Tranquil beauty abounds in this consciously-crafted building that features copper french doors, heated concrete bench, rock walls and succulent garden patio with fish pond, providing an intimate indoor/outdoor space that comfortably seats up to 150 guests. Wave Street Studios' professional recording studio can live-stream events/weddings and its soundproof building with sprung dance floor allows guests to dance the night away with no curfew! This venue also offers an on-site bungalow for guests who want to relax the night before or have extra space and privacy

ave Street Studious to the place it is in now. I have cherished my time learning how to garden and gain countless skills at the studio. Being on the bike path the area has a very unique energy and gives me peace when I am there. It is easy to lose track of the business of life when relaxing on the heated bench while birds come to visit and sing. I love my dad and I'm very proud of him for all the joy he has been able to share at Wave Street studios.

his own contract. I had to cancel my wedding reception last December and he refused to give me the refund I was entitled to per his own contract. I finally had to go to small claims court and won a judgement against him. Yet he still refuses to pay me the $2,600 he owes me! My next course of action is to return to court to get the court to seize his assets to pay the debt he is refusing to pay. Not the sort of business I would ever consider recommending!

venue itself is beautiful and well set up to host an event. The open doors makes it easy to adjust the seating arrangement and not make it seem as if those outside on the patio have been isolated. Not to mention the location is so idea - right off the bike path and super close to everything in Cannery Row.
As a complete DIY bride, I loved the glass bar that we were able to decorate to help pull all the decor together.
In addition to being easy to work with, Wave Street Studios will also help you find a DJ and event rentals, as well as other vendors if needed. It's almost as if you're getting a little bit of wedding planning help at no extra cost! And trust me, this venue is definitely affordable compared to several other venues in the area.
We had several guests comment on how our wedding was the best wedding they'd ever been to, and the DJ commented on how long we kept the party going.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is considering it!

y owner Rhett Smith and is made almost entirely of recycled materials from the surrounding areas. It has to many great features to list, and the website photos don't do it justice. The staff is super helpful and really care about helping you have a successful event. If you are looking for a unique venue that your guests will talk about for years, go check see this one in person. LOVED IT!
