Walkowski Photography

I very rarely leave a bad review but my families experience with Walkowski photography has been extremely disappointing. A family member purchased a photography package for my parents 50th anniversary. Our family had our photos done on July 3rd. Ms. Walkowski was friendly during the shoot, but seemed flustered and unsure of how to manage the 9 of us. It is now mid-October and after repeated emails and phone calls we still do not have our photos and haven’t had a chance to order or ask questions. When my mother requested a meeting to discuss, Ms. Walkowski asked if this could be done or email or the phone given her busy schedule. We are left frustrated and confused. Our questions now are; was the cost of the package such that she feels it is not worth her time to work with us, was she so dissatisfied with the photos (which were not great) that she was embarrassed or ashamed to continue to work with us, or is this the result of a lack of experience in running the more organized aspects of a business? Although we would like our photos, either digital or print, at this point I am talking with other photographers to book another shoot. Her lack of professionalism and concern for a process which has been paid for also has us considering contacting the better business bureau. This is not the first photographer we have ever worked with but this is certainly the first time we’ve ever had such a terrible experience.
