My husband and I used Lawrence at Waikiki Video Pro as our wedding videographer in April of this year and beyond disappointed in his lack of professionalism. We purchased the exte...
nded coverage package to cover the preparation, ceremony, and part of reception and the video that he sent us the first time cut off before recession. In June, I asked him about the the rest of the coverage, and he apologized and promised to send a revised video back right away. Since that conversation, he was impossible to reach for about 3 months completely ignoring all of our phone calls, voice mails, and emails. At the end of the 3 month mark, he emailed my husband all of a sudden and sent us the edited video. This time, the edited video had a blue editing screen left on it from the editing software. Ugh! We contacted him about it right away and again, he promised to send us a fixed video and we are yet to hear from him. He's been ignoring out emails and phone calls again. It's a vicious cycle. 7 months after our wedding, we still don't have a finished product and the vendor is nowhere to be found. He never posted the highlight on line either which was part of the package.

anding services at very reasonable prices. I have not received my wedding video yet but I am positive it will be amazing. Especially since many of his sample videos on his website are so heartfelt and romantic. I would recommend Waikiki video pro to future brides that are looking for a quality, professional videographer that wont cost you a great deal of money.

If you're looking for a videographer for your wedding or special event, look no further than Lawrence Medeiros at Waikiki Video Pro. My wife and I planned to meet with several vid...
eographers before selecting one. But after meeting Lawrence and seeing his work, we were convinced that he was the perfect fit for us! Lawrence was first and only videographer we met and we hired him immediately to film our wedding at the Bella Sophia Estate. Our wedding DVD really captured all the great memories from our wedding. Lawrence has a gift for matching the music with his videos so there is a nice flow. He has a fun personality and was always open to our suggestions and ideas. He always responds promptly. Our wedding video is something we will treasure forever! Thank you, Lawrence, for making our wedding experience such a joyous one!
