Tawnya & Savannah were my dream team stylists for myself and my wedding party! They were both the ultimate professionals while also just being fun to hang out with the morning of the wedding. You can tell these two have been working together for a while because they have their timing down perfectly, they got through myself, 5 bridesmaids & 3 Mothers with ease, worked easily with my coordinator before & during the wedding, and went with the flow when we needed to switch girls around or someone couldn't be found for their timeslot. Communication with them is easy via email, very quick to respond and clear in their messages. I went in with an idea for my hair & makeup which they both listened to and provided a few alternative options just in case I was interested - which I was! Based on my face, hair, wedding style, time of the wedding, the location of the wedding, etc... they each suggested the perfect hair & makeup style for me - they thought about sun, wind, length of the ceremony, touch-ups, you name it! And had everything they needed for the rest of the ladies on the day of. Absolutely recommend these two for your big day!

Tawya did my make up for my wedding. She did a few trials with me and really made sure I was happy and comfortable with my makeup. She did a wonderful job making me look natural, but still gorgeous on my big day. She was also willing to travel to Ensenada, so that was an extra plus.

The Vow Studio 101 team did an incredible job! Tawnya and Savannah are so sweet and great at what they do! I hired them for hair and makeup for my September wedding and they were a dream to work with. They made me and all my bridesmaids feel comfortable and beautiful. The Vow team did my hair and make up for both my engagement shoot and my wedding on 8/25/18. They were recommended to me by my sister in law and I am incredibly grateful for that because they did an amazing job! Both Tanya and Savannah are as sweet as can be and extremely professional. They blew my expectations out of the water and truly did the most time efficient, beautiful make up and hair that we could have ever dreamed of. I had 8 bridesmaids and multiple girls told me it was their favorite make up they’ve ever gotten done for a wedding. One bridesmaid mentioned she liked her make up better than the make up she had done for her OWN wedding which says A LOT and it stayed on. I was worried about the tears wiping it away but magically, my make up stayed perfect literally all night through the happy tears. On my wedding day, the hair piece I got from the florist ended up being seriously scary and I panicked because that was NOT what I had envisioned. But Savannah remained calm and helped me calm down as well. She came up with the brilliant idea of pulling the hairpiece apart and weaving individual flowers into my hair instead and I couldn't have been happier with the way it turned out. It was so gorgeous that I didn't end up wearing the vail. I have to also mention that they were incredibly fast!!! I was worried about the timeline with so many bridesmaids but completed all the hair/make up early and we had plenty of time for touch ups which definitely made the whole getting ready process less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best beauty team on their wedding day and would choose them again and again!! <3

An absolutely spectacular team!

I stumbled upon the amazing Vow Studio 101 through instagram. I loved that they were a hair & makeup team and that they were familiar with my venue/coordinator. More importantly, I loved their soft and classy style! To be honest, I had no idea what I wanted when going in for my first trial, but both Savannah & Tawnya were patient, kind, and helped give me options of what I might want! I ended up completely changing my mind on what I wanted for my hair, but I knew I needed to see what it was going to look like before the big day. Savannah was so accommodating and gladly fit me in for a second trial. She is a rockstar hair master! She knocked out mine and all my bridesmaids hair on wedding day with time to spare! Vow Studio 101 is fairly priced, professional, and so flexible! Savanna and Tawnya are a dynamic duo and amazing team for hair and makeup. Savannah responds promptly to all emails and made me feel confident and comfortable. I met both for a trial and with their expertise and my feedback they made me look and feel beautiful for my wedding day along with all of the other ladies getting ready with me! I found this vendor quiet close to my wedding date and Savannah was very accommodating to have fit me into her schedule so last minute. I had her do an up-do with soft curls, it came out beautiful! I did have to get it done in the morning and the ceremony started in the evening. My mom is a hairstylist and wanted to get her hair done as well, another girl did her hair and she wasn't impressed at all and was overcharged for what the services entailed. And I would have to agree on that, one of my bridesmaid went to another salon for an up-do and it came out beautiful as well for half the cost of mine. I loved my hair for my wedding day and Savannah was very sweet and managed to recreate the look I wanted from showing her photos.

I LOVED Vow Studio 101. They really listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding day hair and makeup. They were SO fun and engaging! I was able to provide them with inspiration photos from Pinterest and they really brought my ideas to life. I felt like an absolute princess. They also did all 8 of my bridesmaids’ hair and family as well. They were super flexible when the girls wanted to add on eyelashes last minute, which looked absolutely fabulous. They were also very attentive and ensured they did final touch-ups before I headed out for the most beautiful, best, important day of my life. I would highly recommend these girls. They were FANTASTIC!

Savannah, Tawnya and the rest of her team are fantastic! I have worked with their team for my wedding and my sister's and the end results were exactly what we envisioned. Savannah is a hair styling guru and can replicate any look you are going for. They are prompt, organized, and extremely communicative. Savannah and Daryl are incredible. They showed up chipper and ready to work in the early hours before our mid-morning ceremony. Despite some later bridal party arrivals, they had everyone gorgeous and out the door on time. I was actually done early and able to get some father/daughter pics before the groom showed up for our first look! They are professional, sweet and great at what they do - we were all happy with our hair and make up for the day and the great experience of working with Savannah and Daryl.

Savannah is incredible! She single handedly did all of my bridesmaids hair for my wedding and we had time to spare at the end for touch ups! Every girl looked and felt beautiful. Savannah and Daryl were absolutely amazing!! Tawnya and Savannah did an incredible job! They were able to make every girl happy with their look (difficult task with such different styles) and they all looked beautiful and most of all FELT beautiful! I could not have been happier with Vow Studio 101. Savannah and Tawnya are AMAZING. I had a hair and makeup trial earlier in the year with very long hair and going for a boho-beachy vibe. After being thrilled with it and booking them for myself and my bridesmaids, I cut my hair chin length weeks before my wedding and changed my style to a more retro glam look. Both Tawnya and Savannah rolled with it, and still created a GORGEOUS look. It was exactly what I wanted, and all I heard all night was how fabulous my hair and makeup looked. They are sweet, professional, and amazingly talented. You will NOT regret booking with Vow. :)

I had Savannah and Victoria do my hair and make-up for my October 2016 wedding and they made me and my girls gorgeous! I chose Vow Studio 101 because I wanted somewhere that was a 'one stop shop' for my hair and make-up needs. I was planning my wedding long-distance and only visited San Diego a couple times throughout the process. Savannah was extremely accommodating in fitting me in for a hair and make-up trial a couple months before the wedding. My hair is a total mess (frizzy, thick, pretty much always back in a pony-tail so I don't have to deal with it) and Savannah worked some magic right away from just a few pictures as inspiration! Victoria did my make-up and I was worried I'd look too "done-up" as I rarely ever wear make-up. Victoria knew exactly what to do to make me just look like the best version of myself. And she knows how to make a look that will last! I wore the trial make-up all day through a trip to the beach in wind and sand and then on an airplane back home and I looked fabulous the whole time! I knew I'd be good to go for the entire wedding! The day of the wedding, Savannah and Victoria came out the venue and did hair and make-up for 7 people! I let each girl choose her own style and Savannah and Victoria were able to do just about everything. From a rocking faux-hawk for my sister to a delicate braided up-do for my bridesmaid, to making my mom look absolutely amazing with delicate, perfect make-up, they were the perfect dynamic duo! I would definitely go back for any special occasion, or just any day I wanted to look fantastic!

Savannah and Tawnya were INCREDIBLE. They came recommended through a friend and ended up being the only hair and makeup people that I met with. The trial was easy and they got right away what I was looking for. They arrived early to the hotel the day of the wedding (seriously, who's early?!). My matrons of honor and I enjoyed the morning as we were getting ready and they were a joy to have with us. I adored the up-do's that Savannah did but my hair was exceptionally on point and stayed throughout the night and through hours of dancing. My make-up was perfect and lasted through the entire night. I will recommend Savannah and Tawnya over and over again. They are professionals who love what they do and care about making a brides day perfect.

This a review for Tawyna- she did my makeup as well as my sister (MOH), mom, and one of my bridesmaids. Tawya is an incredibly skilled makeup artist and make everyone's makeup look so natural. My mom NEVER wears makeup and was uncomfortable with wearing "too" much, but Tawyna worked with her to get her looking just right! She was fun to have in the room as all the girls were getting ready. Savannah and Tawnya did the hair and makeup for my wedding this past August in La Jolla, and I was so glad I hired them! I don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis, so I was a little concerned about looking too made up for my wedding. I saw Savannah and Tawnya's portfolio, and loved how their brides and bridesmaids looked so beautiful and more on the side of "naturally glam," which was exactly what I was looking for. My hair and makeup trial was great and Savannah and Tawnya were able to create a wedding look for me that was exactly what I was envisioning (and based on just a few photos/ideas). They were amazing! I wanted to look natural (and like myself) on my wedding and they made it happen! I got both my hair and makeup done (and all my bridesmaids and mother of the groom) They were extremely responsive when contacting them and were very prompt on the day of. On top of that, they were so nice and easy to get along with. When I changed my hair the day of, it was no problem. Could not recommend them enough!!!

I hired Savannah of Vow Studio 101 to complete my hair, as well as my bridal party's hair for our special day and I am beyond happy I did! Our wedding venue was literally on top of a mountain with an extra early schedule for the day, so I was nervous about being able to have enough time to fit all of the "getting ready" in before pictures started. Not only did Savannah show up on time, but she also did a phenomenal job of finishing my hair as well as my bridal party's hair ahead of schedule. She is amazing at what she does and took the time during my trial to really listen to my vision and was able to juggle the overall bohemian theme of the wedding with what each individual bridesmaid, and mother of the bride envisioned for herself to feel extra beautiful. I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out for my wedding - I felt beautiful and it still looked flawless at the end of the night (and even the next day)! Tawnya did a little trick with the eyelashes that made them look extra full which was great! My bridesmaids were also very happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. My maid of honor especially loved the braided updo that Savannnah did for her - it was gorgeous! I am so grateful to Tawnya and Savannah for their help in making my wedding day so wonderful - they were on time and very professional and made getting ready a fun and comfortable experience. If I could give Vow Studios more than 5 stars I would, they are absolutely amazing! Savannah is so talented, she can pull together any hairstyle/updo that you want and I don't think anyone has ever done my makeup as good as Tawnya did. I was fairly particular on what I wanted to look like the day of my wedding and they both nailed it! All 8 of my bridesmaids and mom/mom in law also loved their hair and makeup which is rare with that many people. Savannah is amazing! When I went to my trial, I showed her a few pictures, but also told her that I wanted a look that made sense for my type of hair. She definitely did that! On the day of my wedding, she did hair for me, my mom, my 4 bridesmaids, and 2 flower girls. She was super flexible in working around our makeup schedule and everyone loved their hair. Something I think is really important is how comfortable my bridal party was around her. She asked each of us to look in the mirror to make sure we liked our look and was more than happy to make adjustments like more or less volume. I've had previous experiences with other stylists where people are too afraid to say what they really want. Savannah made sure everyone loved their style, which wasn't hard to do with her talent! She was great with the flower girls (ages 3 and 4) who were super shy. I would highly recommend Savannah!

Tawnya & Savannah were great! They were really easy to communicate with, prices were definitely reasonable and everything turned out beautiful. They were very punctual and got everyone done on time even if not a bit early. It really helped me relax on my wedding day and just enjoy everything else that was going on. My hair looked great and stayed all night long. Savannah gave all my bridesmaids their own style and they seemed really happy with their hair and make up. Everything looked great and yet really natural.

Savannah is the best hair stylist ever! She did such an amazing job on my big day I got compliments on my hair constantly! All of the bridesmaids and myself were blown away at how gorgeous our hair looked. Any style, any type of hair, just show her the picture or describe a look you're going for and she can do it. And she was really efficient so we were done early. Madison did a fantastic job on all of our makeup. There was a heat wave the day of my wedding (95) and we were melting, but not our faces. She put a primer on before doing our makeup and it looked natural, gorgeous, and I sweat so much all long and my makeup held throughout the 10 hours I had it on. I highly suggest using Vow Studio 101 for any event. They are so easy to work with, fun, personable and I look forward to using their services for future events.

We have used Savannah for two of my daughters' weddings, and she has exceeded all of our expectations. Not only is she timely doing several ladies' hair, but she delivers exactly what each individual wants. She is a master at any hairstyle! She is so pleasant and enthusiastic, not to mention adorable! Savannah was absolutely amazing! She did hair for all (5) of my bridesmaids, and I couldn't have imagined a better fit. Everyone's hair looked gorgeous (down, loose curls) and her presence in the room is the best. She spent the better part of the day in the bridal suite and was such a lovely addition to the group. Savannah provided the hairstyling services for myself and my bridesmaids for our wedding and it was the best decision I could have made! I have super fine/thin hair and, with the help of some extensions and Savannah's talent, my hair looked amazing and full! People commented all night on it and in the pictures it looks fantastic! It stayed all night and was exactly what I was looking for. For the bridesmaids I showed her a picture of what I was thinking and she perfectly brought that to life on all of my girls. She is also ridiculously reasonably priced, considering how expensive everything wedding related is it was a relief not to pay an arm and a leg for hair. And to top it off she is one of the nicest people you can meet! You cannot go wrong having Savannah style your hair for your wedding!

I used the fabulous duo Savannah and Tawyna for my wedding last year and have been able to work with them as a bridesmaid in other weddings. I had the absolute best experience working with them on my wedding day. They made me feel so beautiful and my absolute best!
