He was able to handle my very outspoken and strong-willed family members, which took a lot of worry and stress off my shoulders. I, like most grooms, admittedly do not love taking photos. Between the uncomfortable staging of photos and the 3,000 retakes your significant other requests for their perfect IG post, taking photographs can be a little tiresome. Therefore, while looking for a photographer I wanted to make sure we ended up with someone who felt natural. We wanted someone who didn’t make it feel like they were “on-the-job” rather someone who would join us in our excitement and joy during our wedding. From the moment we met Paul, we could tell how easy going and likable his personality is and how well that would fit with what we were looking for. Paul’s personality really comes through in his natural approach, which makes it feel like you’re hardly even taking pictures. This style helps everyone around him relax and go with the flow – which reduced stress on us throughout the wedding immensely. So, in short, if you are looking for some great photos, an easy going and natural photographer, and someone who you’ll enjoy being around for your wedding, you should go book Paul immediately.

The balance Paul finds between being actively involved in the day so he can anticipate and capture shots without being disruptive to the flow of the wedding is something only a true professional could find. Not only was it fun to have Paul around for the day of our wedding, but interacting with him leading up to the wedding was as seamless as we could have imagined. We planned our Ohio wedding from North Carolina, and he always worked with us to make things as easy for us as possible. Whether it was using Facetime to hold our meetings, working around our schedule to take engagement photos, or meeting us early in the hotel for the wedding day, it felt as if we were being taken care of by a friend. In fact, it was almost as if we had another friend there with us along the way who just happened to be capturing all of the incredible moments from our wedding. If you’re looking for a photographer, we could not recommend Paul more highly. And if you have the chance to book Paul for your wedding, I am certain that you will never regret doing so!

r engagement shoot, and his incredible demeanor at the wedding are absolutely worth every penny your fiancé tries to talk you into. Go for it. Paul is kind, loving and just an all around great guy. Our biggest regret with him is that by the time we got to the wedding, he had to attend as our photographer, rather than as our friend and guest! He is honestly the best dude. His second shooter Dan was awesome, and they worked super well as a pair, capturing every special moment of our wedding. Paul is absolutely worth talking to, you won’t regret it!

ouple. He photographed multiple events throughout our wedding weekend - our small backyard ceremony, our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, and our reception on Saturday. He was at each event and made sure to touch base with us on what type of shots we wanted and also got shots that we wouldn't have thought of. He is unbelievably creative. Paul was extremely accommodating with our requests for the big day - we didn't want any shots that felt forced, we wanted candid moments, and we wanted to spend an hour getting family photos done before the wedding so that we could hang at our cocktail hour. He made all of that happen. Paul was also great at making sure that family members and friends hungry for media content with their phones were assured that he would get a shot so they didn't have to worry about it :) Aside from all of his amazing photography and coordinating talents, Paul is just an all around great guy who is extremely passionate about what he does - I mean he quit his day job to chase his passion and turn photography into his career - and loves love and making his couples happy and helping them tell their story. Kudos Paul, keep doing what you're doing - we couldn't have been happier!

Paul is exactly who you want standing next to you and your spouse's side on your big day. Before my wedding, I was in a few as a bridesmaid, so I experienced many photographers. One wedding I was in the photographer started getting annoyed with the overzealous groomsman. Another the photographer gave us no direction on what to do, we're not models and the lack of direction made an album of images where we are all just facing forward smiling. These were not qualities I wanted in my photographer. Cue my friend, Paul. Paul is so easy-going but gets the job done. He can laugh at the groomsman that is putting on a show, and then also get said groomsman to pause long enough to get an amazing photo. Paul will give you instructions so you don't just stand there, but he isn't bossy or pushy in any way. He will take a photo and you'll think, "what on earth is he seeing" and then you will get your pictures back and your jaw won't leave the floor. Paul is so light-hearted and happy which is especially helpful in moments that may be stressful. My cocktail hour was making me crazy, he grabbed us, got us wine, and we took some of my favorite pictures of the night away from the madness that was our cocktail hour. You'll find yourself wanting him to stop taking pictures and just join you for a drink, besides marrying my husband, he was the best decision of the night! Adore you, Paul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ding video. To have a video bring you to tears is an understatement, I was balling my eyes out. The way they incorporated my Dad's speech throughout the beginning of the video was beautiful. They over delivered on our expectations and everyone loved our wedding video. We posted it on Facebook to share with friends and family, and everyone thought they were watching a movie. Their skill in cinematography will blow all expectations out of the water. Thank you, Wandering Woo Photography, for making our day one to always remember!

gh and loosen up despite wearing warm fall clothes in freakishly hot late October weather. The day of the wedding both Paul and his whole team were so incredible. I remember telling people that he seemed to be the calm amongst all the chaos, making everything so lighthearted and fun. Both Paul and his team did not feel like the photographers/videographers, but felt like part of the wedding party. As the evening was wrapping up, I was sad to see them go, not because I wanted more pictures, but because we wanted to hang out with all of them more! Besides the awesomeness of this team, your pictures will speak for themselves. I was completely floored by the pictures and video. The pictures were so stunning and captured the magic of our day. I have looked through them all countless times, and have no way of picking my favorites. The video is completely breathtaking and although I've watched it a billion times, I still tear up every single time. When sharing the pictures with family and friends, I had so many texts/phone calls asking who we used as a photographer/videographer and we heard countless times how incredible their work was. You will be so happy with your decision if you go with Wandering Woo Photography. I am so greatful that they were part of our day, and helped to make it such a perfect memory that we will treasure forever.

t to see the rest. Not only is Paul a great photographer, he also has an awesome personality. He is super relaxed and it made me relaxed as well. The team he brought for our wedding day was awesome, we joked around and had a lot of fun. He kept us on schedule, was very detail oriented, and made sure we got all the pictures we wanted without rushing us or making me feel stressed out. He truly went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations for wedding day photography. My dad is also a photographer, and was taking pictures throughout the day, and I had another family friend who unexpectedly was taking pictures the whole day as well. Paul handled all of this with ease, I was so impressed. He was there from the start of the morning until after the DJ had stopped the music for the night. Even at that point as he was packing up, my husband and I were posing for a friend's photo, and he got his camera back out and started taking pictures again! I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Paul is. Again, one of the best decisions we made in regards to our wedding day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stand out photographer who will capture true beauty in your special day!
