Hi, I’m Jake Ward, founder and lead creative at Ward Media Co.. I started this company because I believe emotion is one of the greatest gifts we are given. Love, joy, anticipation, and the quiet in between moments are what make life meaningful. For nearly a decade, I have used photography and film as a way to preserve those emotions so they can be felt again and again. Your wedding day is more than an event. It is a collection of once in a lifetime moments. As someone who recently got married myself, I understand how quickly the day moves and how deeply you will treasure having it documented with care. My approach is cinematic and intentional, focused on capturing real moments in a way that feels natural and true to you. It would be an honor to tell your story.

ey somehow made taking photos one of my favorite parts of our wedding day!! When they needed to wrangle family they were able to take charge, but when they needed to be hidden they were unobtrusive. They are charming, good at what they do, and a total no brainer for anyone looking for a wedding photographer. I am a professional videographer/photographer myself, so I have high standards. But Jake and Shelby absolutely delivered. My wife and I have people gawking at our photobook anytime someone comes over! If you're looking for someone to document your wedding, these are your people!
