I cannot day enough about how awesome Alyson is at the Washington Pavilion! She was so amazing to work with through the whole wedding process. We held our ceremony in the visual arts center and it was stunning. It was such a unique space to get married in and I am so thankful we decided on this location for this special occasion. I would highly recommend everyone to look into this space for smaller weddings!
This was the perfect place for a reception
The venue was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful
The Pavilion was everything we could hope for and more. Our guests could not stop ranting and raving about how beautiful it was. The venue was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Also, the servers and bartenders easily kept up with our open bar and guest list of 160. We worked with Elizabeth Sterling and she was amazing. She gave us the red carpet treatment and made what could have been a stressful situation easy and fun!
This place is soooo beautiful to have a wedding reception at. We had our reception on the Mary W Sommervold stage and it was breathtaking. They coordinator was helpful and knows what she is doing. It was pricy for the decorations and lighting, but it was so worth it.
The Washington Pavilion was where I had both my ceremony and reception. They were wonderful! I cannot thank them enough for how much they helped me! Sarah was my contact at the Pavilion and she helped me plan so much and was up front about all costs and fees and everything.
They did require in house catering, but there was no food minimum, so that was really nice.
Everything turned out perfect, thanks to them!
We had our recption on the big stage and it was so pretty! I cannot count how many people commented after the wedding, they had never seen anything like it! My dad paid for the wedding and had never once seen the site (lives far away) and he was floored when he saw how everything came together. Food was really good too :)
Our original reception location double-booked and we were notified at the last minute. The Pavilion had an opening on the 3rd floor lobby and we jumped to book it! The staff was wonderful to work with--Becky and Meghan took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything! The venue was exactly what I had asked for. They got all the decorations correct, they put the tables where I had asked--it was so great to get to the reception and not have a worry on my mind! They were so fun to work with and answered all questions and responded right away. I would highly recommend this venue!
We chose to have our wedding reception here. The food was great (we had a late wedding so we just served appitizers), service was excellant, and had so much help planning!! Allison was an amazing help with everything and the room looked awesome. I was sooo thrilled with it!
The white Christmas show was excellent
We loved having the science museum open and the guests loved it as well! We showed a wedding video in the Cinedome too which people thought was great. The only downside was that a lot of the extras like punch, security, linens, cake servers, etc. got expensive.
