Choosing a wedding planner is probably the most important and special decision you will make when planning your wedding. This person will help you through the planning process and ...make your day seamless and beautiful. Caroline not only did this but went above and beyond. Our original wedding was supposed to happen in the midst of the pandemic, but Caroline was able to make arrangements with our vendors to reschedule the wedding not once, but twice! We somehow were able to have ALL our vendors for the new date. Being from out of town we relied heavily on Caroline for a lot of her recommendations and guidance. She always made herself available when we needed her, regardless of the time of day. If she was unavailable she would let us know, and follow up with us. On the day of our wedding, it could not have gone any better. Everything was gorgeous and we could have not done any of it without Caroline. I look back and could only imagine how stressed I would be without her. There is no one that can compare to her and we are blessed and grateful that she was able to be a part of our special day. Thank you so much, Caroline!
For those wondering:
We selected the "To Honour full-service package". This package was perfect! We are from out of town and as mentioned, we relied heavily on Caroline to help with items such as packaging and addressing invites, shopping for San Antonio welcome items, and other items that needed to be handed to our vendors. We did conference calls and met up when in town. On the day of the bridal shoot, weeks and days before, she communicated with all vendors who would be present. We also selected another package for a smaller event the day before the wedding, our Welcome Party. For this event, Caroline helped us with coordinating with the venue, finding a guitarist, and making the table arrangements!
Caroline also uses a software called, Aisle Planner. It was extremely helpful. My parents, myself, and my fiance had access to this for each event. We were able to upload photos for ideas, similar to Pinterest. It had a place for all our vendors and contact information. Caroline kept it up to date with our contracts, when invoices were paid or pending. It was also awesome since during this wedding planning I was in nursing school, I scheduled everything out. With Aisle Planner you are able to export the calendar to your Apple device or outlook. It made it easy to know when invoices were due.
