The bottom of my lace and beaded dress with a train was pretty filthy after my outdoor wedding in Philadelphia. I took it to a local business in town. Since they had to send off my dress to have it cleaned, she followed up with me on exactly w...hat I want to do with it. Because she did not know the options herself, she sought answers through the cleaners who actually did. She explained that I could have it thoroughly cleaned (least expensive option), have it cleaned + pressed, or boxed and preserved (most expensive). The fact that she was attentive and thoughtful to my needs put me at ease! I have yet to receive my dress back, but will update as soon as I see the result!
