Wayne Tree Manor Banquet Center & Chapel

The venue was very convenient location wise, and had the benefit of a chapel and reception space within the same building. They were easy to work with. We could come in to make payments, ask questions, or just revisit the venue space whenever necessary, even on short notice. Accommodations needed to be made in order for our seating chart to work out for our guests and they made that process very smooth. We ordered items from the silver buffet option and received many compliments on the food, in addition to it being brought out at the scheduled time. Same goes for the late night snack! We did need about 100 extra chairs for the ceremony space and they were able to get all of that set up for us prior to the rehearsal. Our only complaints are that one of the two bartenders hired through the venue was pretty rude to our guests throughout the reception. They also had an issue with their lighting on the dance floor and weren’t able to figure out how to fix it after our DJ spoke to a few staff members. Overall, the venue was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and helped with whatever we needed to prepare for the event.

Daughter married there june 2022. Most of the staff very nice, food was good. We brought our own liquior and beer in on thursday the day before however all the beer was NOT cold. Bartendar didnt show up therefore bar was running one and half hours behind. The day of, they called me and said they couldn't get blush napkins and I would need to pick a new color. Pizza waa served too early following dinner. They were a bit unorganized for such an important day!

Avoid this banquet at all costs. They are simply money hungry and have zero regards for you or your situation during these trying times. Due to covid-19, it was not possible to have a wedding at this time even after rescheduling months later. Many times the owner reassured "we will work with you", however, there was no follow-through on their end. I lost thousands to this place and they did not do one thing for me or my wedding. There's a global pandemic and everyone is going through economic hardship, but believe me, this banquet does not care. Once you sign that contract, they will hold it over your head to the grave. If my review could even help just one couple save themselves a massive headache, that’s all I could hope for. Dealing with Wayne Tree Manor is not how any couple wants to start their new life together.

Staff were not on the same page, very money hungry. They told us we were allowed to decorate early then changed it the day before because they decided to throw another big event in the same room(to end a half an hour before ours started) that threw off our whole wedding & Vendors. I brought all sorts of decorations I wasn’t able to use because we was rushed & didn't have enough time. Linens in the chapel was dirty, food could have been better. Not worth all the money we spent! They can care less how your day goes as long as they get your money. We made the best of it but WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! You will regret it, we certainly do.
