When searching for a food caterer, we became on edge with vendors charging excessive service fees, tips (before the service was even completed), so it was such a breath of fresh air to see no service fees or untimely expectations for tips. They were swift with communication, timely, professional and of course, the food! Our guests were raving about the food! They were thorough with their set-up and clean-up. Their decor fit so well with our wildflower/rustic theme and super kind staff. We of course tipped as much as we could. Thank you, WCF!

Erin and her team did a phenomenal job catering our wedding. The setup was beautiful (bar and buffet), the staff was awesome, and the food was fantastic! Having our food truck/mobile kitchen brings another level of freshness to your guest's meals. The Wich Came First co-owners bring a combined two decades of experience in wedding catering and planning, ensuring expertise and excellent customer service. The Food Truck was opened over six years ago, providing curbside service as well as private (and sometimes remote) catering all over Washington! Additionally, couples can decide to include the food truck/mobile kitchen or leave it out entirely from their package. Service styles can range from buffet to plated meals. You choose every detail to fit. Additional services include bar packages, day-of coordination, floral arrangements, and rental organization. ers) to enjoy. The menu was cohesive, delicious and encapsulated us - just fun! A beautiful table of assorted dips, marinated beet salad, sweet singer chicken wings and our personal favorite, braised pork and mango sliders were a few dishes on our menu. The highlight of savory & sweet in the menu was a delightful play of flavors and just fun! WCF helped us plan our surprise and the ladies had all the champagne flutes ready for our big toast! We would not recommend a more personalized & thoughtful catering experience. Thank you, ladies!

Wich Came First was a fantastic company to cater to our wedding. We requested something that was not on their catering menu (baked potato bar), and they were willing to accommodate...

our request, exceeding our expectations. They offered a meal tasting beforehand, which was more than we expected, and it was just as good and beautifully presented on the day of the wedding. Our guests were able to take leftovers home, and they let us know that the leftovers were just as delicious. We received many compliments from guests about the food, the quality, and the idea and execution of the potato bar. Wich Came First also provided decorations for the buffet area and set up, and we added on someone to assist with beverages. Everything felt so professional, as if we were at a restaurant or venue that already had those facilities. Their cost was reasonable and lower than other caterers we checked with. They provided all napkins, cutlery, and cups (we opted for disposables), which were included in the total cost. We would give them a 20 out of 10! Thank you for everything!
