We’ve always had the best experience with Waterfall Jewelers, whether it’s the White Lake or Waterford location. My mother-in-law has been using them for years, and they came throu...
gh again for both the engagement ring & our wedding bands. They resized the engagement ring when it was too big, and also maintain all our rings on a a regular basis. Just took our rings to get cleaned for our wedding reception this year (as we had the ceremony last year & postponed the reception to this year) and they looked amazing! They put rhodium on the white gold rings & they sparkled like they were brand new! And they turned it around very quickly too. Glenn/Glen is the best to work with, but everyone there is so friendly & helpful too! You feel like family when you walk in. Absolutely no complaints, except maybe the drive, but it’s worth it!
Larry Cooper over at Waterfall Jewelers helped my husband create the most stunning engagement ring and is currently working on my wedding bands! He is very professional to work wit...
h and was so helpful during the entire process! He made a custom engagement ring after my husband approached him with some photos he wanted to use for inspiration...it is almost identical! Thank you for creating such an amazing piece of jewelry and making the ring of my dreams! :)

ire life! We can't say enough about the Brown family and the incredible service we receive from Andy and his entire staff. My grandma passed a few short months before our engagement and they were able to construct a beautiful engagement ring with her original diamonds completely custom designed by my groom and Waterfall. I LOVE IT! We the returned to have custom bands made for my wedding rings and my husband's band was purchased and custom engraved from them as all. Everything is absolutely stunning and we couldn't be happier! We always tell everyone to visit Waterfall (no matter how far the drive - ours is over an hour) because you get the most incredible service for a fair price and exceptional jewelry! We love Waterfall!
My fiancé picked out the most beautiful and perfect engagement ring (by himself) from this this jeweler. When it was time to pick up the wedding bands, we were able to order them w...
ith no hassle and his was exactly what we pictured. My wedding band was not what we expected so we decided to design one that would be the best fit for my engagement ring. They were so accommodating and helpful during this process. I'd definitely purchase from them again!
Total cost based on our wedding bands only.
Waterfall Jewelers helped create the most amazing engagement a girl could ever imagine. My Fiancé Shaun had walked into Waterfall with an idea of the ring he wanted to purchase for...
me. They were able to find the perfect design and alter the ring to fit the loose diamond that Shaun had picked out from Waterfall's wonderful selection. On December 18th, 2011 Shaun arranged a proposal that would sweep any girl off of her feet. We take a yearly trip to Bronners Christmas store to pick out ornaments for each other and our families. When we arrived at Bronners this year, Shaun told me he wanted to take a walk along the path of outdoor Christmas trees. I was completely oblivious to all that he had planned. As we walked along the path, we stopped to read a plaque that was commemorated to the founder of the store. As I approached the plaque I noticed a gorgeous hand painted ornament that seemed slightly out of place on the tree. Written on the bulb in white lettering were the words "will you marry me?". My first thought was, "what a sweet proposal". As I read further, the bulb read "Shaun and Misty" and was followed by the date. In complete shock, I turned and there he was on bended knee holding out the stunning ring he picked out from Waterfall. I immediately responded "YES" and the magical proposal will be a memory I cherish forever. Our wedding is scheduled for October 5, 2013 and we are so blessed to have Waterfall Jewelers to help with all of our jewelry needs!
They had the perfect rings for both of us. My husband is a big biker guy and needs something that he won't lose easily nor will hinder him when he is on the bike. And I on the othe...

We absolutely LOVE our rings and the service we received at Waterfall! Thanks so much!!!
From start to finish they helped my husband design and price my perfect engagement ring and wedding band. They worked well within his budget and presented all cost upfront.

utiful but not the same old rings that all the chain stores had. We ended up buying both our wedding bands from them too. When I wanted to get it soddered before the wedding, they werent going to have a jeweler available (they had educational course that day) the day we were going to be in town so they offered to pay for us to have it done somewhere by us. This showed me that they want to do whatever they can to make their clients happy. We will be returning!
Same company but newer location. Sooo great. My rings were beautiful. Our salesman Dave Green was so helpful and professional.
Very helpful and creative. Willing to work with whatever your budget may be.
My husband and I have know Chris for years. Waterfall gives world class service, and everyone is always smiling. Great place to buy wedding rings and jewelry. The only place we ...

My husband spent months going around in secret to find the perfect ring and found it at Waterfall. It is better than anything I could have ever asked for! I loved it so much, and...
he loved the service and the quality from his searches, that we went there for our bands, too. I wanted something simple so it wouldn't over shadow the engagement ring, and he wanted something durable, and still classic looking. We've been married several months and still look at our hands excited. I love my rings and would send anyone there, too.
Wow! I don't even know where to begin raving about Waterfall. The staff goes above and beyond expectations to make you happy!!! We had a few issues with my engagement ring that was...
bought through Waterfall but from a designer out of NY. Waterfall stood behind the purchase and did what it took to make it right, even though it wasn't their issue, it was the ring designers. I HIGHLY recommend them and plan on using them for every future jewelry/watch purchase!!!
