First, you blend the grape juice to begin the fermentation process. Then, they will take over the management of the fermentation process to maintain quality control and prepare the wine for bottling. This process takes six to eight weeks to complete, depending on the wine selected. The third part of the process is the Bottling Party, in which you return to the winery to bottle and cork your wine before applying your custom label.
