The Bridal Suite offered a great place for the girls to relax and get ready before the ceremony, the Pavilion was ideal as offering the best of both worlds by still being outside at the same time offering shade and cover from the crazy Ohio weather, and last but not least the Grand Hall was breathtaking and truly an amazing space for us to make our own. rrange our entry plan to accommodate for the rain and it ended up being a beautiful ceremony. We used the Great Hall for our reception and we are still receiving compliments on how amazing it looked. It fit our modern rustic theme, and our family really enjoyed being able to see directly outside with all the windows facing the vineyard and rest of the property. Our photographers said that the venue is a photographer’s dream, because there are endless possibilities with all the scenery. We cannot say enough good things about this venue and how accommodating they were. Diane contacted our vendors to see how much space they needed, answered our emails and calls very promptly, and helped take some of the stress away along the way. We would highly recommend WE, and cannot thank them enough for making our day everything we dreamed of. Thank you!

rty. The venue was just too far from home (west side of Cleveland) and we ended up choosing somewhere in Medina county. That venue ended up not meeting zoning criteria to host receptions and thankfully we got our money back. Feeling devastated and knowing we had already booked other vendors - we now had to find the perfect venue that was available on our date. We instantly remembered falling in love with Waters Edge - it was as if God was trying to tell us this was where we needed to get married because they were available on 10/1/16!! We decided to book the Great Hall (reception), Rathskeller (Cocktail Hour), Ballroom (back up ceremony space for weather) and outdoor space by the Gazebo for the ceremony. It was right in our budget (fair) and we basically booked the entire property!! Since this time, Diane and Katie have been a GODSEND! I am currently completing an intensive post graduate residency program - with my elevated stress level, lack of sleep, and time - I'm sure I wasn't the easiest bride to work with (thank you!). We revisited the property twice before the wedding to sit down with Diane and figure out everything we needed. We brought family and LOTS of questions. We actually sat down and played with floor plans for about an hour. She even let me walk minute by minute through my day of schedule and provide advice (since I've obviously never done this before!). I sent frantic emails constantly and Diane or Katie would respond almost instantaneously. They are so kind and down to earth - they always knew how to put my mind at ease. Diane let us come in the day before the wedding and drop off all our decorations and alcohol (at that time we were able to bring in our own liquor though the site now has a liquor license). She even let us do our rehearsal later in the evening Friday after the Friday wedding was tucked away in the ballroom since our families and bridal party were all from out of town. She was extremely accommodating to our four families (divorced parents) and their needs. Unfortunately, it poured the entire week of the wedding and we were not able to get married on the grass by the gazebo. Fortunately, Diane let us switch the ballroom to the pavilion and had it power washed the morning of the wedding!! It was stunning and we were still able to have our outdoor ceremony! The day of the wedding was SO SMOOTH. Katie stayed for entire evening - much appreciated. Our day was perfect - the venue was extremely clean and stunning, it was well lit, grounds up kept, plenty of parking, air conditioned in the great hall, perfect weather and decor to match. All my guests were blown away by the venue and their experience. So many asked how I found the venue and plan to recommend it to their friends and family for future weddings!! Thank you Waters Edge for making October 1st the BEST day of our entire lives! Our Fall/Rustic Chic wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. All you brides our there - stop looking, this is it :)

wedding in a "ballroom" for her only daughter. My fiancé and I would like a rustic down home wedding. The barn had a rustic feel but elegant at the same time. Fingers crossed this place will make all happy.
