I was pretty specific for what I wanted in each floral arrangement and Denise made it happen and had no problems with any of my requests. I also appreciated her checking in the week of the wedding as well. She had called me the Monday the week of the wedding to just check in to let me know that everything was on schedule and to confirm the time and locations one last time. Well on Friday, the day before the wedding, she called me to let me know that my wedding coordinator had given her different information than what we discussed on Monday. My coordinator told her to just drop the flowers off and to not set anything up (which was wrong). Well anyway, Denise had called me and was like hey, so I just wanted to check in with you because your coordinator said to just drop these things off without a signature and gave me different information than what we discussed, so I just wanted to check with you personally to see what you want us to do. She said she usually always requires a signature to confirm that the entire order is correct upon arrival. And oh my god, I'm so grateful Denise did that so we could fix the communication error on our coordinator's part otherwise we would have been scrambling during our 30-minute set up time to find someone to set up our flower arrangements. I would recommend Denise to absolutely anyone. She handled everything so well, she's incredibly organized, and she was super easy to work with. Thank you for everything you've done for us!

Denise’s talent and extensive knowledge about flowers, arrangements, and overall décor. She made the process very easy as she is extremely organized, prompt, and efficient. She understood our needs and gave practical and honest advice. Not only did she give advice about the flowers, she helped with the overall decor for the venue. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. My daughter’s bouquet was stunning as well as the 8 bridesmaids’ bouquets. In addition, the floral arrangements on the tables were amazing and the cake looked beautiful. As an added bonus, she prepared a sample of the table arrangement a few weeks before the wedding. This allowed my daughter and I to make adjustments. The flowers were promptly delivered and set up at the venue without any problems. We are extremely happy with Walden Floral, including the reasonable pricing.

It was a very clever idea from Denise. The ceremony decor were larger arrangements that were flipped to the reception space. The ceremony was a white tent, and my special request was that all the flowers were bold and vibrant. Her arrangement was perfect! She even helped arrange the flowers in the ceremony space then again in the reception hall a few hours later. We also use Walden Floral for the personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages) and cake flowers. Don't forget to ask Denise about the toss bouquet!

In July, we show up for our appointment, no one was there. We waited around an extra 15-20 minutes just incase..nothing. We get an email back the next day apologizing and said we could reschedule. I told her next Tuesdays we were available and they chose the later one in August. We go, and the girl just did not seemed thrilled that we were there. She told us to look through binders and she was in the back and then came up. We already decided what centerpieces we wanted based on pics on their facebook. As for wedding flowers, I know nothing and was hoping for guidance. When I said I didnt know what a certain flower was, she googled it. I didnt know what looked good together etc. She was asking other questions about bridesmaid bouquets and I was hoping to get advice as to what is a good idea, etc and some guidance. Nothing. We reminded her about the blackhawks theme, nothing. When she came back with our quote for the flowers, we were blindsided. $1097 (without tax). She said that its average for the area and we could come back and she would suggest changes. We left in shock. So I reached out to that FB wedding group, and one girl quoted me half, and so did other people saying they paid that price but got a lot more. Mind you, our colors are red and white (natural flower colors), nothing fancy...gerber daisies, a few roses, simple flowers, etc... So I emailed Denise the owner the next day following our appointment and told her how upset I was over the appointment, hoping for more guidance and what the girl had said, etc. No response from the owner. A week goes by, no response.I call the store and apparently she's in a meeting. 2 hours later, I get an email from her saying our centerpieces wont be a problem, and then that our wedding date is booked so they cant do the other flowers. No explanation about the appointment, estimate etc. That didnt make any sense. After we sent our deposit in to Celidan, I wrote her back Thursday and told her not to even bother with out centerpieces as I dont want one dime we are paying the Hilton to go to them.

The church flowers were PERFECT! When I finally walked into the reception venue before the reception we were BLOWN AWAY! Everything from our bouquets to the card and gift table to the centerpieces was even better than I imagined. I can't even begin to thank her/them enough for everything they did to make my wedding the most memorable day of my life! Thank you!!

And as any bride knows, there's so much to stress about, so not worrying about my flowers was so helpful. I was STUNNED when I saw all the flowers for our wedding. My bouquet was gorgeous, the bigger arrangements were shockingly beautiful, all the centerpieces were better than I imagined, and all the other flowers were perfect. After using Walden Floral, I now have a florist for life! I was truly sad about going on my honeymoon right after the wedding because I didn't get to enjoy the flowers after the big day, but all my friends and family did. The flowers lasted for a couple weeks after and my everyone who took arrangements home said they received so many compliments on the flowers and they asked where they came from because they were so beautiful. The corsages were so pretty my Mom and Sister loved it! The day of my wedding, Walden Floral delivered my flowers and checked in with me to make sure I liked what they created. Everything was simply beautiful! My flowers turned out more amazing than I ever imagined, and I am so happy I went with Walden Floral. I have already recommended them to my sister getting married next year. As soon as I got my flowers, the 4 stars quickly changed to a 5. My flowers were so beautiful. I am not a flower person at all, so I had no idea what I actually ordered and how it would come out, but they came out beautiful. My only disappointment is how quickly they die. I'm not sure when the flowers come in but they started to wilt within 5 hours of receiving them. Otherwise they were wonderful and i would recommend them to anyone!

I loved the look of the hydrangeas! But I didn't like the color of one of the main roses. My idea of fuchsia was different than the standard color. Denise could tell I wasn't enthusiastic about the color and said that she just wanted to make sure that I was really happy. So she got more flowers last minute that were just the right color for my bouquet. The flowers on the day of our wedding were gorgeous! I had a huge, cascading bouquet and all the centerpieces were amazing, full of rich, beautiful flowers. Denise helped my family decorate our wedding arch with fabric and flowers just an hour before the wedding and really went above and beyond to make it a wonderful day.
