Walnut Cleaners

I would give them 0 star if I could. They completely RUINED my Vera Wang Farrah wedding dress. If they DO NOT know how to clean certain types of fabric DON'T accept the order! When I brought in my dress, they said they could clean it. Owner said they specialize in cleaning wedding gowns. When I picked up the dress, the organza/tulle were falling apart. I asked the owner what happened and he said it came out of the machine like that. You're NOT supposed to clean this in the machine! How can you say you specialize in wedding gown cleaning when you don't even know how to treat certain materials! I paid $5000 for this dress and this dress has a resale value of $2500-4000 since this is an iconic Vera Wang dress and still being sold on their website and worn by celebrity, Blake Lively. I was planning to wear this again for my anniversary photo shoot and store for memories. They are inept and unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST them with your dresses!!!
