Weekend Wedding Venue Pricing Weekend Wedding venue rates are as follows (not including sales tax or the cost of all six rooms): 40 guests & under - $2,950 Up to 100 Guests - $5,350 Up to 150 Guests - $6,350 Up to 200 Guests - $7,350 For each 50-guest increment (up to 300 guests) - $1,250 additional Six Guest Rooms, (12 people--2 nights minimum) - $1,650/night = $3,100 (not including lodging sales tax) Due to our type of liquor and winery license, all alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits) & non-alcoholic selections needs to be supplied by Warm Springs Inn for all events on the property. Licensed bartender service is included. We're happy to work with you on special selections and availability throughout the weekend. Not included in the Weekend Wedding Package pricing: • Food & Beverages including Wedding Cake or Desserts • China, glassware, silverware, or linen napkin rental costs • Photographer • Officiate • Florist • Decorations (All decorating set up and take down needs to be done by wedding party- decorators) • Music (DJ-MC or live music) • Tent rentals (rarely needed) • Private Wedding Planner services including the Day-of-Event Coordinator (our event coordinator can assist with many venue-related details throughout the planning process) Now booking Romantic Weekend Weddings (over 100 guests) for 2022! We are fortunate to have all our 2021 weekend wedding dates already reserved. However, we can still offer beautiful Elopement and Intimate wedding options Sunday-Thursdays in 2021. “Off-season" dates (mid-October-April) for ceremonies and receptions under 30 guests are also available as long as all six Inn suites are booked at the same time. Weddings under the size of 30 guests cannot be reserved more than 6 months in advance. Please contact us for more information. Drenched with classic Southern charm and nestled between ten acres of cherry orchard, Warm Springs Inn & Winery offers the venue of your dreams – specializing in intimate indoor weddings or outdoors up to 250 guests. Picture your ceremony backdrop of a flowing river, stately mountains, bald eagles and young bucks. Dance the night away in a twinkling garden gazebo. And to top it off, you’ll have exclusive use of the Inn for your entire wedding weekend including all six lovely suites. Get ready with a delicious gourmet breakfast and Mimosas, then prepare for a day to remember.

o be. They helped us identify local vendors they recommended since we were coming from Seattle. We really appreciated their staff’s excellent job of helping set up and take down after the reception which really let us enjoy the day. There were little unexpected touches as well: we came back to our room at the end of the night to a room full of our flowers Julie saved and put in vases, as well as photos she snapped and printed of our first kiss (and second intimate one after we had left the ceremony!). She had even saved leftover ice cream and cake for us to have together the following night. We cannot stress enough how great the whole experience was and we are so excited to get to go back on occasions to relive the day.

the details of our special event Doug knew that this was the PERFECT place. When he surprised me with the venue, I was speechless. Everything about the place was special - gorgeous location and the owner's great detail to making our celebration so personal. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding or any special occasion. The scenery, the loving hearts of the owners, the rooms, the food and everything else too was absolutely FABULOUS. Don't hesitate, check this place out.

ed the deal as they were very warm and welcoming from the start. I found myself giddy thinking about the big day at such a gorgeous place. I truly believe that you get so much more than you pay for from the venue. It is so nice to have everyone together for the entire weekend if desired. Our bridal party was able to stay in all of the rooms and it left the hassle of trying to figure out where the boys where vs. the girls. Breakfast was served each morning and was such a special touch. Everyone was so helpful the day of the wedding and helped keep my mind at ease as the stress of the day drew closer. Definitely recommend hosting a wedding or any special event at Warm Springs inn. You will feel at home and you definitely can’t beat the view and charm that is held within their grounds. Can’t wait to go back!

wedding in November and we could not have chosen a better place to do it. Julie and Ludger (the owners) are the friendliest, most accommodating people and made the day go off without a hitch. Karen, the event manager, was truly a blessing in our planning process - she was prompt in her responses to our questions, brought up details that we didn't think to plan out, and was so stinkin' kind through the whole process. We had so much fun during our weekend at Warm Springs, with just the right amount of guidance to make things run smoothly without feeling rushed. Their rooms are so cozy and airy, and staying at the venue greatly reduced my prep stress. If you are looking for a classic Pacific Northwest outdoor venue with the convenience of comfortable on-site lodging, seriously consider Warm Springs Inn.
