We had our wedding at Warehouse435 in April. We absolutely fell in love with this venue from the very first tour. The owners, Suzie and Len, were so amazing to work with. They were responsive and always so very kind. We loved them. The venue itself was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. All of our guests raved about the space and how we could do everything in one location. I loved all the murals and areas for photos, and it is really the perfect space for many different aesthetic styles. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Warehouse 435 is a beautiful wedding venue with a lot of character and charm. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with the venue owner. There were some issues, like ...

damage to some personal belongings and the air conditioning not working properly, which we were disappointed that we were not informed directly. The owner mentioned discussing it with a parent at the end of the night, but since the contract was with my wife and I (the ones funding the event), we felt we should have been kept in the loop since they knew about the ac issue in advance and if they would have been transparent when they knew there was an issue, we could have been given the opportunity to personally decide if we wanted to bring in extra fans/ portable ac units. When we addressed our concerns with the owner, we were met with a lack of sympathy and willingness to reconcile the situation. While the venue itself is lovely, the management left us with bittersweet feelings about our special day. We were thankful for their recommendations for catering, a baker, and a DJ—all of whom were very professional and contributed to making our day special.

Warehouse435 was way better than we ever could have imagined! I fell in love with their aesthetic and was thrilled to be able to have both our ceremony and reception in one space ...

without a lot of moving around. The space is so beautiful that I needs little decor but they were very accommodating to anything we wanted to add. Hire the day of coordinator!! Kaytee was such a joy to work with and went way above and beyond the duties of a “day of” coordinator. I expected her to only show vendors where to set up and tell people where to go but she helped us work through our timeline, messaged our vendors ahead of time to make sure they were prepared, and did most of the decorating. She was super fun and even made some TikTok’s with us so we had some videos to look back on soon after the wedding. I can’t recommend Warehouse435 enough! More than worth picking a venue 1.5 hrs away :)

the deal were Len and Suzie- the venue owners. I am a wedding vendor myself and have been to over 100 venues. This one is the unicorn. Their flexibility, genuine enthusiasm, and emanating confidence in getting the job done put my mind at ease more than I can express! The space itself is expansive, unique, and just downright beautiful! Dress it up, dress it down. You cannot go wrong! I will never stop recommending this venue. What a diamond in a sea of rhinestones!
