Watson's Florist of Sullivan, Mo. Is top notch in all aspects of personable, professionalism, detailed attention, and so easy to work with. The ladies and gentleman came to the venue on friday evening to begin their work of setting the tone for my wife and I to celebrate an important day in our life. Our daughter, michaella, was so pleased with the personable touch of the ladies. Everything was so balanced in the reception venue, Washington Brewry, and the church, St Peter's United Church of Christ. We were so happy with Terry's work of the floral pieces her and her team had prepared. The bouquet our daughter wanted were anemones with rose's. So gorgeous. The arrangements were so beautiful that each girl wore, the table pieces, the sprays, vases, corsages, lanterns, and greenery. Top notch work. Never once was the staff to busy to talk to us. Terri was the absolute best to hear us out. The Watson florist staff went over and beyond our expectations. We are so happy to call them our town floral shop. You could tell there was more than pride in their work. Thank you to the staff who made everything possible for a bride and her fairy tale wedding. So much personal touches made our day special with our family and friends. Thank you for being the best at what you do and keep the great work going into the future for others to enjoy as we did.

They were so hard to get a hold of, even the smallest changes to our contract took forever to be altered because they sent it via snail mail. Despite our gut feeling of cutting the contract and finding another vendor (which we should have done) our wedding venue said they would pull it off in the end even though the owner was such a space case we stuck with them. Bad decision. They gave us fake flowers when we specifically requested real flowers. They said they got three shipments in of peonies and they were all bad, funny because we never knew about the bad shipments and they made the decision without asking us. They also forged their photos for approval and took photos at specific angles to make the bouquets look bigger than what I actually received. They lied and ended up giving us a 50% reimbursement for the bouquets because of this. I would NOT recommend ever.

Watson's was very accommodating to my needs. They provided the bridesmaids and bridal bouquet. Never met with them in person but the service provide went above and beyond. We talked numerous times over the phone and via text. I provided a picture of the bouquets I wanted and they were as I imagined. As they were preparing the bouquets, they contacted me to make sure the bouquets were as planned. Absolutely love my bouquet!
