Since that conversation, he was impossible to reach for about 3 months completely ignoring all of our phone calls, voice mails, and emails. At the end of the 3 month mark, he emailed my husband all of a sudden and sent us the edited video. This time, the edited video had a blue editing screen left on it from the editing software. Ugh! We contacted him about it right away and again, he promised to send us a fixed video and we are yet to hear from him. He's been ignoring out emails and phone calls again. It's a vicious cycle. 7 months after our wedding, we still don't have a finished product and the vendor is nowhere to be found. He never posted the highlight on line either which was part of the package.
