Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin and the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve are wedding venues located in the heart of the Walt Disney World Resort. This location is a chance for couples to have an elegant celebration in a place that allows them to reconnect with their childhood. Being just a short distance from the theme parks, the venue space provides amenities for your guests of all ages to have a memorable experience.
This romantic estate is nestled between Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and is a short distance away from the magical attractions. Crystal clear water surrounds the resort, which you will be able to see from your ceremony altar or suite window. Any visiting guests can fly in from Orlando International Airport, which is just a 20-minute drive to the resort. Once you’re on the property, the dedicated staff will handle your transportation to and from the venue. From shuttle buses to water taxi cruises, the team will make sure you and your guests are properly cared for.
You will have four ceremony and reception locations to choose from. Our newest venue, The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve provides breathtaking rooftop views of the area, with opportunities to view the nightly fireworks from the surrounding theme parks. At the Walt Disney World Swan, the secluded West Courtyard features a grand wooden pergola for you to exchange your vows. Flourishing plants, a four-swan fountain, and a private, intimate atmosphere creates a romantic, fairytale setting for you and your partner to enjoy. For more intimate events, the Crescent Terrace is a small, elevated area that sits beside the waterfront, for a nautical backdrop. The Tropical White Sand Beach provides Florida charm, for you to enjoy your first moments as newlyweds under the sunset. For indoor ceremonies of receptions, the Swan Ballroom creates an elegant atmosphere, with uplighting and high-quality sound systems for you to get creative with. You will have access to customizable packages, which include an array of amenities and services. From the talented catering team, to the experienced event coordinators, the team at Swan and Dolphin will work to care for all your nuptial needs.

ughtful, incredibly helpful, and so genuinely kind. We always felt supported and cared for, and on our wedding day, that attention carried through in the most beautiful way.
Ashley Harmony, who handled our billing, was also wonderful to work with. She was always so kind, incredibly responsive, and ready to answer any questions we had. Her communication was clear, her directions were easy to follow, and everything was handled promptly and professionally.
The Swan Hotel was also incredibly convenient, which made the entire experience even more special. We were able to get ready at the hotel, and they have a special opportunity to arrange for a Christmas tree to be delivered to your room. Our wedding was on December 19th, so of course we had to have a Christmas tree in our room! Having those Christmas touches throughout our entire stay made the experience feel extra magical and meaningful. Plus, it was perfect for our getting-ready photos!
The entire staff treated us like royalty. Every detail was handled seamlessly, and I truly never had an empty drink in my hand. Our ceremony at Crescent Terrace felt completely magical, and everything flowed so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment.
Our reception at Il Mulino was just as exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the day feel intimate and special. Looking back, it’s hard to imagine a single thing we would change.
We wish we could relive this day over and over. The Swan has always been our favorite hotel on Disney property, and now it holds an even more special place in our hearts. My husband and I plan to return every year to celebrate. If you’re considering this venue, you will be in the very best hands! :)

ly with Emylie, our planning partner with Just Marry!. They both did so much to put me, my husband, and our daughter at ease. We felt confident going into the wedding day that everything would go exactly as planned, and they did not disappoint!
On the day of the wedding, we had nothing to do but enjoy ourselves. Emylie and her team checked in with us as we were getting ready and while we were taking photos before the ceremony, reassuring us that everything was on track. They also guided us to where we needed to be as the day went on. Emylie and Jennifer were so communicative with us throughout the day, always making sure we had what we needed.
The wedding flew by without a hitch, and we could not stop smiling. Guests kept coming up to say how beautiful the Vue was and how much fun they were having. Everyone shared how much they enjoyed the delicious food. And more than one guest told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which was just amazing to hear.
I cannot recommend the Swan and Just Marry! enough. They will truly make your wedding unforgettable!

lergies - no one even noticed! Everything went well for guests, and I appreciate all the vendors we were able to bring in. However, there were numerous issues we faced as the couple.
1 - They were not very attentive to us a couple. My (now) wife was never asked and never got a drink during the entire night by staff. Our family were the ones that brought us drinks and food. I got drinks at the start but never asked after. My wife (who got a special allergy meal) and I shared a meal because by the time anyone came to us about eating, the food from the buffet was ice cold.
2 - We were very specific about allergy meals (nut allergies) for guests - but only one person got theirs. Not even the bride’s father got his.
3 - If your ceremony location is Crescent Terrace, you’ll be waiting around and lining up in the lobby so guests will see you as they’re arriving - it’s a very awkward location.
4- We were very much looking forward to the holding room after the ceremony as a place for me and my partner to relax, have a drink, and eat apps. However, only an Iced tea was ready by the time we arrived so once everything else did arrive, we had to rush to finish our appetizers and drinks to go back to meet our guests.
5- We were told that someone would check us into our complimentary room, and even try to check us in early. At the end of the night when we asked for our room keys, Just Marry! team said “Oh do you still want that”. We were tired and didn’t know how long it would take to get a room so we said no and left. We ended up losing the comp room.
The location is beautiful but make sure you are very specific and on top of everything. I would also suggest asking if you can take out the Just Marry! team and go with a wedding planner who is focused on you rather than the venue

ott team went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with as they made all of the planning so easy and held our hand through the entire process. They were so patient with all of our questions and provided their expertise to help guide us when decision making! They also worked hand-in-hand with our wedding planner (Just Marry!) to ensure that no details, no matter how small, slipped through the cracks! Help from the incredible Marriott team didn’t stop after the planning was done, however, their wonderful staff (including Kristie and Taylor) were there from start to finish of our wedding day to ensure that everything went according to plan! They were even thoughtful enough to create a relaxing space for my husband and I to unwind and connect / talk together immediately after the ceremony — which was something that we really wanted to do!…it’s like they just knew us, we didn’t even have to ask!
We will forever be grateful for the amazing help, kindness, talent and generosity of Jennifer, Kristie, Taylor and the rest of their wonderful team!! They even helped make our stay at the Swan Reserve the night of the wedding extra magical and we will never forget their thoughtfulness!! In fact, their entire staff that we dealt with during our stay were absolutely lovely and we wouldn’t have wanted to have our special day anywhere else!!

ecause we knew right away that's where we wanted to get married. It is absolutely stunning in the Vue! I was even more impressed with the catering team, specifically Kristie! She was so great to work with and made sure we were taken care of and got exactly what we wanted. She shared some great tips with us that helped our wedding day go smoothly. That being said, my fiancé and I did look at hosting our wedding at the Disney resort, however they could not provide us with an outdoor cocktail space with a close indoor reception space. Plus we really wanted a location where all our friends and family could stay and enjoy all the wedding festivities in one place. We were extremely happy to find that the Swan Resort could accommodate our outdoor cocktail and indoor reception vision. The grounds are absolutely beautiful especially during the holidays, and our guests loved not only the prime Disney location, but the service they received while staying at the hotel. Word of the wise, I will say getting a date at the Swan Resort was difficult. They do prioritize conventions and therefore give them first pick at the dates, so that was difficult to deal with on the onset. However, once you get a date and if you are lucky enough to get to work with Natalie Abrams at the Swan Resort you have hit the jackpot! I cannot say enough about Natalie, she worked closely with my amazing wedding planner Leanna McDonald at JustMarry! and she is top notch. We hosted not only our wedding at the Swan, but also a rehearsal lunch, meet & greet cocktail the night before the wedding, and a farewell breakfast. All our events were absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to have 115 guests at our wedding who flew in from all over the world and each one of them not only loved the hotel but cannot say enough about the food. If you are thinking about a Disney wedding I highly suggest the Walt Disney World Swan resort. Picking a wedding venue can be a difficult decision but I am so glad that the one I picked I get to continue to enjoy, for not only do I hold fond memories of staying at the Swan & Dolphin when I was younger, I now get to continue these memories staying there with my now husband and someday my children. I cannot thank the team at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort enough for my dream wedding!
