ade sure our day was special. Music and singers were on point! We were dancing the whole night away. Everyone at the party was amazed by this band and gave us compliments. My only complaint with Washington Talent Agency is that they give you the survey a month before your special wedding day. I was given a hard time wanting the survey earlier as I wanted to check it off my list. Make sure to listen to the band list ahead of time as this made the process go much faster to tell them the music.

wanted for our reception. BT (the band leader) is a joy to work with. He called us a few weeks before our wedding to make sure all of the details were ironed out and to see if we had any questions. We are still dreaming of our reception! At one point they were playing a song by Norah Jones and my husband and I thought for a second that Norah Jones was actually singing at our wedding. That's just how good they are! Our guests couldn't stop raving about them and our dance floor was constantly packed! I loved how at certain points the singers would come out on the dance floor and really get the party going by singing and dancing with our guests. They were genuinely happy and celebrating in the joy of our marriage with all of our guests! Encore is amazing and I highly recommend them!!!

We had them do our music for the ceremony, as well, and everything was perfect. Black Tie was the best decision for our wedding!

re Band went above and beyond to help execute our wedding day! From the get go, our sales rep Dave Sherman was wonderful to work with - he gave great advice, was extremely responsive and professional, and very easy to work with. We had so many questions during our whole planning process and he was awesome and chill while answering our 1000 questions. Next.... we cannot say enough amazing words about ENCORE BAND. We have been to our fair share of weddings, and so many of our friends are huge music fans. Countless people have since then texted us, called us, and told us how Encore Band crushed it and were one of the best bands they've seen. So many people have also come to us saying that Darren's voice reminded them so much of John Legend - if not better! BT (Encore's band leader) was so chill and so awesome to work with. We had so many random requests leading up to our wedding day, and he took each question and request in stride. Encore Band hadn't played at our venue yet, and BT took the extra time to visit the venue on his own and make sure everything would run smoothly day of. Everyone from Encore Band was so wonderful and made our day that much more fun of a celebration. I'm shocked we were able to have Encore Band at our wedding for the price we paid - book them soon before they get bigger! Seriously. Thank you again.

bout how wonderful Onyx was! Every band member in Onyx was also outstanding - extremely talented but also professional, personable, kind, and a joy to work with! We cannot thank Onyx enough! They were truly incredible!

engaged and on the dancefloor. The band leader spent 30 mins talking about the band, how they work, the songs they play. We eventually booked them because they seemed fun and a good value. Leading up to our wedding, Washington Talent, the booking agent we used, sent us an extensive questionarrie to capture all of the important songs we wanted played. We worked directly with Nita, the band leader, to coordinate the recorded music they would provide for the ceremony (using their equipment) and the songs they had to learn (up to three) for our first dance and last dance. We emailed and called frequently to make sure everything was in order! During the breaks they offered to DJ a list of songs for us. One song we had requested didn't make the playlist but they were flexible enough to add it in last minute. We also loved how the MC kept the evening moving but never tried to take the spotlight or talk too much. Another reason we loved Infusion was that two singers were brother-sister and were so natural together. Unfortunately, Nita got into a car accident the week before our wedding and couldn't sing at our wedding. The substitute was still just as great and the night was still flawless. Nita called a few days later to apologize, thank us for the tip and make sure everything went as we had hoped. Nita resolved the situation seamlessly despite her own ailments and it caused us no stress!

lism: There was never a moment where we felt any lack of communication or attention to detail from them. Bob Mills was our primary contact who helped organize and facilitate everything from the start. He is absolutely wonderful and really helped us during the initial stages of choosing a band. BT was our contact from Encore itself and he was also excellent to work with. BT called a few weeks and a few days before the wedding to make sure everything was planned out. He asked us what types of music we wanted (and didn't want) played at the reception. He also asked about the timeline of the night and also made sure they had the pronunciation correct for everyone's name in our wedding party which I really appreciated. Talent: Their website and videos do not do them justice! I swear there were times in the night that I thought they were playing recordings of the actual songs because they sounded so good . They played a wide variety of songs that even had the most conservative members of our families up and dancing for most of the night. Energy and Personality: This was probably my favorite part about Encore. I honestly felt that they were happy to be there celebrating our wedding - they felt more like our (very talented and professional) wedding guests then a hired vendor. I was looking through our wedding photos the other day and there are several pictures of Encore in the background clapping, smiling and celebrating right along with our friends and families. They even sang an impromptu a cappella song about our wedding cake at the end of the night! Thank you so much Bob Mills and Encore for making our wedding that much more special. You truly exceeded all of our expectations.

It is almost a month since the big day, and guests are still RAVING about the band. From the time guests entered the ballroom, the band set the tone for an incredible evening, and the dance floor was packed throughout the entire night through the new year countdown and beyond. Black Tie Band was so professional and polished, everything flowed perfectly. Black Tie’s unyielding energy, talent, versatility, and interaction with the crowd made it a night to be remembered. my husband's and my 2 first dance songs that we requested. I will never forget my first dance because of how well the band sounded. If you want strong vocals and outstanding musicians, you need to hire Prime Time. As for the Agency-- our Agent was good and for the most part, responded in a timely manner. This Agency has a ton of talent and hook ups to lighting and production companies, so I look forward to working with them again for future events. The prices are competitive and the quality was above and beyond. We are so happy with our choices!!

or the perfect band. Every band we'd get the demo for he we veto for one reason or another. It drove me crazy! Finally, we found Spectrum on the Washington Talent Agency site. He agreed to them but wasn't "sold" on a band still. A couple weeks before the wedding he even suggested we cancel the band and go for a DJ. Fortunately, he was overruled again and Spectrum played at our reception. They were amazing. My husband LOVED every song they did and in fact one of the first things he said when he woke up the day after the wedding was "you need to review them! They were awesome." They really keep the party going and the even flowed so well. I can't express how entertaining they were and for people who don't dance they had something good to listen to and watch. It was a really fun party and everyone keeps raving about our band. I would 100% recommend booking them and wish I could again! If you're having any doubts - don't!

e, since it allowed us to relax, spread out, and we finished very quickly!! They were able to accommodate myself, 8 bridesmaids, and my mother in a two-hour time span and everyone was very pleased with their services. Everyone’s hair and makeup looked great and held up very well throughout the day. I used Hannah for my hair and Chris for my makeup and was very happy with them both. I was able to do a trial several months prior, and both of them remembered exactly what I wanted. All of the staff was very helpful and they even got us out of there a little early. I would certainly recommend them to anyone getting married in Annapolis!

ayed all the songs we wanted to hear, and most importantly respected our wishes on the songs we did not want to hear. They had guests of all ages moving and shaking on the dance floor and we never felt like there was any lag in the fun. Not only did they let our 10 year old nephew play the drums during our grand entrance, but they let him come back on stage for 2 more jams throughout the night. He sounded and felt like a rockstar and that is something our entire family will cherish forever. To top it all off, they even signed our guestbook! For our Bedeken and Ceremony we hired DA VINCI STRINGS and are beyond happy that we had a chance to work with Fred on a personalized selection of songs. For our processional they played an epic Game of Thrones, David Bowie's Changes, and also an incredible arrangement of one of our favorite Phish songs. My husband and I think of Fred and his team daily and recommend him to any one looking for an inspiring classic music experience that set the tone for the wedding of a lifetime. For the Tish and the Horah we hired ALEXANDRIA KLEZTET who had great energy and got everyone on the dance floor, even those who weren’t familiar with the songs. We recommend Seth and his team to any Jewish family that wants to provide a meaningful and authentic experience at a wedding or bar mitzvah.

at the band interacted with the guests and also put their own spin on some of the songs played. During the meal service, the band played some beautiful acoustic melodies. The best part about this band is their dedication to making everyone happy and wanting to have fun with the group! This band DID NOT STOP the entire reception (at all!). This made us so happy because music was very important to us. Black Tie never denied any of our requests and they were eager to help us wherever they could. g, we had a few phone calls to make sure everything was sorted and even had a planning meeting by phone to work out details. Marc gave us the option of creating the timeline for the evening or have him create one and then coordinate with the caterer. Since I was going into a busy period at work before the wedding, I was happy to have him coordinate with our caterer. However, this wasn't done, and at the last minute, our caterer had to create the timeline. Yet, Marc didn't seem happy about the timeline our caterer created but didn't take steps to remedy the situation and just seemed annoyed. The night of the wedding, Marc was pleasant but also short with us if we were not sticking exactly to the schedule. While I understand the need to stay on schedule, the groom and I felt we were being pushed to the next thing quickly. We received a little attitude from Marc for trying to take a moment here and there for ourselves or to meet with guests. It would have been nice to not feel like we were being told off for not keeping to the schedule. Additionally, we specifically asked Marc not to use the term "single ladies" (nor play the eponymous song) when preparing for the bouquet toss. He did not play the song, but did repeatedly refer to our guests as "single ladies". Minor point, but worth noting. We heard immense positive feedback from our guests about the music set prepared by Marc. They all commented that he played the right music at the right time, and was incredibly skilled at getting people on to the dance floor. We are incredibly grateful that Marc was able to leave such a positive impact on them! Marc was also able to include one of the Arabic songs we wanted for the evening, which added a nice touch for my heritage. Also, it was nice that Marc was able to sua sponte give us an option to fade out our father/daughter and mother/son dances (at our queue on the dance floor), since we realized late that they both ran long. Overall, Marc was great, professional, and full of ideas, but our treatment was slightly disappointing. Thankfully, the guests did not notice and only had positive things to say.

t me up to date the entire night. The dance floor was packed the entire night. At the end of the night our guests were changing "ONE MORE SONG,ONE MORE SONG." It literally gave me chills. The band leader, Koli, was a pleasure to work with. He was super flexible and responsive and they were more than happy to learn our special songs we wanted. Koli also played our cocktail hour (guitar) and our guests were raving about him. They literally couldn't believe how talented he is on the guitar. The only thing I would have changed, is to start communication with the band a little sooner to the wedding. They didn't reach start communicating till about a week and a half prior and at that point it was just so close and stressful. But they were so wonderful, and I trusted them fully. Alana Shore who WTA coordinator was so wonderful initially, still remains wonderful, but I did find her MUCH harder to get a hold of and communicate with once we had booked the band. She was much easier to reach prior to us signing our contract. I have to be honest. But overall PRIME TIME gets an A+++++, I highly recommend them to anyone. My co worker even booked them for her wedding in September!!! Thank you for every thing Prime Time!!!!!!!

as helpful with music suggestions. We were able to make a go by song list but they are also able to read the crowd and make song changes to keep the crowd pleased. Carroll was familiar with the venue and ensured that the speakers were set up to project the sound optimally. The lighting was BEAUTIFUL and really made for the perfect ambiance. They even set up some extra lights to bring out the dance floor which was an awesome added touch. Carroll played the drums along with the music which was so cool! Both Carroll and Zack were super professional and were great facilitating timeline events, etc. Zack made sure to touch base through the night to ensure everything was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any reception or party that you are throwing. They were so fun to work with.

went to their studio to watch them preform, wow just wow! If you want your guest on the floor from the time they walk in and not wanting to leave then book Black Tie. They were so much fun, and were very professional. Cannot say enough good things about them, so happy our photographer TPoz recommended them to us.

irements for our wedding were live music and fun. Black Tie made our wedding. I still can’t get their version of our favorite songs out of my head. They let my husband serenade me with our song- which was quite a hit! They got down into the crowd which made the party even better. They never took a break from the time the reception started which was amazing. However, it wasn’t too much. They provided beautiful acoustic arrangements during dinner and it was lovely. Jamie came in before the introductions and went over everything with the bridal party and our parents. Strickland called us in advance of the big day to go over our song requests and any other questions or concerned we had. Chris is an amazing talent and performer. They are all the best! They are true professionals and they cared. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that our wedding was the best wedding our guests ever attended (some even said better than their own wedding!) Most of that was because of the amazing band Black Tie. I wish we could party with Black Tie every weekend! I just want to do it all over again and again! Thank you!!!! Amy and Brian

He is very experienced and knows exactly how to keep the party going. As the MC, he entertained all of my guests on every level. He was able to be intoned to everyone's level of excitement. I can't say enough good things about DJ Glyde. All of my guests said they had the most fun at our wedding and that's what we wanted. I am definitely going to use Glyde Productions in the future and would recommend them to future brides and grooms
