My husband hates attention and being in the spotlight, so the whole ordeal was a bit overwhelming, but Sarah was able to get him out of his bubble, make us both laugh, and made the whole thing fun and natural. This was especially true during our engagement shoot! On the day of the wedding, Sarah and Frank fit right in with the bridal party and made sure everything went smoothly. My bridesmaids were actually sad when Sarah had to go haha They had a lot to deal with (it downpoured on the day of the wedding so we had to change plans) and they executed the whole thing really well. Super flexible and very professional! They were communicative and helpful. I had a lot of questions and Sarah was able to take each one on. She listened to my needs and my vision and she made it happen. She perfectly captured the story of my day, which is exactly what I wanted. Her and frank took amazing pictures despite the weather. I’m truly happy it ended up raining that day, the pictures turned out even better because of it!! What you won't be able to see online is how wonderful of people they are. How they will make your day a thousand times better or how they will feel like old friends and when you get stressed on your wedding day, just their presence will calm you down. When we got behind schedule, Sarah and Frank both kept me calm and quickly captured all our family portraits because we were determined to capture them before the ceremony. They gave us moments before and after the ceremony to just enjoy each other and our bridal party and when they reception began they mixed right into our family and friends, while making sure we had drinks to enjoy. My family was so impressed with them and we had so many comments about how kind, professional, and friendly they were throughout the whole day. I can't thank them enough for everything!

From our first meeting to scheduling (and rescheduling due to weather) our engagement photos, to preparing a wedding day timeline, plus a final walkthrough phone call before the wedding, I knew that we would be in great hands. If you are looking for a wedding photography team that is insanely talented, caring, flexible, and hard-working, I HIGHLY recommend Wandering Heart Photography. We cannot put into words how thankful we were to have Frank & Sarah on our side the day of our wedding. The weather changed on a dime and it was raining for almost the entire day but they still got gorgeous photos. I have had multiple people who have come up to me and were so impressed with our photos and how detail-oriented Frank & Sarah were. A few people said they enjoyed meeting Frank & Sarah at the reception and they were very impressed with their ability to capture every single moment of the day. They were constantly talking to us behind the camera to help us stay comfortable and relaxed for our pictures. They even stayed a few extra minutes after our time with them was up to capture a few more pictures that we requested. We HIGHLY recommend them!

When it came to wedding planning... photography was the one thing I felt I could confidently check off my list and knew it would be handled flawlessly. Sarah can make anyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and knows how to show each couples uniqueness through her work. Sarah and Frank really go above and beyond from making sure you are comfortable, checking to see if the Bride needs a drink ( everyone knows she can't make it to the bar with all the chatting ) and Frank even gave the groom his belt after he forgot one! My entire wedding party raved about how much they enjoyed working with Frank and Sarah and how impressed they were. On top of the gorgeous photos they deliver, their customer service and professionalism is top of the line! Would work with them again!

ay I felt completely stress free about the photography portion of our wedding. She even drove an hour and a half to our venue sight a few weeks before our wedding to walk through the whole set up with us. On the day of, both Sarah and Frank were SO easy to work with! They captured all the key moments without hovering or taking away from those moments and the ceremony. They had such a calming presence that my husband and I felt completely comfortable just being ourselves during the pictures. At the end of the night, they double checked to make sure there wasn't anything they missed. As they were leaving, we happened to hear a favorite dance song of ours, and they literally ran back inside to capture that moment for us without us even asking. The quality and quantity of our pictures were beyond what we could have asked for. In summary: They are just incredible. We would get married again just to have them take our pictures! :)

After your wedding, there’s nothing more exciting than waiting for the pictures so that you can relive the day, and we loved that we got a preview of our photos the week after our wedding, and the whole collection within a few weeks! We could not be happier with the array of photos that we have that help tell the story of the day. As a bride and groom, I think it’s natural that you “miss” a lot of the peripheral events at your wedding, and I was so happy to see some of those moments that Sarah had captured that I didn’t even know that I wanted! We had a brunch with our bridal party the morning after the wedding, and it was definitely unanimous that the photographers were awesome people to work with!
