Vocelles had to offer. Vocelles did NOT disappoint. I LOVED every dress I put on. Every dress Audrey or I picked out fit like a glove and I started to wonder if I needed 3 wedding dresses. I had the most fun and stress-free time finding my dress! Audrey was so sweet and knew exactly what to say to help me picture my big day! Audrey was extremely helpful and professional when it came time to talk business. She was very clear about pricing and size suggestions. Vocelles made dress shopping so fun and easy! I wish I could go wedding dress shopping more often! I would pick Vocelles every time! Best of the best! They were so great at accommodating me and finding my dream dress! Audrey actually picked the dress I ended up buying, it was the very first one I tried on! I loved how she was very cautious of our budget and didn’t pressure us to go over at all. Someone in the store told me that their stylists do not get paid commission, so they have no incentive to try to sell you a more expensive dress. I definitely appreciated the honesty and great costumer service and experience I recieved here. I felt so beautiful and special on that day, and I’m so looking forward to feeling like that on my wedding day! I’ll definitely send all my engaged friends to Vocelles! My only slight complaint with Vocelles came after I ordered my dress. I live out of town, about 6 hours away. I was in town for Christmas for a week (4 months after ordering the dress), which would have been a perfect time for me to pick it up, but i hadn’t been notified that the dress had arrived. I called the day after Christmas to check, left a voicemail, and never heard anything back. I called again about a week later (after I returned to my 6 hour away house) and was told that the dress had been there since December 18th. The girl on the phone told me someone called and left a voicemail, but when I went back and checked my phone records, I did have a missed call but no voicemail. I understand that miscommunications happen, but I wish they had tried harder to contact me, or at least returned my voicemail, to avoid another 6 hr drive down to come pick up the dress. Other than that slight hiccup, I’m very pleased!

The absolute BEST bridal salon! I live in Jacksonville and went to multiple from Jax, Fernandina Beach, and Tallahassee, and Vocelle’s made my experience the absolute best I could have imagined it to be. Kasey was such a great listener at what I had envisioned and she made SURE to give me all the options and help me narrow down to THE dress. Thank you all at Vocelle’s for being amazing!

What a wonderful experience at Vocelles! Elizabeth went above and beyond during my appointment and was most patient with my lack of decision making. She helped me into 8 or so dresses and even took the time to help me back into my top two, two additional times. Elizabeth even stayed after hours (the day before Thanksgiving) to make sure I found THE dress. I could not have had a more positive experience and cannot wait to pick up my dress from them. There is a reason why this place is so loved. After looking around online at places where I currently live (in Jacksonville) I decided to look online in my hometown of Tallahassee. This shop and these girls made that 3 hour drive back and forth totally worth it! Laura helped me through the entire process. I really wasn't sure what I wanted. I was honestly afraid walking in that I would feel overwhelmed with too many ideas and that I would be torn between which dress was the right one. Laura sat down with me, took notes on what the wedding was going to be like, asked me about any concerns and even my budget. She then took my little idea of "light and airy" and totally ran with it. She was absolutely amazing!! From her patience with picking out dresses for me to try on, helping me get into them, offering her knowledge and advice, to helping me pick out a veil (literally, the first one she put on me was the one). I had felt overwhelmed that morning before I got there, but Laura really made the visit fun and super easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I was also surprised to get a call today that the dress had also just come in (a month before we estimated!). These girls hit customer service out of the park. Can't wait to travel back soon!

I made an appointment last weekend to look at wedding dresses.. and ended up finding “The One”! Elizabeth helped me try on different styles, and helped me figure out what would look best for my figure and wedding style (my fiancée and I are planning a beach wedding). I did not feel pressured AT ALL, and she took her time with me and my family. I am so glad I came in, and definitely recommend Vocelle’s to all future brides in Tally. :)

I thought I would be pressured into buying a more expensive dress than I had in mind. I was totally wrong. They kept the selection within my price range. Ever since my Maid of Honor, and best friend worked at Vocelles during college at FSU, I have always wanted to have my own personal experience there as well, in hopes to find my future dress one day! I went in with a budget, and an idea of what I wanted. We were able to explore all options, and my stylist Audrey was so patient with not only me, but my whole crew! She really knew her stuff. I am so thrilled that my dress came from somewhere that values a customer's time and wishes! It made my day so awesome, thanks!

This place blew me away! My stylist Natalia was absolutely the best. I couldn't make a decision on a gown the first appointment and had to walk away. She was supportive in finding the "one" before making a decision. When I came back for a second appointment months later, we picked up right where we left off and found the perfect dress for me! She was extremely helpful as was everyone else in the salon! She took the time to know my style, my budget, and what would look best on me!! This place is stunning with your own individual fitting area and mirror with plenty of room for your party. After trying to order my dress online with a more 'contemporary' approach, I soon realized I needed the support of people who knew what they were actually doing! When visiting the Wine Loft, I used to always look in Vocelle's windows at the beautiful dresses- never imagining one day, I would find the dress I would be wearing to say "I do" as well! I decided to call them to make an appointment and I'm glad I did! They were extremely accommodating with me since our wedding is only a few months away - this limited my selection but (the amazing) Elizabeth was still extremely patient and helpful, trying to help me find the perfect dress. And she did! They were very helpful in directing me to places to get alterations as well. Highly recommend going!

I went in for an appointment thinking that I knew what I wanted and ended up with something totally different. The team was so great and made us feel comfortable while we were there. They let me walk around in the dresses and encouraged me to take my time. We were not rushed out at a certain time and they were so complimentary. Such a great place and a comfortable environment. They all know what they are talking about and make helpful suggestions! They made dress shopping one of my favorite experiences!

Emma at Vocelle's was incredible. I came with my grandmother's pearls, which she wore on her wedding day and gave to me when I was 18. She helped me find a dress that showcased them perfectly and also fit my style. So grateful for her guidance and also the fun we had that day! My mom, mother-in-law to be, and matron of honor all joined me. It was laid back, low pressure, and mostly importantly very private. We nearly had the shop to ourselves thanks to their appointment only policy. It really was a great experience and I'm so glad that I chose Vocelle's!
