t any point in time throughout the year and a half of planning. The resort was going to charge us to store our wedding decor for the few days leading up to the wedding since we aren’t local to the area, but Carly saved the day again and let us ship them to her house. There were issues with the BEO that the resort sent us two days before the wedding, but Carly took care of all of it so we wouldn’t have to worry about it while trying to enjoy our vacation. Both the rehearsal dinner and our wedding were beyond beautiful & she did such a good job bringing our imagination to life. It was honestly more beautiful than we dreamt it to be. She even thought about the small things like having our favorite drinks waiting for us at the end of the aisle after the ceremony. She also brought some of the food from cocktail hour for us since we were busy taking pictures during that time. After the reception, she gathered all of our decor and made sure the rented items made their way back to the vendors. Carly is also preserving my bouquet, which is so special to us. We are truly so appreciative for her & can’t imagine what our day would have been like without her! Would definitely recommend!

ng a wedding in St Augustine, without hesitation she agreed to help. During planning she was incredibly quick to respond, and I knew if I asked her something, it was done, never having to follow back up. Day of the wedding, she was a saint. Coming over to make sure all the bridesmaids and family were on time for hair/makeup, to helping coordinate our dogs in the wedding. I truly feel like she has become a friend, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, creative planner.

realized we left our table assignment board at home. Without skipping a beat, Carly did her thing and within an hour, we had a new sign. Our day was completely worry free and we were able to enjoy every moment from start to finish thanks to her professionalism, expertise and calm cool demeanor. She was so helpful during the planning process too. We followed her lead when it came to florals, lighting and dessert, and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Our guests are still raving about the cupcakes and dessert display! Carly was so much more than a vendor - she truly felt like our partner in the process and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for the same experience.

s fabulous! We honestly could not have had our wedding without her! She even made sure everything was squared away after the wedding, calling to make sure everything worked out with other vendors. Truly the whole package! Carly and Diana, thank you so much for everything, you made our day truly special and exceeded our expectations!

use she was everything we needed and also EXTREMELY fair in price! From the get go, she spoke with me and my husband over the phone, listening to our vision, and hearing our thoughts on how we wanted our wedding. Carly was incredible at finding the specific vendors for our wedding (florist, cake, makeup, hair, etc etc) and arranging their part in our ceremony/reception, as well as formulating the final schedule for our wedding. She also reached out and coordinated with our photographer and videographer (both of which were coming from out of state) to make sure they were all on the same page with the timing of everything. Carly did all the DIY things for my wedding (I’m extremely NOT creative in any sense) and made the petal toss cones, ceremony order of event pamphlet, the seating chart, creative decor items for the tables during reception and ceremony, all the chalk board signs.... she even took a few bouquet flowers at the end of the wedding night to preserve them and send them back to me! Now zoom forward to wedding day. Carly and I arranged to meet to do the rehearsal the morning of the wedding since it was a small wedding party and wouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes. Carly and I had spoken prior about how it was going to go down so we would be on the same page. She was fantastic at directing everyone and running through everything a few times so we all knew what we were supposed to be doing. That was at 8am. Then makeup and hair artist were to come at 10am when the resort was supposed to begin clearing the beach for the ceremony and reception site. Not only did the resort not start at 10am, there was a huge hole in the sand, lots of people still on the beach with no setup until about 3pm (guests were supposed to arrive at 4:30). I was extremely upset, but Carly took care of everything for me. She communicated with the event coordinator and handled everything. She set up all of the decor, coordinated with the arriving DJ, florist, and cake person. She was taking all of the things I had brought for the wedding from Orlando and manually setting every last detail up. She was incredible. I felt like I had a best friend by my side going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was done (and although the resort was sooooo behind in everything, she handled it all for me). Even when I was walking down the aisle, Carly was right there to straighten out my dress to make sure it dragged evenly. After the ceremony when we went to take family pictures, Carly brought my husband and I drinks and appetizers that were being served to our guests. She was amazing. I seriously can’t say enough that even comes close to the incredible work she did. I CANNOT imagine doing this without her!!! Anyone doing a wedding in Key Largo needs to look no further. Trust me. Get Carly. No one knows the area best then her!

d many COVID restrictions and within the vision I had for my wedding. Carly has grown up in the Keys, has worked in the Wedding and Party Planning/Catering business for as long I have know her (over 11 years), and as such, has many local suggestions that worked well within my vision and budget. She helped me with everything from making my invites, to setting up hotel discounts, party furniture/tent rentals, cake and beer/wine vendors, local hair/makeup artists, and even helped plan some of the pre/post wedding activities. The day of the wedding she help coordinate all vendors, decorate (even when one of the vendors was much later than expected to set up reception area). She helped with everything from decorating, to coordinating the servers and bartender (even when a huge storm came in and changed some of the timeline), helped set up the wedding cake and was all hands on deck my entire wedding day. Thank you for all your hard work!

ofessional, but down to earth and can hang with the girls. She managed a million things while adding personal details to every little thing that made the day that much more special. She even helped me to find a way to honor my best friend in the ceremony who passed shortly before the wedding. You might think you can plan your own wedding, but trust me, you need this girl!
