gh again for both the engagement ring & our wedding bands. They resized the engagement ring when it was too big, and also maintain all our rings on a a regular basis. Just took our rings to get cleaned for our wedding reception this year (as we had the ceremony last year & postponed the reception to this year) and they looked amazing! They put rhodium on the white gold rings & they sparkled like they were brand new! And they turned it around very quickly too. Glenn/Glen is the best to work with, but everyone there is so friendly & helpful too! You feel like family when you walk in. Absolutely no complaints, except maybe the drive, but it’s worth it!

me. They were able to find the perfect design and alter the ring to fit the loose diamond that Shaun had picked out from Waterfall's wonderful selection. On December 18th, 2011 Shaun arranged a proposal that would sweep any girl off of her feet. We take a yearly trip to Bronners Christmas store to pick out ornaments for each other and our families. When we arrived at Bronners this year, Shaun told me he wanted to take a walk along the path of outdoor Christmas trees. I was completely oblivious to all that he had planned. As we walked along the path, we stopped to read a plaque that was commemorated to the founder of the store. As I approached the plaque I noticed a gorgeous hand painted ornament that seemed slightly out of place on the tree. Written on the bulb in white lettering were the words "will you marry me?". My first thought was, "what a sweet proposal". As I read further, the bulb read "Shaun and Misty" and was followed by the date. In complete shock, I turned and there he was on bended knee holding out the stunning ring he picked out from Waterfall. I immediately responded "YES" and the magical proposal will be a memory I cherish forever. Our wedding is scheduled for October 5, 2013 and we are so blessed to have Waterfall Jewelers to help with all of our jewelry needs!

When I wanted to get it soddered before the wedding, they werent going to have a jeweler available (they had educational course that day) the day we were going to be in town so they offered to pay for us to have it done somewhere by us. This showed me that they want to do whatever they can to make their clients happy. We will be returning!
