ion was always unnecessarily complicated as the vendor requires direct emails through her website portal but even that wasn’t anything more than a slight inconvenience. The day of the wedding, Friday, March 18, Amanda delivered the floral but failed to bring the weighted pieces to help hold down the centerpieces during the outdoor ceremony. It was incredibly windy and I regret not just putting them in the reception hall immediately. Amanda also failed to provide sample pieces, as originally promised, so the photographers had to cut out of the bouquets. She also provided no guidance on boutonnières etc and both the father of the bride and groom were without them. This was an oversight on my part but she never even responded to my email seeing if it was possible to get day of - even after the fact. Day of service was incredibly disappointing to top it all off and we will not use again. I do not recommend this vendor.

She was able to describe our perfect wedding day decor and flowers by the end of the meeting. The wedding day was even more beautiful than we had dreamed. When the week of the big day rolled around, one of the types of flowers we had chosen turned out to be of "very poor quality" at which point she texted me and included me in the decision of what to substitute and encouraged me it wouldn't change the look/ feel of the big day.
When I received my bridal bouquet, I was blown away... not only did it resemble the bouquet I had initially shown her in the planning stages, but it was even better! It was totally me and absolutely perfect!
The bridesmaids bouquets were incredible and everything else from the ceremony installments to the reception centerpieces were fabulous!

And when the cost of hydrangeas jumped - 3 weeks before my wedding - Amanda found a solution and kept my cost the same. My wedding florals were EXACTLY what I wanted. Amanda also did a great job setting up and breaking dow. Overall she is affordable, has excellent customer service skills and is amazing at what she does. I'd gladly work with her in the future!

the floral studio. I thought I scored and even recommended to another bride to be, without even going through mine first. It ended up more than what I wanted to pay once including delivery and was not as great of savings compared to others as I thought it was. We had many email exchanges, I sent in many pictures of what I was looking for and made changes. I can say she was very nice and flexible, down to earth and a very cool chic. But end of the day, that’s not what I’m paying for. I trusted my bouquets were going to look like the ones I sent in pictures, specified and trusted the florist had captured my vision so I had nothing to worry about. Day of my wedding I was in tears when I saw my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets, then didn’t even want to look at boutonnieres. I was so disappointed, they were smaller than what we talked about, the flowers seemed crusted on the ends not fresh, not the color I asked for or expected, ribbon tied around was messy and the added flare of feathers were cheap feathers not the ones specified. I would be embarrassed if this was my end result as a florist and would not leave or deliver something like this. I’m not sure where the break down was but overall I couldn’t look at them. I was so disappointed and months later that was still one of my main regrets. I kept thinking how I could have gone to central market and got my own, tied some ribbon around it and been happier paying a lot less than a surprise like this one was. I hate to give a bad review but I would hate it even more for the next bride to feel like I did. If on a budget, want to eliminate a bad surprise on your bouquet or have a small flower budget, seriously consider getting fresh flowers yourself and do it the night before with your bridesmaids.
