n and state park, and has a farm with farm-to-table foods and multiple animals. It was also all-inclusive, and included decorations, food, cake, drinks, and an option for an after party. The staff was also incredible throughout the entire process, and made the planning process painless. The communication was great and we had multiple meetings with them to ensure that everything ran smoothly. They were able to accommodate unique requests seamlessly. We mainly worked with Nic and Diane, and we loved both of them, along with everyone else who was involved in our wedding. JAM Hospitality also started as a catering service, so their food is top notch. Multiple guests said that the food was the best they had at a wedding. Good food is very important to my husband and me, and we were very impressed. Many of the guests arrived early to see the animals, walk around the ghost town and go into the small museums, while others went hiking nearby to enjoy the beautiful nature. The morning of the wedding, I arrived early with my girls to get ready in the bridal cabin, and they provided a delicious breakfast, iced coffee, champagne, and multiple other snacks. They refilled the snacks during lunch time with a large charcuterie board. The men enjoyed their groom’s area which had video games, foosball, beer, as well as charcuterie and snacks. We then were brought out to the ghost town for a first look and photos, and our entire bridal party was able to walk around and get photos in the ghost town, which was a lot of fun. There are multiple outdoor ceremony spaces which are gorgeous, and also beautiful indoor spaces. Before the ceremony, the guests received both hot and cold drinks to sip on. The cocktail hour building is gorgeous, in a room with multiple windows/garage doors that can be opened depending on weather, and of course alpacas were there to celebrate with us. Before we went into the cocktail hour, we were given our own space and a sample of all of the appetizers so that we had time to eat and breathe before joining our guests. The reception barn was also gorgeous, has a separate bar area away from the dancing, and a really cute coffee/barista space. The staff the entire day was great at communicating, and solved problems effortlessly. They even stayed on top of our parents to make sure our parents were content, and got drinks for them. The after party included a delicious outdoor pizza oven, s’mores and a fire pit, which was so much fun. If Waterloo Village is not your style, I highly recommend checking out the other venues run by JAM Hospitality. You will get the same incredible staffing, communication, and food but will be at a venue that fits your style and the ambiance you are looking for at your wedding! My wedding was the best day of my life, and a major reason for this was due to how perfect Waterloo Village was to us. I may be partial, but I think that this is the best venue overall compared to all of the weddings I have been to, and many other guests felt the same way.
