Waverly Estate

worries about clean up after the reception or scrambling the morning of between a hotel & the venue for getting ready. On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. My wedding was a dream come true, in huge part to the team at Waverly Estate.

/greenhouse type building and luckily we found Waverly Estate! Not only is the entire grounds GORGEOUS, the Waverly team is professional, easy to work with, and does business in a way I wish most people would, especially in the wedding industry. I can truly say, Waverly Estate will try to save you money unlike some other places/vendors will. You have so many options as to how you hold your ceremony. Waverly Estate works to ensure you have as easy a wedding as possible! I did not realize how having a venue with a house on the grounds for the whole weekend makes everything so much easier for the set up and clean up for the wedding. It also gave us the opportunity to spend a weekend with our closest friends and family, instead of just the wedding day. This all-inclusive venue has an AMAZING in-house caterer (Fuqua School), amazing florist & wedding designer (Hunter and Marigold), cake bakers (Confections of a Cake), DJ (Cluster Entertainment), and an amazing event coordinator, MaryJean. MaryJean really made our wedding planning easy. She was incredibly responsive with all our questions leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were on track to have everything prepped for the wedding (my husband and I did the wedding planning and didn’t hire a wedding planner) and she took care of so much on top of coordinating our wedding day! MaryJean and the Waverly team really helped to slow things down for us on our wedding day. MaryJean is so calm and chill, yet highly organized and proactive, that her demeanor would calm the family/bride (me)/etc too. My husband and I never felt rushed and we felt completely taken care of. Things like making sure we ate and bringing us food, and asking us if we needed a few more minutes for something helped so much. She was actively ensuring we were doing what we want on our wedding day. I want to go on and on about her but you may not read this whole review lol. I honestly don’t know how she coordinates every wedding and rehearsal dinner at Waverly Estate. Waverly made everything easy by booking vendors for us. We were so happy with all the vendors Waverly set us up with as part of our package (the Estate Package). The only thing we got outside of their list of vendors was a Photographer and Officiant. We got the most bang for our buck here! I’m so ecstatic to call myself a Waverly Bride :)

is a Chapel on site as a back up. Which luckily we only used for the rehearsal dinner, the grounds are beautiful and the reception area is heated which was great, because the weather turned cold. All and all. A great place, excellent service. Highly recommend ! As mother of the bride, they helped take a lot of the worry and stress off of me. Love it. ♥️😁

chedule our wedding due to Covid but Sarah took care of everything for us! From the moment we arrived to when we left we could not say anything but great things about Sarah, Colin and the rest of the staff!!

etely worry-free weekend, and everything was perfect from beginning to end because of Sarah. All of the services offered by the venue are wonderful, everyone is so professional/easy to work with, and Sarah knows how to make you feel special. Sarah is truly amazing - from making me feel comfortable and even giving me a little pep talk before heading down the aisle - she is meant for this job. If you are looking for the perfect venue to marry the love of your life, this is it! ❤️

t of damage in the area, and it completely took down the tent at the venue. Sarah and Collin were able to secure a new tent for our wedding Saturday night, and they had the venue looking spotless by the time I had gotten there on Friday afternoon. These two will work tirelessly to make sure your day goes smoothly, and you can tell that they really put a lot of time and effort into making their clients happy. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking. Thanks again guys!

nd wedding both run so smoothly. Plus, the venue is absolutely beautiful and one of a kind. Highly recommend Waverly Estate!!!

ke the best care of you and your guests. I recommend this venue x 1000! Couldn’t have imagined it being any easier or any more perfect!

always there for a listening ear or advice during my wedding planning. They both worked tremendously hard to make our big day so special from day 1. Having all the accommodations and help of Sarah and Collin really made our day less stressful and that much more enjoyable for us, our family, and bridal party!

he 1800s church, weeping willows, wooden swing, and old farm house, there are picture perfect opportunities everywhere you look. Second, the value of the property is unreal. They have EVERYTHING you need - tables, chairs, tent with concrete flooring, dance floor, lights, bridal suite with mirrors, grooms saloon, and space for you and your wedding party to crash (did I mention they make you breakfast?)! That in of it self is enough of a reason to book! However, last but not least, the true value and wonder of this venue are the owners, Sarah and Collin. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their couples. Sarah acts as your day of coordinator, which is truly a saving grace. She did MUCH more than expected, and I can't thank her enough for it. Her Husband helps her with all of the weekend accommodations, which is incredibly helpful and puts you at ease seeing their teamwork. These newlyweds have thought of everything for this venue to make it utter perfection for each couple. If I am being honest, the owners themselves are worth the price alone, without anything else the venue offers. I am telling you ladies and gentlemen, this is the place you want to say, "I do" to!
