A true 5 out of 5 stars experience here at the Warm Springs Inn. It’s almost been a year since WSI hosted my wedding and I think about it all the time!
Julie and Ludger were the ...
most attentive, kind, caring, and adoring hosts I could have asked for. I stayed the entire weekend for my wedding on a Saturday and we were greeting each morning with a delicious breakfast made by Ludger himself (an exceptional chef!). Julie created a printed out itinerary for all of my friends staying with me at the Inn for the weekend, and every room was perfectly set up for us all.
The property was also so beautiful by early June, with flowers blooming all around and the trees creating just the right amount of shade. I hardly had to do any extra decorating because the venue itself was already a lush green garden (not to mention the gorgeous photos I got out of it)!
Thankfully there were hardly any hiccups in the set up process of my wedding, but when something came up, Julie was right there to help me find a solution. She was also the most wonderful person to greet my wedding guests upon arrival and helped my wedding coordinator keep the evening flowing seamlessly. Julie and my wedding coordinator also worked with me closely in the couple months leading up to my wedding to think of every possible question and solution I hadn’t even thought of to be as prepared as possible, and everything worked out amazingly on the day of!
I cannot thank ALL the staff at the Warm Springs Inn enough for helping me bring my wedding dreams to life! I will definitely be coming back for anniversary stays in the future to relive this special moment - and I definitely recommend WSI to any brides looking for the picture perfect wedding venue!

w, vendors we worked with, and how food and bar were managed. Difficult to work with which took away from what our experience could have been, for us and for our guests.
Our review is very belated but we wanted to make sure we shared how wonderful it was to have our wedding at Warm Springs Inn. Julie and Ludger are amazing hosts who worked with us ...
throughout the process to ensure the day was what we wanted it to be. They helped us identify local vendors they recommended since we were coming from Seattle. We really appreciated their staff’s excellent job of helping set up and take down after the reception which really let us enjoy the day. There were little unexpected touches as well: we came back to our room at the end of the night to a room full of our flowers Julie saved and put in vases, as well as photos she snapped and printed of our first kiss (and second intimate one after we had left the ceremony!). She had even saved leftover ice cream and cake for us to have together the following night. We cannot stress enough how great the whole experience was and we are so excited to get to go back on occasions to relive the day.

My husband, Doug, booked Warm Springs Inn & Winery for a vow renewal to celebrate our 30 year anniversary in June! What a pleasure it was to work with Julie & Ludger Szmania as wel...
l as Suzie Anderson! From the first visit to the Inn to discuss the details of our special event Doug knew that this was the PERFECT place. When he surprised me with the venue, I was speechless. Everything about the place was special - gorgeous location and the owner's great detail to making our celebration so personal. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding or any special occasion. The scenery, the loving hearts of the owners, the rooms, the food and everything else too was absolutely FABULOUS. Don't hesitate, check this place out.
From the minute I started searching for venues Warm Springs was at the top of my list. I fell in love with the outdoor view of the river, the charming inn and the beautiful gazebo ...
I would later get married in. Meeting with Julie and Ludger sealed the deal as they were very warm and welcoming from the start. I found myself giddy thinking about the big day at such a gorgeous place.
I truly believe that you get so much more than you pay for from the venue. It is so nice to have everyone together for the entire weekend if desired. Our bridal party was able to stay in all of the rooms and it left the hassle of trying to figure out where the boys where vs. the girls. Breakfast was served each morning and was such a special touch. Everyone was so helpful the day of the wedding and helped keep my mind at ease as the stress of the day drew closer.
Definitely recommend hosting a wedding or any special event at Warm Springs inn. You will feel at home and you definitely can’t beat the view and charm that is held within their grounds. Can’t wait to go back!

door summer weddings, my husband and I wanted to have a smaller wedding in November and we could not have chosen a better place to do it. Julie and Ludger (the owners) are the friendliest, most accommodating people and made the day go off without a hitch. Karen, the event manager, was truly a blessing in our planning process - she was prompt in her responses to our questions, brought up details that we didn't think to plan out, and was so stinkin' kind through the whole process. If you want a place that allows you to have a professional, well thought out event, while also allowing for comfort and personal touches throughout - this is the place for you! Thank you, Warm Springs Inn!

s helpful beyond compare. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and has so many beautiful spots to enjoy and snap pictures in. We had so much fun during our weekend at Warm Springs, with just the right amount of guidance to make things run smoothly without feeling rushed. Their rooms are so cozy and airy, and staying at the venue greatly reduced my prep stress. If you are looking for a classic Pacific Northwest outdoor venue with the convenience of comfortable on-site lodging, seriously consider Warm Springs Inn.
My husband and I absolutely loved the venue. As soon as we walked up we both said this is the place! Julie and ludger were amazing to work with. They cared about our vision and wo...
