e wedding, I worked with both Kelly (who no longer works there) and Jacqueline, and they were both wonderful to work with. They responded to my emails and questions promptly and were easy to get a hold of. Jacqueline was happy to meet with me leading up to the wedding day and go through all the details with me and my wedding planner. She even made sure I was able to check into my wedding suite on the morning of the wedding day so my bridesmaids and I were able to get ready in there! Jacqueline was happy to help in any way to make sure the day went smoothly. The dinner they served at the reception was delicious and the bartenders and waiters were great too!! I got so many compliments on the venue. I couldn't have imagined my wedding at a more perfect venue!

We had our reception at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Club 19 Golf Links clubhouse. The venue is the perfect location for any wedding "style" including an ocean view (perfect for a sunset cocktail hour or reception!), an outdoor patio with a roof...
/cover for al fresco dining, an indoor ballroom that is ideal for a dance floor and lounge furniture, and plenty of room for guests to mingle, dance, and relax by the fireplaces. I recommend this venue not only for the beauty and luxury that the physical place provides, but also for the unparalleled customer service offered by the St. Regis Catering and Events staff. Our catering manager, Kelly Odell, was a joy to work with from the day we reached out to her as tentatively booking the venue, all the way through the event completion and followup after we had concluded our wedding reception. The teams there care about their customers and make every bride, groom, and guest feel personally taken care of. Thank you Kelly and the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort for making our wedding an unbelievable day to remember forever!

er, she apologized profusely, asked how she could make it up and then never got back to me... which was extremely disappointing customer service.
The venue itself is gorgeous, our families flew in and stayed for a few days, making it an even more memorable, joyous and happy occasion. The food was also fantastic. I would just recommend making sure to proof the menu before it is printed...
