My passion for wedding planning started as a love of planning themed birthday parties as a child. I am fortunate enough to be a part of an extremely creative family who loves and supports all of my crazy ideas, including the one when I said I wanted a cow themed birthday party when I was 9. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Resort and Hospitality Management that included 3 hospitality internships. I am a problem solver who is creative, organized, and would love to help turn your vision into a reality.

Caroline is unbelievably organized and caught every little detail that I never would have thought of. On the wedding day she somehow managed to be everywhere at once. She was transitioning pieces between different ceremony and reception areas, setting up the reception space, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Because of her, we were actually able to relax and enjoy the day. I trusted her completely and knew everything was being handled. That peace of mind is priceless on your wedding day.
She did an absolutely amazing job and is so affordable for the level of service she provides. Hiring Caroline was one of the best decisions we made and I cannot recommend her enough.

was exactly what we needed and her prices were very reasonable. Caroline was always very responsive and there was never a task we asked of her that she gave us any hesitation on completing. The day of our wedding was perfect because of her. She offers service to do all set up and breakdown which I would highly recommend. It’s hard to imagine how much work is actually needed to make your vision become reality. After talking through our wedding the one item we both agreed on is we should have hired Caroline for the welcome dinner as well. You have no idea how much coordination is actually needed until you are there. You will not regret hiring Caroline she will treat you like a friend getting married and do everything to make your day perfect instead of just another client.

e day. Caroline truly saved our day. She was extremely professional while at the same time flexible, and she reminded me continually that it was our day so it should be what we wanted. On the day of, Caroline brought her own team and so beautifully decorated our wedding and coordinated all of our vendors so that my husband and I could truly “just show up”. This was the biggest relief! She even coordinated for our dog to be there for pictures! How cool. We had no idea how much work it would be, and Caroline and her team made it all happen for us. When we received our wedding pictures a few weeks later, my husband and I agreed that our wedding had looked like something out of a coastal wedding magazine, or a Pinterest board, all due to Caroline! I am forever grateful for Caroline and Waterman Events.

wedding. And we found out that we were pregnant a little after. I really got lost track of the wedding and by the time the wedding got really close I started panicking. My husband convinced me that we should hire a wedding planner, and thank god I did!
First time I talked to Caroline on the phone I definitely left like we were in good hands. She knew exactly what she was doing and it got me more excited about my wedding.
I will definitely recommend her if any of my friends decide to tie the know in Key Largo!
