    In August of 2022, the Benson Sisters, Kim and Kristin, took the leap and purchased a 1983 vintage two-horse trailer, which has been converted to serve as a catering service for a variety of venues, including elegant weddings, corporate events, festivals, tail-gating parties and other get-togethers. Options will be available to serve beer, wine, limited specialty cocktails, deserts, coffees, and select hors d-ouevres.
