Emily did such a wonderful job with our wedding! She was very attentive to our needs leading up to the wedding but most importantly on the wedding day. I didn't have to worry about a thing! She had an assistant who came on the day of and together they handled everything including removing everything from our bridal suite so when the party was over all we needed to do was leave. Emily had her hands full for our wedding too. We had two ceremonies, an Indian and American ceremony. In between we had a social and cocktail hour followed by a reception. There was a lot to coordinate and Emily handled things beautifully. I also got her to jump in for the baraat celebration! She was a lot of fun but very professional. Would recommend her (and Vow and Vine) again and again. 100/10 !!

y not only took the time to understand us as a couple but listened and executed everything perfectly and then some. She made the day stress free for us and our families by helping coordinate all the moving parts and mitigating any outside stressors. She made sure that everything happened on time (vendor drop offs, food & desserts going on when they were supposed to, making sure the signature drinks were never empty etc). She has has a great attention to detail which was important for us as we had a vision of exactly how we wanted things and she made sure that things were in place. Emily was amazing at handling a multitude of family personalities and was extremely supportive. The most important thing to us was that she was honest and authentic which perfectly describes Emily! She never made us feel uncomfortable or like we were asking too much and we really appreciated her support. Again - we would definitely recommend Emily for your big day!

As our coordinator, she was extremely detail oriented and organized, often asking thoughtful questions that prompted conversations/decisions my fiancé and I hadn’t even thought of! What I loved most about her approach is her desire to understand your priorities, concerns, and what you most want to remember about your wedding day - and then making it happen! Throughout the wedding weekend, she flawlessly ran our rehearsal, kept us on track in terms of timing, ensured the wedding party knew where to be and what to do, kept me calm (and fed!), and handled any issues that came up independently and efficiently. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. She made the ceremony personal, funny, and most importantly, authentic to us as a couple. Like her coordination approach, she makes sure to deeply understand you as a couple and captures your story beautifully. We couldn’t recommend Vow & Vine more! If you are looking for a coordinator who will keep you organized, understand your priorities, and bring your dream wedding to life, Emily and her team are the absolute best!

ng helpful advice on things like the seating chart to monitoring family dynamics, she was always on top of it and made the process much less stressful. Like every wedding, there were a few last minute issues on the day, but Emily stayed calm and handled everything so we didn’t have to worry. She’s direct, flexible, and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!
