I worked with Indya from Washington Concept. I hired her as a coordinator with creative license, though she offers full-on planning as well. She did GREAT. She really helped get me... organized in the stages leading up to my wedding by having me draw a detailed map of the venue and where I wanted everything to go.
The day of the wedding she was a dream. My wedding was very DIY, and we only had about 4 hours to totally transform a large, empty venue, so there was a lot to do. I don't know how I would have done it without her. She directed the crew that I had helping with setup, made sure my vendors were timely and stepped in and told them when they weren't, managed the music for the ceremony, and offered to do whatever I needed from her during the weeks before the wedding. She also did a great job of calming me down when I was stressed about time, which I really appreciated. She is fantastic and I am recommending her to everyone I know. And she is less than half the price of coordinators in the Seattle area. Definitely check her out.
