Wannamoisett Country Club

Our wedding was 11.6.21 and it was perfect! We knew the second we saw the ballroom that this was our venue. It is newly renovated, so everything is very clean looking. Every single staff member is excellent. Kim was amazing with helping us organize everything and very response with emails/calls. Dorinda was wonderful keeping the day of moving smoothly and attending to everyone's needs. Meg was amazing with making sure we and our parents were well taken care of. Also, Rose was a HUGE hit with our guests. She was a waitstaff member who not only danced her way around but made everyone laugh. They let us do what we wanted and how we wanted and made sure all of our details were perfect. Pricing is very affordable and they have flexible packages to meet your needs. We chose to get married indoors and the ballroom was perfect in front of the fireplace. If you are looking for outdoors, the grounds are beautiful and very well kept. One huge bonus here that other venues we toured didn't have, a very large bridal suite. Most places they were closets but here it is a very large room with fireplace and more than enough room for your whole party. We had almost nothing go wrong but any slight hiccup, they helped solve with no disruptions. Another big thing is the food. We loved the food at the trial and all of our guests were complimenting the food after the facts. We had around 180 people so with large groups, sometimes it is hard to have everyone's meals be hot/cooked correctly but we had zero complaints. Everything was excellent and I cannot praise the entire club enough. Everyone is so kind and they made us feel like they truly cared about us and all of our details. We would do it all again in a heart beat!

We knew within minutes of our initial tour that Wannamoisett was going to be the venue we went with. We had toured 10+ venues (picky husbands fault), but Wannamoisett had absolutely everything was wanted while staying within a very reasonable price range. They did a beautiful job setting up the venue and capturing our image perfectly. The cocktail hour location was a huge hit with our guests and they loved how beautiful the back room was. The day of the wedding was a little more hectic than we hoped for. We spent a lot of time waiting for someone to tell us what to do and more than a few times my husband or I had to ask the coordinators what to do next. There seemed to be no communication between the venue and our DJ and Photographer but all in all, it was not too bad. There was no one around to tell us to start lining up for the ceremony so our ceremony started about 20 minutes late. My husband and I left for a half an hour to take pictures during the reception and when we got back, the guests still hadn't received their food even though we were told they would be eating while we were gone. My steak was on the colder side when it came out, but it was delicious non the less. The ONLY complaint our guests had was the fact that the dinner rolls were HARD AS ROCKS. I didn't believe them at first, but they were almost impossible to bite through and were so hard that almost no one ate them. Overall, I would get married again there in a heart beat, but I would stress that they need to communicate better with the vendors.

Our wedding was 8/7/2021. There were pros and cons in our experience. The venue is beautiful, reasonably priced and they allowed our dog in the ceremony! We had to push our wedding back in 2020 and the venue was very accommodating. We worked with Kim and Dorinda and had some interaction with Julie, all were polite and helpful! On the day we did have some issues of concern- I was walking down the aisle with both my mother and father which the venue was aware of although the placement of the chairs were so close that once we turned down the aisle there wasn’t enough room for us so I lost my mother as she had to travel behind us. We had been told several times that we would be able to use the golf carts for our pictures so that we wouldn’t have to walk to some of the spots and it appears most of the golf carts were given to their members thankfully my fiancé demanded one for us so that we could get at least a couple of the pictures we had wanted. Also we had been told in the beginning that there were no other events that day and that there would be plenty of parking for guests when we had gotten to the venue to there were very few spots left both parking lots were packed and the place was full of members! We had to move out of their way while taking our pictures we were dodging members golfing and carts the entire time! Also when we had gotten there to use the bridal suite and the grooms room apparently there were still people sitting in the grooms room eating so the guys could not start getting ready right away even though we are allowed the rooms two hours in advance and they were well aware that we would be there! The decorations were set up as we wanted and they did do a beautiful job with that! Also The food was very good! The wait staff was definitely one of our huge pain points a lot of guests and vendors received the wrong meals some of them got stuck with children’s meals which was not what was given to the venue in final details. There was also a lot of confusion during our toasts with the lighting, staff didn’t seem to know how to dim the lights so lights flickered then stayed brightly lit the majority of the night! There were several times throughout the night where we couldn’t find any staff on the floor the bar line had grown pretty large unfortunately my fiancé spent most of the night running back-and-forth looking for people which he should not have done as he found a lot of the staff sitting and eating in the cocktail room! We were advised we could have our guests sit outside the cocktail room near the fire pit a staff member came and approached our guests and told them they had to move because that was a members only area! also we had several guests attempt to buy shots at the bar and were told by the bartender she is not allowed to serve shots! There really wasn’t anyone to manage our timeline which i had provided to them we lost track of time and didn’t remember the cake cutting until after most of the guests had already left around 10:15 PM . There was no staff on the floor to take the cake so we had to look for someone to come take the cake to cut for the guests. The wait staff began clearing tables prior to guests finishing their drinks/food several guests had purchased drinks and when they returned to their tables after visiting the Photobooth, etc their drinks were gone. There were several other issues but all in all we had a wonderful time regardless!

My husband and I went to an event at Wannamoisett Country Club last year and fell in love with the venue. We looked at 5 venues total for our wedding and kept coming back to Wannamoisett. I can truly say we were so pleased with the entire experience working with Wannamoisett Country Club! Julie was our main point of contact and she was absolutely outstanding. She answered all of our questions and was always there when needed. The venue itself is just beautiful. From the elegant brick exterior to the massive fireplace and chandeliers in the ballroom, this venue screams charm! I also want to point out that the bridal suite was an extremely generous size and the cocktail area was beautiful (it had been newly renovated). I can't forget about the food! A few months before the wedding we went for a food tasting. They allowed us to bring both sets of parents so we could try a different entree each. It was SO difficult to choose two! The food was absolutely delicious. We ended up choosing the NY Sirloin and Baked Stuff Chicken. Our guests could not stop raving about the food at our wedding. The portions were large and hot. We had a few vegetarian/gluten free guests and the venue offered a separate dinner option without hesitation. Since our wedding was off-season (2/22/20) we had a bit more flexibility with some things. Our theme was winter wonderland and my Mom and I (she was my wedding planner) spent countless hours looking for the perfect decor to fill the room. Since there were no other events that week, the venue let us start decorating on Thursday morning. If you prefer not to have any part in decorating, they do have someone to help with this. Dee was lovely to work with and helped bring our vision to life. She was our day-of coordinator and made us feel at ease the whole way through. She and her staff were professional and always there when needed. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. I could go on and on at how fabulous every part of the venue and staff were. My bridal shower was held at Wannamoisett Country Club and I couldn't have dreamt of a better venue! The event room was beautiful and elegant and the staff was extremely attentive from start to finish. We served brunch and everything on the menu was absolutely delicious! Can't say enough good things about Wannamoisett!

We were so pleased with the entire experience working with Wannamoisett Country Club. Not only was their venue classy, beautiful and charming, the service was humble, kind and accommodating. Our guests were so happy with the room, the views of the golf course, the location, parking and the amazing services. Julie, the banquet manager, is a sweet, calming and fair person to work with. Wedding are a high pressure, high costs event, but working with Julie, she listens to you and offers wonderful ideas to make things work for both parties. We even got a refund check in the mail because we did not consume as much as we budgeted. The food was delicious. We went with the NY sirloin and honey glazed salmon options. Our guest raved at the salmon, and the the sirloin melted in your mouth. The room layout was perfect, big room, nice location for the band, bar was in a good spot in the room, and dance floor was the focus. The fireplace was nicely decorated with lit candles that gave the occasion a warm ambiance. The bridal suite felt like it was right out of a magazine. It was newly renovated and it was a nice place to relax and unwind after the ceremony. We recharged our batteries there, freshened up and indulged in yummy appetizers and drinks before the reception. We originally planned to have cocktail hour in the beautiful well manicured front-lawn, but due to high humidity and heat, Wannamoisett moved it to the air conditioned members-only lounge with views to the golf course, with no up-charge. The club also provided a golf cart to explore the course and take pictures at scenic locations. Our favorite pictures were by the stone bridge and the ivy covered stone wall. Everything leading up to the wedding and during the wedding was just easy. Julie and her crew were very accommodating and wonderful to partner with. Wannamoisett is by far a terrific value for the service, class and charm you get. One last note, we wanted a special espresso coffee and brandy service, the groom's family tradition. We agreed to served about 10 guest in the backroom, and it ballooned to over 30 guests and the staff stepped up and delivered a memorable experience. We were so grateful for that moment. We had our wedding in December of 2019 just before the new year and we could not have been more thrilled with how wonderful and perfect everything turned out considering we planned our special day in just 3 months. Julie was extremely accommodating and on point, assisting us from planning everything from the colors, to the meals, to offering bits of advice in between. My husband and I found ourselves overwhelmed at times being that we didn't have much time to plan and we received amazing feedback from our guests regarding the flow of the wedding right down to the decor and food. We were able to sample the food at our wedding by having a couples "night out". While we were unable to eat at the venue due to our busy schedules, Julie packed our meal to go and we were thrilled with how the chicken francaise and baked scrod were cooked (the side of mashed potatoes were probably the best I've ever tried). I had requested that my husband have his own special meal of pasta on the wedding day, and the custom made shrimp scampi over angel hair did not disappoint! On the day of the event, Dorinda was AMAZING; she made sure everything was to our liking, checking in with us throughout the whole night to make sure our guests were happy in addition to us. At the end of the night, we were able to lock everything up and pick up our decorations later in the week to ensure we had nothing to worry about on our wedding night. While the weather is something that is out of anyone's control, we were so fortunate for a December wedding that the temperature was bearable in addition to clear skies. The outdoor photographs we were able to take for our "first look" at the gazebo and our "night" exit shot, came out better than anyone could have hoped due to the well manicured grounds and golf course greens. We wanted to thank the entire staff at Wannamoisett for the professionalism, experience extended, and for making our special day one to remember forever. For anyone looking for a gorgeous venue at a very reasonable price, we would recommend Julie, Dorinda, and this amazing country club without hesitation or reservation.

We had our wedding at Wannamoisett in October 2019 and it was everything we expected and more! The service was top notch, prices are competitive, food was amazing and flavorful, and the staff paid close attention to details we hadn't even thought of and were very flexible. Julie is professional, organized, and knowledgeable in event planning. We would recommend her and the staff here to friends and family with confidence. All of these essential characteristics of the staff and venue made our special day go without a hitch and we are extremely thankful for that.

My husband and I just had the most wonderful experience having our wedding at Wannamoisett Country Club just a couple weeks ago! We knew we were making the right choice going with Wannamoisett after meeting with both Emily & Julie--they are exceptional. Each and every person you will come into contact with throughout your experience planning your wedding at Wannamoisett will be incredibly professional, knowledgable & helpful. The whole staff truly does go about and beyond to make sure your wedding is exactly what you envision and hope it to be. They are wonderfully accommodating in all regards, even when we had a few guests with some very specific dietary restrictions. All of the food was absolutely delicious! Once we got to the day of--we arrived to a beautifully decorated venue & day of staff that was more than ready to help us throughout our wedding day. We had an issue with a stain on a dress pre-ceremony & the staff pulled out all of the tricks to help get the stain removed. We would absolutely recommend that if you are considering having your wedding at Wannamoisett Country Club--you do, you will not regret it!

Wannamoisett Country Club was by far the best venue that we came across during the search for the perfect place to have our wedding. The professionalism of the staff and administration there is outstanding, and they are extremely helpful when it comes to planning!!! We had booked two years in advance, and working with them was a breeze. They took the time to meet with us whenever we had questions or even if we just wanted to visit. Not only do they make the big day special, but leading up to it special as well. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is up to your expectations and goes the way that you want it to, and they make sure that it is as stress free as can be for the couple. They offer a couple different wedding packages there that include vendors for almost everything you may need. This made it extremely helpful in picking out our DJ, bakery, florist, photographer, etc. All of the preferred vendors they refer you to are just as fantastic. They are all extremely nice and all go out of their way to make the day and the planning special and easy. Since getting married and having our wedding there, we have received nothing but endless amounts of compliments on how beautiful this venue was and how great the food and the staff were!!!!

What an absolutely amazing venue! There aren’t enough good things that I could say about my experience at Wannamoisett! I had never heard of the venue until I went to a bridal show and met Kim. She answered all of my questions and I immediately made an appointment to come see the venue first hand. When I saw the venue they were in the middle of renovations and I still fell in love with it. Kim explained all of the packages that the venue offered, which was really what sold me on the location. I wanted a place that was different, that was affordable, and that was beautiful- Wannamoisett was all of that and then some! Once I solidified a date, I began working with Julie! She answered all of my questions about decor, timing, food, etc. She scheduled a “couples night out” for my husband and I to try the potential meals for the wedding. He had Sirloin and I had the baked stuffed chicken and each were equally as yummy! The day of the wedding the food was still just as delicious! As we approached the day of the wedding we began working with Dorinda. She worked with me to set up the room with the pictures frames, votives, etc. On the day of the wedding she and the staff were still just as helpful. The staff made sure my husband and I always a full drink and everything we needed. I honestly could not have picked a better venue! I would pick Wannamoisett over and over again! Thank you to all the staff that helped us plan such a magical day! It was absolutely perfect!

Wannamoisett Country Club did a fabulous job with the Rehearsal Dinner. Every time I called with questions, concerns , or an “ask” I received nothing but positivity and a “we can do that” answer. The actual night was perfect. Food was delicious, hot, on time. Plenty of waitpersons serving, so we were all served together- and we had 58 people. Bartender was so nice and efficient. They cut up cakes we brought for dessert and even put a piece of orange chocolate I provided on each plate. They had a large screen television for viewing a video the maid of honor made of the bride and groom. Ambiance was beautiful- we overlooked the golf course. Had beautiful linens, chairs, votives. Our florist dropped off the centerpieces. Can’t recommend enough, and I’m fussy! It was everything I hoped the Rehearsal Dinner would be! (I’m the groom’s mom)

My nephew had his rehearsal dinner at Wannamoisett on August 30, 2019. I was blown away with the staff, the food and the beauty of the room. We had fantastic golf course views, gorgeous pictures taken outside of everyone and a festive atmosphere. It was the perfect way to kick off a fabulous weekend. It was the ideal environment for a rehearsal dinner, birthday party, retirement party or any special gathering. I only wish they had the wedding there!!

The venue is amazingly beautiful, the food was delicious, and the event staff was beyond helpful in every single way and truly listened and cared about what was important to us to make our dream come true.

We held my daughter's baby shower at Wannamoisett County Club on a Sunday morning in August 2019. The room at the venue was perfect for our event. Lots of windows overlooking the golf course. We offered our guests a breakfast buffet. I added baked ham and Mimosas. The buffet was excellent and everyone commented on good the food was. The event coordinator was super helpful and the event staff was great. The price for the event was reasonable as well. I would definitely use Wannamoisett CC for any future events!

I've attended multiple events at Wannamoisett and most recently my niece's wedding. The service and venue are both exceptional. Delicious food and fine attention to detail. The staff always goes above and beyond to make your event special. Can't recommend them enough!!

We had such a great experience at Wannamoisett Country Club and couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out. Julie was great to work with. She clearly knows the venue and event planning very well. She was very easy to communicate with and always willing to listen to our ideas and questions. She made the wedding planning process easy! The venue itself is gorgeous and the setup they provided for our wedding was beautiful. The food and drink were delicious. The staff was excellent. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Wannamoisett Country Club for your special day!

We fell in love with this venue the second we walked in. We had toured at least a dozen venues before visiting here and as soon as we walked in we knew this was the one. Everyone that worked their was very accommodation especially Julie; as well as professional and courteous. The space is affordable and flexible! we had so many options that we would have never gotten anywhere else, at least without adding $$$ to our bill. The food was great as well as the atmosphere on our day. I would give this venue more stars if i could, and look forward to booking them for other events that may arise.

Amazing! One of many words that come to mind when describing the incredible time we had celebrating our wedding at Wannamoisett! From the planning phase all the way up to the the moment the Dj played the last song of the night. From the way they decorated for us to the way the food tasted. From the sessions we spent planning with Julie and the amazing attention to detail received from the entire staff the night of our wedding. It was incredible. Ashley was so attentive, even helping the photographer with amazing poses and suggestions that enhanced the photo session. She certainly used her experience at the venue to enhance our experience at the venue 😁. The food was delicious, the way they decorated the entrance for us was right in line with our rustic theme. They hit the Rusty nail right on the head with this one. They accommodated every one of our requests for that night and even went above and beyond making sure our night was beyond special. I would highly recommend making this the one and only venue you visit when it comes time to choosing your venue. You will heavily regret not making this the place you celebrate the best day of your life. They made the night perfect for us, and they will do the same for you. Highlights: ·The venue is yours for day, they don't book multiple weddings in a day (trust when I say, very important detail). ·The food choice, incredible and accommodating of all restrictions. They had options like vegan, veggiterian, and gluten free. ·Pricing - affordable, they had two options. You can either choose a package that gives you a set price per guest and includes all the vendors. This allows you to accurately budget your wedding and avoid a lot of stress. Option two, you can rent the venue along with the food and shop your own vendors... Both are great options. ·Beautiful scenery - the photos you will be able to take with the golf course in the background are worth every penny we spent. ·Cocktail hour was a great mixture of indoor/outdoor seating at a nice bar with fire pits in the outdoor seating section. ·They have a beautiful fireplace which we used during the reception which set an amazing atmosphere for us. As Mother of the bride, I was very involved in the planning of our daughters wedding. Julie and the entire Wannamoisett team were very organized and gave us great confidence that the reception would be wonderful and IT WAS!! Their suggestions were very helpful. Julie is so experienced and very easy to work with. The food and service at the reception was fabulous! Most times food at weddings is not that memorable, but this was. Our guests raved about the food! Our captains took excellent care of us and were always present. The timing of everything went perfectly, thanks to the entire staff.

We recently had our wedding there. It was absolutely amazing. The staff dealt with my numerous emails with lots of patience. Everyone raved about how declious the food was. The atmosphere was perfect. Sarah & Gianna were exceptional. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

My wife and I had our Wedding Reception at Wannamoisett Country Club on May 26, 2018. Starting in July of 2017 we had the pleasure of working with Julie who went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations on what we were looking for on our special day. In the weeks leading up Julie and her team went out of there way to make sure every last detail was in place and all of our external vendors were squared away. We opted with the grand wedding package and we are sure glad we did! Our wedding reception was unforgettable and seemed like it was a out of a fairytale. At the reception we were treated like King and Queen and having the incredible staff especially Gianna and Sarah who went above and beyond to make our night seamless. My wife and her bridal party also had the pleasure to use the front room with fireplace to get ready the day of the wedding, where again Gianna and Julie helped assure everything went off without a hitch between decorations, schedule and refreshments. The ballroom was absolutely stunning and the perfect place to celebrate our marriage of love. From the staff to the food to all other accommodations Wannamoisett was the most incredible venue we could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a perfect wedding!

My wedding was held on 4/7/2018 at Wannamoisset Country club. The wedding day itself was the most perfect day I could have ever dreamed of. The attention and professionalism by Johnna and Ashley (our day of captains) superseded our expectations and blew not only my husband and I away, but many of our guests also saw their attention and quality of service throughout the entire night. Johnna and Ashley did not let us need or want for a single thing. They are fantastic!! The planning process I felt had some communication issues. There were times that my questions seemed to be new or unheard of and needed further looking into by other managers, while we did always get a reply, the initial reactions seemed as though we were asking something out of left field. I feel the information and details of the wedding day were passed from the coordinator to the team on the day of flawlessly, however the interactions and one on one meetings with the coordinator left myself, my husband, and my parents feeling as though we were being judged on several occasions. The biggest area I would suggest for a change is the food tasting. We never got the opportunity to try any of the hor's douevres which we wish we had to be able to make the decision making much easier. The meal choices during the tasting were not even comparable to that of the actual wedding. The food at the wedding was much much better, many of my guests are still raving about how fantastic the food was at the wedding. Overall, I would highly recommend Wannamoisett to anyone that is planning their wedding, the attention to detail, food, and staff on site the day of the wedding helped make us have the most perfect day we could have ever imagined! We had our wedding at Wannamoisett Country Club on January 20th, 2018 and I cannot say enough about this venue. This was the first venue we toured and from the moment we stepped inside we knew it was our venue. From the very beginning Julie made sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more. The day of our wedding Marissa and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly. Marissa took the time to go over everything with me the night of our rehearsal and make sure she knew the vision I had for the day and did an incredible job bringing it to life for me. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The venue is perfect, the ballroom is absolutely beautiful, the food was excellent and there are no words for how wonderful the staff are to work with. They take the time to get to know you throughout the planning process and answer all of your questions so quickly. I have received a lot of great feedback about our wedding day at Wannamoisett Country Club.

Julie and the Wannamoisett team were INCREDIBLE! They were so helpful throughout the wedding planning process and were even more amazing on the day of our wedding! We got married on 10/28/17 and Wannamoisett Country Club was amazing! Julie, Melissa, and staff were very accommodating. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner so we could get on the dance floor as soon as possible. The venue itself was absolutely stunning. It was a spectacular day and one that will be talked about with friends and family forever!

I've attended 4 weddings, and at least 6 bridal and baby showers here over the years. The service and venue are both exceptional. The staff always goes above and beyond to make your event special. Can't recommend them enough!!

Wannamoisett was the perfect place for our August wedding! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the front lawn then moved inside for our reception! They are super helpful with all of the planning and super organized with all of the details! Everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend booking your wedding here, you won't be disappointed!

Wannamoisett was a wonderful venue for the price. The food was outstanding. The vendor coordination was nice as well. Having the package made wedding planning go smoothly. There was a mishap towards the end with the bill that did not have us too happy but other than that everything went very smoothly. A hidden gem if you as me!

I cannot say enough lovely things about Wannamoisett Country Club. My husband and I had our wedding there a little over a week ago and it was so perfect! Julie was such a delight to work with throughout everything and the entire staff the day of was incredible. We had looked at a few places before checking out Wannamoisett and the second we went in and met with Kim we were decided. They are so prepared and organized, and did not put any type of pressure on us. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating during this entire wedding process, which is obviously a very stressful time. But when it came to our venue, I didn't have to worry at all -- they made the day totally stress-free for us. The venue itself is beautiful-- and they let you go out to specific areas on the grounds to take pictures which is great because some places don't like doing that. Also, the food was absolutely delicious! We had many people come up to us after dinner to tell us how much they enjoyed their meal. The chef was also incredibly accommodating to any dietary restrictions that our guests had. In conclusion, I highly recommend Wannamoisett Country Club as a wedding venue. It was PERFECT and the staff there just made the whole day so relaxing and enjoyable for us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I cannot say enough about the fabulous time we had at Wannamoisett this past Saturday for my daughter's wedding. From our first meeting with Julie right up until the day of the wedding, I could not have asked for me. The planning staff was totally accommodating, and the waitstaff was professional and a pleasure to deal with, taking care of any little request that was made of them. Every room that we went into--and I think we went into just about every room!--was immaculate and well appointed, and the food, beverage and setup presentation was perfect. And I must also mention how perfect the immaculately- groomed grounds were for pictures!! I would not have the slightest qualm recommending Wannamoisett as an event venue!

I would like to say that throughout the entire process, including our initial meeting where I toured the club, I felt you and your entire staff made me feel at ease and really made my wedding a huge success. Wannamoisett cc was the perfect venue for us, Julie worked with us and made sure she wrote down every detail to make sure all our decorations and details were done correctly. The day of went so smoothly and they were always checking up on us to make sure we were ok and asking what we needed. They even added some detail to our card and present table of extra decorations they had that made it look even better. They were overall so great and I would recommend them to any future bride and groom

We had our wedding at Wannamoisett on October 8th. The staff did such a great job for our day. Everything looked beautiful and Kim and Jauna were amazing that day. Julie was always available to answer emails of whatever questions I had for her. The venue is very beautiful and so close to home all our guests had nothing but good things to say!

Our wedding day was AMAZING! Gianna was amazing and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. She was so helpful and sweet. While we were getting ready and taking photos, Tyler ensured we had all the drinks and appetizers we wanted. The reception area is just gorgeous! It doesn't feel like other country clubs- it has a cozy, vintage, elegant vibe. The prices are so reasonable as well. Everything from the food to the linens to the cleanliness was above and beyond our expectations. Julie was out-of-this world! She had an answer to all of our questions and a solution for any hiccup that came our way. We took our photos at the venue too and there was not a moment in time where we did not have what we needed. Our Banquet Captains made sure that we always had an appetizer and drink despite the fact that we were not at the cocktail hour due to the photos. All in all I would recommend Wannamoisett to anyone on the search for the perfect venue with the PERFECT PRICE, I don’t think you can get much better than them!!!!!!!

I cannot thank Wannamoisett enough for pulling off my dream wedding. I had such high expectations and demands and they exceeded all of them. They worked with me throughout the entire process and answered any questions that I had along the way. No need to hire a wedding planner, the girls at Wannamoisett will be there to execute the entire day and make sure that everything is perfect. I booked all of my vendors through their package and cannot be happier with who they were. Booking these vendors also made it easier on me as a bride since Wannamoisett handles all of the payments. I highly recommend booking your wedding with Wannamoisett if you are looking for a no hassle, perfect wedding.

If there was more than 5 stars I would give it to them!!! My husband and I were ao fortunate to find wannamoisett we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. The grounds are beautiful and were able to hold our ceremony on the front lawn and the bridal suite and ballroom were just gorgeous!!! Now we all know the looks aren't everything. Julie and Tanya were AMAZING!!! Very prompt with emails answering any question we may have had! They went above and beyond our dreams for our wedding! I honestly can not thank them enough for all the hard work they and their staff out into our wedding!! From the planning to the rehearsal and the actual day! I first wanted to let you know I normally do not write about experiences I encounter, but I had to let you know what high regard I have for your venue and specifically, your employees.I have to say that I hold the highest regard for Tanya Guzman. She went above and beyond anything I could have wished for. She made my daughter's wedding such a perfect day. Not one thing went wrong and I know that this was because of the outstanding effort of Tanya. She takes the extra time to speak with the whole wedding party and get some insight to know what the bride hopes to achieve on her special day. I had an over abundance of people come up to me to ask where I found Tanya and that she was one of the best wedding consultations that they have ever seen. I happily replied that she worked for Wannamoisett Country Club and everyone said how lucky you were to have such a talented, caring person on your staff. The staff went above and beyond from the very beginning of my wedding planning right up until I walked out the door the night of my wedding. I had complete trust in Julie and loved her passion about her career at Wannamoisett. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I am so blessed to have been able to work with her. Kimberly did a phenomenal job putting every detail of my wedding day together. She is so great at what she does and really listened to everything I wanted. Tyler, our captain for the night, was so attentive to mine and my husband's every need. He was right there when we needed him. You would have never known it was his first night as captain. I just wanted to thank the staff, specifically Julie, Kimberly, and Tyler, for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely amazing. We had our vow renewal on 1/22/2016. I can't even begin to express how wonderful the entire process was. From our first meeting with Julie to go over all the logistics of what rooms we could use, how things could be set up, menu options, bar options....you name they could basically do anything...we knew this was the place for us. We decided to do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all there. The way they kept everything organized and on time was great. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding where things moved so smoothly, nothing was left out, and we were on time with everything. The rooms were amazingly decorated. I went over the details of how I wanted certain things to look and left the rest to Kimberly to decide. I was not disappointed!! I had so many people say that main room look like it came out of a wedding magazine. The food was delicious, the bartenders were friendly and consistent with drinks, and I can't say enough about the servers. Food was served on time, hot, and with a smiles. Our dedicated server (and all around wedding sidekick), Izzy, was so friendly and at our side for anything we needed. I can't say enough about how perfect our special day was.

I loved everything about Wannamoisett the first time I walked in. The Ballroom is beautiful, the chandeliers, the fireplace with the beautiful built-ins and the chivari chairs! When I first sat down with Julie she was so helpful she answered all my questions and had the best suggestions. I'm pretty sure I called her a bunch of times and every time she was super accommodating. When we went for our Wedding Tasting we had Isabel as our Server and see told us that she would be in charge of the ballroom the day of the Wedding. It was so nice to get to know her ahead of time when I saw her on the Wedding Day it was like seeing a good friend. I'll never forget the day before the wedding when I dropped off all of my favors, place cards, guest book etc. I told them exactly where I wanted everything to go and Kimberly and Julie took notes and told me not to worry. The actual day of the Wedding was beautiful (June 13, 2015) the cocktail hour was out in the front lawn and before we headed to take our pictures Kimberly brought us into the room to make sure everything was how I wanted. The room was beautiful. Everything looked exquisite I was so happy to be able to see it before anyone else. Throughout the wedding evening Isabel and Kimberly made sure to check on myself the bride and my groom to make sure if we needed anything. The food was delicious! And the Ice Cream Sundae Bar was a hit! I still have family members telling me that my Wedding was the best they've been to in a long time. And that the food was excellent and the staff did an amazing job. I would recommend Wannamoisett to anyone. I loved the planning process and Julie was the best thing to have by my side. I called Julie after the wedding and told her I missed her and even stopped by for a visit! I couldn't have asked for a better Wedding Venue!

As Father of the Bride, I am so proud when I hear feedback from my daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception at Wannamoisett Country Club. Upon our first visit for a tour, our family received a warm welcome, and we soon fell in love with the place. Everyone had a wonderful, memorable time at the wedding and the food was delicious; from the hors d'oeurves to dinner and dessert! The gorgeous grounds were a perfect setting for photographs. The sunset was even captured beyond the first tee! The management and staff were so friendly and efficient throughout the planning months, and especially on the Bride and Groom's special day. It's probably unusual for a father to write to a review, but when I think about my daughter's smile on her wedding day when they opened the ballroom doors, and she first saw the elegance and sparkling chandeliers, my heart melts. I don't think I stopped smiling or left the dance floor all night. I had HOT food and managed to actually eat most of my meal. There really isn't enough good words I can say about Wannamoisett. I recently attended a wedding at this venue for my close friend's nuptials. First of all, the setting is serene and absolutely stunning. It has the elegance of a "country club" vibe, without the stuffiness and drab decor. The service was friendly, efficient, and did everything in their power to make all the guests and wedding party feel at home. They obliged to special requests for meals, and felt like friends by the end of the night. The overall feeling of the reception venue was quiet and private. It is tucked away behind a private, beautiful neighborhood, and has ample parking spaces. The quality of the building and grounds is impecible and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and high-end, making everyone who attended feel as though they were very high-class. I would recommend this venue to any bride or groom looking for reception halls, as it is more personable than a banquet hall. I hope to attend another event here soon. A++!

We had our wedding at Wannamoisett in mid-August 2015 and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. We had sole use of the space since the venue promises only one wedding a day, which was a huge plus. Izzy and the rest of the staff were nothing but helpful in the run up and during the course of our day/evening and we just can’t praise them enough. The food was out of this world during the cocktail hour and for dinner and all our guests commented on the quality of food that was offered. The venue and staff played a huge part in the success of our special day, the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that! Myself and my wife, Heather, can't wait to host another event at Wannamoisett, so much so that we booked an upcoming birthday party with them as well =)

My experience with Wannamoisett was just so fantastic that I can't stop spreading the word about this hidden gem. My husband and I had an outdoor summer ceremony and a reception to follow afterwards. I was not sure what I was getting into when I went for my tour at Wannamoisett as I had never heard of it before but upon being greeted I knew I had made the right choice. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional and gorgeous. The food was impeccable. I even had a few guests comment on how their food is never hot or fresh at a wedding and they thought our dinner was delicious! There was no stress, no worries, and most importantly no problems. Once we toured Wannamoisett we knew this was the place for us. Julie was so great to work with, she answered all my questions with ease and confidence-and honestly she was a big selling point in our decision, we could see ourselves working with her. The day of the wedding (June 6, 2015) was perfect, ceremony and cocktail hour on the front lawn. Every guest came up to us and told us how pretty and perfect the location was. Once inside, the fireplace was lit, chandeliers sparkled and attention to detail was had to guests and to myself as the bride. I had selected the grand package and knowing I had someone else on my "Side" I knew I could trust the vendors I selected. I would sum up Wannamoisett by two words "hidden gem" the indoor/outdoor options were both perfect for our wedding vision. Separate bathroom for the bride and spacious bridal suite for family to use during the reception was highly received and an added bonus to bride/groom and family. All this with cost the best we found (including vendors!), has made the bride/groom and family beyond pleased with Wannamoisett Country Club. Thank you!

I can't recommend this venue enough. We worked with Julie initially and she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating in terms of making our reception unique and personalized. The ballroom far exceeded our expectations. When we first walked into the room it took us a moment to take in how stunning it looked. Then there’s the food, in a word, delicious. The night of and in the days following we’ve heard nothing but very positive feedback on the entrees. Wannamoisett was the perfect place for our wedding reception. From start to finish, working with the staff was nothing short of amazing. Julie is the event manager - she is easy to get in contact with and very accommodating. Kimberley was my event coordinator along with Izzy. Both of them were unbelievably professional. The hall itself is beautiful - classy but comfortable. The food was delicious. Our wedding captain, Rob, was there to help my husband and I with everything from drinks and apps during pictures to driving us around the course in a cart for alternate photo locations. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. They really know how to do it right (and for a reasonable price).

We were married outside on the front lawn and set up an outdoor cocktail reception prior to moving into the elegant ballroom for our reception. What impressed me the most about Wannamoisett Country Club is that we never felt like we were being taken advantage of... there were no hidden costs, and any additions (like hosting our ceremony on site) were so reasonably priced. Julie and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. I can't recommend this venue enough!

When my husband and I went to look at it, we knew right away it was the place to get married. Julie, the manager was amazing to work with. The day of the wedding my husband and I had the assistants making sure we had everything we needed. Izzy the even manager was also great to work with. The room was set up better than I ever could have imagined and our guests raved about the food, which I feel is important when you attend a wedding.
