Wandering Table was fantastic! April was so lovely to work with, always quick to get back to us with answers for any questions, and very accommodating with a couple specific needs for guests. All of that and the food was delicious. :) I don't think there's anyone we haven't talked to about the wedding that hasn't complimented the food. Absolutely would recommend!

We had our wedding in September'25 with Wandering Table Catering (April).
When we did our initial tastings, April presented an outstanding variety of appetizers, entrées, and sides to choose from. All of it tasted amazing which made narrowing down our menu difficult but fun! Such a great experience.
Throughout the whole wedding planning process, April was extremely responsive, flexible, not to mention kind. We were so happy to have found her. Her day-of team was super professional and accommodating during our wedding. Set-up and take-down were flawlessy executed and all of our guests raved about the food, especially the short ribs. All the food was labeled and she was able to provide substitutes for any allergies (nuts/gluten).
Overall, we highly recommend April and her team! They made our day truly special.

My personal favorite way to enjoy friend and family is around a crowded table, bumping elbows and enjoying delicious food. There is always room for one more. This what Wandering Table Catering is looking to create for you - memories with family and friends surrounded by our delicious, scratch food.

about it days later! The speciality cocktails were also a hit. Wandering Table has lots of creative and delicious speciality cocktail options to choose from when making menu selections and it was hard to narrow down just a couple because they all looked so good. Their bartending services were also excellent and professional. April was also just a pleasure to work with throughout our wedding planning process. From the initial tasting to our meetings right before the wedding she was always great about answering all our questions and giving us a good idea of what to expect on the day of. Could not recommend them enough!

Her food is SUPER delicious. The mashed potatoes she makes are some of the best things I’ve ever eaten and will forever be a highlight from our wedding. our wedding that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We were hopeful after our tasting since we were literally obsessed with everything on the menu, it was so hard to narrow down. But then to duplicate it in such a remote, off-the-beaten-path location? Amazing. April was so communicative and really walked me through the process as I planned everything myself. She easily had dietary swaps to keep the pretty much the whole wedding dairy-free and like I said, we had many many people tell us it was the best food ever. It’s all you could hope for when planning a wedding! There’s been so many times you go to one, have been hungry all day and then it gets to the meal and it’s just…blah. Not with Wandering Table, that’s for sure! So thankful that we were able to work with April and her awesome team. One of our best decisions we made in planning our wedding!

od was at our wedding! On top of that, April was super friendly and easy to work with, even when we were struggling to make decisions or when we didn’t respond to their emails very quickly. They went out of their way to help us nail down our menu, which we super appreciated. They were also very accommodating about dietary restrictions and made a few special plates for the guests who needed menu modifications. We know a lot of work went on behind the scenes. Set up/tear down went smoothly, the catering team and bartenders who staffed our wedding were very friendly, and they even helped prepare the late night snacks that we brought separately. Overall, we were very happy with Wandering Table and would highly recommend them if you are looking for event catering!

From our very first meeting with April (in which she did a virtual presentation of the mains we were interested in) and throughout the entire planning process she was very thorough and detailed. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and gave us a lot of guidance.
We wanted the food and drinks to tell the story of our relationship and include local ingredients from the PNW, and April delivered! Everything was fantastic both in taste and presentation.
Leading up to the wedding day April was very helpful in arranging pick ups/drop offs with vendors, guiding us on wine and liquor selections, and making bar signage for our specialty cocktails.
She and her team on the day of the reception were very nice and friendly to our guests which made the experience even more inviting and intimate.
