I highly recommend Vows Bridal! All of the staff were wonderful to work with. We were able to find a dress that I loved and was within our budget. I also loved working with Kay on alterations! The alterations for my dress were very affordable and Kay worked with me to get the additions to my dress just right.

Let's be real...I first booked an appointment here because I am a TLC fanatic and know this store from "I Found the Gown." But it is no longer the discount retailer that it once was...it still has exceptional prices but WOW!! Everything is new and clean and chic. Everything about the process of purchasing my wedding dress and accessories was seamless. From their website to the in-store appointment, everything was easy. Their selection is vast and my consultant was able to take my convoluted ramble of my likes and dislikes, and was able to pick out my perfect dress! She listened to be and took my venue into consideration. Overall it was a fun as positive experience, and definitely recommend all Boston-area brides go to Vows!!

Vow’s Bridal was great. Kelsey was very easy to work with. They were very nice and accommodating. Alterations went really well. I would say when ordering, you should check with them so you know your recorded measurements and what size dress they are actually ordering. I do think my dress was too big and required significant alterations as a result. It all worked out in the end and I would definitely recommend Vow’s Bridal.

Vow’s Bridal gave me and my family the best customer service. They were oh so kind and were very helpful in finding my dream dress! If there was something I didn’t like about a dress, they made sure it was something they could change and if they couldn’t, they wouldn’t let me fall in love with it! I found my dream dress there and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to be! 💗💗
