We Evolve Dance

ery easily. He was very accommodating. We paid for the 7 sessions which we HEAVILY recommend (or more). It gave us time to fully learn the choreography and then spend the last session going through every little sequence to perfect it. It turned out beautiful

dance moves. We can’t wait to impress our family and friends with our first dance. We also LOVED Wil. He became a friend of ours, and we will miss seeing him regularly!

e being total beginners, our dance looked great and felt effortless on the big day. We highly recommend him.

no rhythm, and a genuine fear of the dance floor. William smiled and promised we’d not only survive our first dance but shine. Spoiler: he delivered! From day one, he broke everything down into bite-sized, stress-free steps. He choreographed a romantic routine to our song that felt 100% us—elegant dips, a fun spin, and just enough flair to wow without overwhelming my beginner groom. William’s patience was endless; he celebrated every tiny victory and turned “I can’t do this” into “Wait, we look amazing!” On wedding day, our first dance was pure magic. Our family and guests lost it—cheers, tears, phones up recording every second. Multiple people told us it was the highlight of the night. If you want a first dance that feels effortless, personal, and unforgettable—book William. He doesn’t just teach steps; he builds confidence and creates moments. We’re forever grateful. 💃🕺

tire wedding party and guests. Due to Will, our dance was THE highlight of our wedding, which is amazing given that we are definitely at the beginner level. He was patient, caring, and provided phenomenal instructions to learn our dances. Will has our highest recommendation. If looking for an instructor, look no further and higher Will!

Evolve Dance / Will...following a quick, thoughtful consultation, Will expertly crafted a plan for us which included assessing our initial skills (or lack thereof), listening to our planned dance song, and created a custom choreography. Will was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout every single interaction and always felt like our biggest cheerleader. From start to finish Will guided and pushed us to achieve the best possible outcome. Recommending We Evolve Dance for anyone interested in dancing no matter the event or skill level--Will's the best!

patient, and made us feel confident and comfortable on the dance floor. Highly recommend him!

I completely forgot about the first dance until the last minute, and we scrambled to find a class. Before taking lessons with Will, neither of us had any dance experience, so we were both nervous and unsure of what to expect. From the very first class, Will’s personality, patience, and energy immediately put us at ease. His professionalism and kindness are truly unmatched. Not once did we feel rushed, judged, or discouraged, even when we struggled to get the steps right. Will broke everything down in a way that was simple, clear, and fun to learn. Each lesson built on the last, and he made sure we felt confident before moving on. By the end of our sessions, our nerves were completely gone, and we actually looked forward to dancing together. Our last class with him was bittersweet because Will had become such an important part of our wedding journey. Choosing him as our dance instructor was one of the best choices we could have made. 10/10 would recommend and we’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

n Latin dance for his wedding. I was so lucky to have found Evolve Dance — and even luckier to have Will as our instructor. My son, who had absolutely no Latin dance experience. We ended up taking four lessons total, which was the perfect amount for us. Will immediately listened to my son’s concerns about balancing this dance with his groom-and-bride dance, and he made thoughtful adjustments so that our choreography was simple, fun, and totally doable — yet still looked polished and impressive. Will explained every move clearly, always giving examples, and he tailored the dance specifically for us — even taking into account that our venue was outdoors, not a traditional smooth dance floor. His expertise really shined in arranging our steps so we looked confident and professional while still enjoying every moment. Thanks to Will, my son went from a complete novice to looking like a natural. I am beyond grateful for his patience, professionalism, and talent. I would absolutely recommend Will to anyone looking for an outstanding dance instructor, and I already know I will be hiring him again for my second son’s wedding in the future!

a set of rockstar moves. From the start, there was great chemistry with Wil. We booked him because we wanted to go a bit above and beyond a traditional dance. He was excellent at arranging everything and setting expectations. On day one, Wil got to know us, our experience, and put us at ease. Both of us had no experience doing any formal dance routine before, but Wil was able to provide clear and actionable feedback in a super manageable way. We gave Wil the song we wanted to dance to and he was able to come up with the start of the choreography right on the spot. From the first class we were already dancing and had a clear sequence to practice on our own before our next meeting. The remaining classes followed a similar pattern: we would go over the choreography from the class before to see how we were doing or where we were struggling and then Wil would introduce the next series in the routine. This enabled us to build up our skills and our confidence as we were able to really learn the various moves and have a reasonable amount of “homework” that we could work on in between classes. When we danced, Wil was so supportive and clear in his instruction on how to adjust things and it really worked! As someone who has zero dance experience, Wil was expert at communicating what I needed to do (and in a way I could understand) in order to fix my technique. He made sure we were doing everything safely as well. No backs breaking during the lifts. Wil was also great at being flexible in general. It was super easy to work with him to find time in our busy schedules that would work when scheduling our next class. We also often had specific requests (timing certain moves to a part in the song or introducing something we saw on instagram) and Wil was always willing to incorporate our feedback. In the end, we had completely nailed the choreography that Wil put together for us and we were not nervous at all on our wedding day. We completely aced it during our first dance and completely blew away our friends and family! Huge thank you to Wil for letting us achieve what we thought was out of our skillset and making our wedding so special.

week he helped us build up a beautiful choreograph for our special dance. Will was very patient, understanding, professional and made dancing a joy. After our wedding, I can happily say that I would definitely recommend Will to anyone looking to add a special moment to their big day!

d our first dance - many even said it was their favorite part. And taking dancing classes through the end of the wedding planning process gave us something wedding-related that wasn't stressful and was also a bit of a date! It was so much fun. If you're thinking about working with Will, do it! You won't regret it. Thanks Will!

o practice before the big day, but I'm looking forward to it. Highly recommend taking classes, my dad will probably continue without me! Thank you Will!

understand us as a couple and craft a dance that felt completely natural to our personalities. We are a fun and goofy pair, and rather than forcing us into a rigid, overly formal routine, Wil designed something that truly represented us—playful, engaging, and full of energy. His ability to tailor the choreography to our skill level was impressive; he never made us feel overwhelmed but still challenged us enough to improve with each lesson. One of Wil’s greatest strengths is his structured teaching approach. He breaks everything down into manageable steps, ensuring that even beginners like us could grasp the movements and build confidence along the way. He is also incredibly patient, offering guidance in a way that makes learning feel fun rather than frustrating. His engagement throughout the process made every lesson something we genuinely looked forward to. Another standout feature of Wil’s teaching is how he helps with practice outside of class. He records sets for you to take home, which was a game-changer for us. Being able to review our choreography between lessons allowed us to refine our movements and feel more prepared each week. This level of organization and thoughtfulness speaks to his dedication as an instructor. If you are looking for someone who not only teaches you dance but makes the process enjoyable, stress-free, and completely customized to your style, Wil is the perfect choice. He genuinely cares about his students and puts in the effort to make sure they feel comfortable and confident. Our wedding dance became one of the most exciting parts of our wedding planning, all thanks to Wil’s expertise and passion for what he does. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Will did a fantastic job explaining the details, both in simple and abstract concepts, allowing us to both visualize and comprehend what we were expected to perform. When we struggled to make a technique work, Will was flexible and provided us with other options that were more comfortable. He provided us with practical tips for how to practice and how to seem natural and authentic, despite being completely uncoordinated. He was also flexible in scheduling, as we are long-distance and thus required some degree of fluidity in when and how we met. Overall, Will did a fantastic job teaching us all that we needed to know, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to have a memorable dance experience at their wedding, both for themselves and for their guests!

the perfect balance between covering a lot of ground and diving deep into specific sections when we needed it. Whether it was fine-tuning our footwork or explaining the flow of a particular move, he broke down the steps in a way that made sense for our level, giving us clear, actionable feedback that really helped us improve quickly. He has a great eye for detail, making sure to plan around things like the dress height, the type of shoes we’d wear, and the venue layout. Everything he taught felt tailored to our abilities, and it helped so much in building our confidence. We always left each session with a solid understanding of what we needed to work on, and his approach made the entire process productive and enjoyable. Wil was also great about pushing us just enough to step out of our comfort zone. I wasn’t sure I could pull off the lift at first, but he made it surprisingly easy for us. When we were feeling nervous about making mistakes on the day of, his advice to “strive for proficiency, not perfection” really helped settle our nerves. On top of all that, he’s just a really nice guy. He was always friendly, kind, and a joy to work with. He remembered all the little details of our routine, even when we had long gaps between sessions. If you’re looking for a dance teacher who is not only experienced but also genuinely invested in your success, we can’t recommend Wil enough!

only was Wil professional and full of amazing tips that made all the difference, but the whole experience was just so much fun. This was one part of wedding planning that I genuinely looked forward to because it gave me and my now-husband the chance to spend quality time together as we practiced every night leading up to the big day. Our guests were blown away and kept raving about how surprised and impressed they were with our first dance. I highly recommend taking dance lessons with Wil—it’s totally worth it, and you won’t regret it.

ogether a snazzy choreography tailor-made to our skill and interests. For our first dance my wife and I wowed the crowd and received numerous cheers and roars from the crowd. Will further showed care for his craft by working with my wife to ensure her dress would not hinder her while dancing and minimized her risk of tripping over it.

hen we first met. You can tell right away how incredibly tenured he is as a dancer, and he is able to teach to any couples who are interested in learning at any level and most importantly - have fun with it. My wife & I were incredibly shy at first to learn to dance at first but Wil broke down each and every step and helped us look like experts by the end of our classes. We highly recommend Wil to lead & teach any couples who are interested in dancing - whether it’s their first dance or any style. He’s so fun to work with and you won’t regret it!

found challenging or weren’t grasping. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn how to dance for leisure or any occasion/event! 10/10!

graph our first dance (yes, we probably should have made that decision earlier). So we found Wil based on others' glowing reviews, and he quickly helped us schedule lessons for the weeks leading up to the big day. After listening to our first dance song just a few times, he immediately came up with a detailed amazing choreographed dance for the entire two minutes. Over the next few weeks, he helped us learn the intricacies of the dance (which had seemed super complicated initially), so that we felt confident and comfortable on the big day. At our wedding, we were told by many that it was the "best first dance they had ever seen!" Wil was incredible during this entire process. Super professional, always willing to answer questions, and the best instructor on how to properly perform the many moves of the dance. I would recommend Wil to anyone and everyone looking for someone to help them with their first dance (or really any dance for that matter)!

performed in. Wil created a dance that was perfectly catered to our song, ability, and the venues dance floor. Wil was super accommodating and had super clear communication with us throughout. To anyone debating on having a choregraphed first dance and their abilities. I highly recommend Wil at We Evolve Dance. The price is more than a deal for what you will get out of it. He has hands down been one of our favorite parts of the wedding planning process, each class was a highlight of our week. We have been making sure to have our photographers and videographers aware of our dance so we can have every moment caught. Thank you, Wil, for helping to create a moment that we will cherish forever!

ce is very noob friendly even for the shyest person on the world. - William definitely looks like a professional dancer to me with decades of experiences. His skill should easily be overkill for the vast majority of people's need: You just name the type of dance you want to achieve, the length of the duration and the music. William can singlehandedly come up with a plan and preliminary choreography. - The package of the lessons is pretty customizable. There's no mandatory fixed number of classes and you can adjust up and down based on your progress. (Of course there will be a recommended timeline that makes it practical) - You can also customize the drafted choreography if you want. E.g. when you see some moves online that you like or you suddenly got hit with some enlightening ideas from nowhere, William is alway there to consult and and help. As a bonus (besides the expectation to help you achieve your dance goal), William feels more like a friend than a "service provider".

songs, and four different music genres... but Wil was able to come up with the perfect dance routine. He made the entire process fun / enjoyable, and we were able to surprise our wedding guests with something they never expected. We would definitely recommend Wil for any dance related needs you might have!

irst dance. Will was great at finding moves that matched our skill level while still making us look like we knew what we were doing. He is a complete pro, and it was amazing watching him customize each part of our routine. He made us feel confident in our abilities, and put us at ease during our lessons. If you are someone who has felt shy or nervous about trying dance class, I can absolutely recommend Will. We ended up receiving so many compliments at our wedding for our dance, and we felt it was truly worth the investment.

ly recommend Wil as your first dance wedding choreographer if you want to wow the crowds

had so much fun working with him as well. He gave us the confidence that we needed and his videos for us to take home and practice were so helpful and thorough. Wil is an amazing dance instructor and most importantly a genuine person! You will not regret booking with him. Thank you again, Wil!

eography for our first dance was so much fun to learn and we were so excited to keep practicing after each lesson. It's very clear that Wil loves teaching dancing and he made us both feel like rockstars for our wedding! Our friends and family loved watching our first dance on our wedding day, we got lots of cheers for the dips and lifts and received so many compliments afterwards! We can't thank Wil enough for helping us make a beautiful memory for our special day.

s completely aligned with our vision and was able to truly bring some general ideas to life to create an amazing dance story. William took the time to get to know us and what moves we may or may not be comfortable with. He pushed and supported us to grow in practice, comfort, and overall performance. Our rehearsals were fun and uplifting (but you must practice in between to really gain the power of his knowledge and expertise). Our dance went over amazingly!! We could not more highly recommend William for any couple looking to create a beautiful dance memory.

home. Each turn and dip of the dance was tailored to our song and our abilities. He guided us through stumbling twirls until we felt comfortable, explaining his footwork at each step of the way. He is a shining example of a dance teacher and while we'd never dream of needing another wedding dance instructor we would both happily do it all over again with Will as our guide.

r dance truly shine through in his work. Wil took the time to understand our vision and seamlessly incorporated our personal style into the choreography. He was patient, encouraging, and provided excellent guidance during our rehearsals. Even those of us with two left feet felt confident and excited for our big day. Wil's professionalism and dedication ensured that our performance was flawless. If you're looking for a wedding choreographer who will exceed your expectations and create magical moments, Wil is your go-to person. Thank you, Wil, for making our special day even more memorable!

nt!

phed a dance that was appropriate for our skill level, and helped us polish it all before the wedding. He was easy to work with and extremely helpful. Cannot recommend him enough!

oice and personal abilities. I wholeheartedly recommend working with William!

nd teaching techniques. We would recommend him as a dance instructor no matter what your skill level is. Wil is very personable and good at explaining and identifying areas of improvement. He was also flexible to accommodate us with our hectic schedule and was always very responsive.

hat one move wasn't 'us' and he was willing to hear us out and adapt his choreography. We are so excited to share this dance with everyone at our wedding and know that whenever our song comes on, we will have a choreographed dance to remember along with it. It made our song that much more special in our hearts.

either one of us ever danced and he made the entire experience very easy and enjoyable. He was always on time and was very professional. Highly recommended.

. He tailors the choreography to your interest, music, experience, and skill level. We had no dance background but in 5 sessions he helped us create a dance routine that I'm excited to showcase. He provides a lot of helpful and practical tips during the sessions and overall fun person to talk to and train with. Can't really ask for a better dance instructor.

e and groom, me and my husband, and my other daughter. It was quite the task, but Will managed it with skill and patience. Will created a dance that was simple enough for all of us to learn, considering our varied levels of dance experience. He was patient, clear in his instructions, and always encouraging, making our practice sessions enjoyable and something to look forward to. The dance went really well at the wedding and was a nice addition to the celebration. It brought us a bit closer as a family and added a special touch to my daughter's big day. Will's approach to teaching and choreography made the whole process smoother than we had anticipated. For anyone looking to learn dance or wanting to add a unique element to a special event, I'd recommend reaching out to Will at We Evolve Dance. He's professional, friendly, and good at what he does. Our family appreciates the effort he put into making the dance a memorable part of the wedding.

ce was a hit. Everyone at our wedding loved it. We highly recommend Wil for anyone looking for a fantastic wedding dance instructor.

er a month before our wedding date. We didn’t have any dance experience before and he was patient, kind, and taught us a lot in each class. We had so much fun working with him. Overall, our guests loved watching our first dance! We got so many compliments on our wedding day. I highly recommend Wil to anyone! You won’t be disappointed. :)

n't stress enough how amazing Wil was to work with! He listens, tailors the sessions, makes it fun and very encouraging. I think he doesn't stress it enough but he has worked on Dancing With The Stars! Don't bother looking elsewhere. You've come to the right place and more importantly, the right person!!!! We had so many guests rave about our first dance. Thanks Wil!

he knew exactly how to teach us the moves in a way that we could understand and remember. He also made sure that our dance was tailored to our personalities and skill level. We were so happy with the way our wedding dance turned out. It was a beautiful and memorable moment, and we couldn't have done it without Will.
