Not only did they have a keen eye for beautiful moments, but they also made the entire process simple and stress-free. They arrived early on the day of the wedding and seamlessly blended into the background, allowing us to enjoy our day while they worked their magic.
The final pictures were nothing short of stunning. The photographer captured the love and joy between my partner and me with such artistry. The composition and lighting were perfect, resulting in a collection of images that truly tell the story of our special day.

Both Julie and Terri worked with me probably beyond what was in the contract - spending lots of time on the phone with me to put my concerns to rest. I love that they work together because it made coordinating the timeline and flowers so much easier. When I wanted X flower, Terri gently informed me it's not in season and is more expensive than my strict budget. She found a gorgeous replacement that met my budget needs. I literally sent her one picture of a bouquet I liked on pinterest and when she arrived with my flowers on the day of, mine was even more beautiful. With my concerns about the timeline, Julie reminded me that's her job, and I need to take a step back. At my six-week venue walk through, Julie asked all the right questions about details my husband and I never even thought of. She was so thorough.
Julie coordinated on the day of, along with her teenage daughter who was so sweet - managing my very large bridal party and two families that straight up do not listen to direction. She managed who was doing toasts at dinner, corralling people to cocktail hour and dancing, etc. At the end of the night she coordinated the sparkler send off and getting guests out of the venue. She loaded up the designated cars with decorations, everything from getting ready, extra booze and left over food. I didn't lift a finger or even think about it.. it was just done!
Our day could not have gone as perfectly as it did without Julie and Terri. We are so thankful!

. She went over and above her job especially since one of our groomsmen left his phone in the limo and she had her assistant drive from Middleburg to Leesburg just to retrieve it. Planning was great because she knew all the right questions to ask you and she definitely ironed out all the details of your wedding. We felt very comfortable working with her. Everything went well the day of the wedding, with a few minor hiccups (no day goes perfect) but she handled everything very well. I would definitely recommend Vows and Vines without hesitation!

Our wedding was large and had many moving pieces, but you wouldn’t know it, as the weekend went completely smoothly. We had a perfect day, as did our families and friends, because Julie and Terri had everything handled. They interfaced with all of our vendors from the beginning and provided an incredible amount of insight and guidance. Our family and friends had an amazing time and it was truly the wedding weekend of our dreams.

We have no basis for comparison for such kind of service and didn't know what to fully expect for a day-of wedding coordinator but overall all went very well the day of our wedding...
so no complaints :) Due to last minute emergencies, we were unable to work with Julie, but Terri stepped in and was very professional and managed to work seamlessly with us and the vendors. Not only did the team work on the scheduling / arrival of the vendors, ensure all went smoothly throughout the day, they also helped us with some of our decor and even put everything in our car at the end of the night so we didn't have to!! We were able to party for a bit longer because of that :) All our guests had an amazing time, as did we, we didn't feel "troubled" at all and most things were on time! Thanks guys, great job!

I was a bit off in the communication area but the venue had to be moved from outside to inside so there was much to be reorganized the day of. I were completely clueless about planning a wedding and had very vague visions. But Vows and Vines magically pieced them together to create a perfectly orchestrated wedding weekend that embodied who we really are as a couple. People kept telling me that as a bride I didn't seem stressed and they were surprised by that. The only reason I could enjoy my wedding stress free was because I knew these planners had everything down to a science and were already thinking 10 steps ahead. I was entirely comfortable with and confident in them. I have nothing negative to say about them and recommend them to anyone!
