My husband and I used Lawrence at Waikiki Video Pro as our wedding videographer in April of this year and beyond disappointed in his lack of professionalism. We purchased the extended coverage package to cover the preparation, ceremony, and part of reception and the video that he sent us the first time cut off before recession. In June, I asked him about the the rest of the coverage, and he apologized and promised to send a revised video back right away. Since that conversation, he was impossible to reach for about 3 months completely ignoring all of our phone calls, voice mails, and emails. At the end of the 3 month mark, he emailed my husband all of a sudden and sent us the edited video. This time, the edited video had a blue editing screen left on it from the editing software. Ugh! We contacted him about it right away and again, he promised to send us a fixed video and we are yet to hear from him. He's been ignoring out emails and phone calls again. It's a vicious cycle. 7 months after our wedding, we still don't have a finished product and the vendor is nowhere to be found. He never posted the highlight on line either which was part of the package.
