They were wonderful to work with and very helpful with all my questions!

My husband is out of town and tried to surprise me at work with flowers for my birthday.... I got the arrangement and from a distance it was totally beautiful! However, when I looked up close some of the flowers were broken off and only hanging on, others were dead. (leaves curling and breaking off, and flowers browning) When my husband called the florist to let them know they told him they would refund his money and come pick up the flowers. When the delivery person picked them up she walked straight in my store, picked up the flowers, and walked out without saying a word. I got so upset and frustrated with the situation that I called the shop. The woman there justifies her employees actions by saying "she has a lot on her plate today". (as if I don't- they totally ruined my birthday)....then she goes on to say how she knows the flowers were fresh and that maybe they were bumped around while being delivered. ( I have pictures- no possible way they were fresh- they were dead when they put them into the arrangement) Considering I did nothing to harm the flowers and everything that has happened Im thinking surely they will refund the money and at least send some sort of arrangement to make up for it. No. I was wrong- they didnt care anymore about making it right than they did when they placed dead flowers in the arrangement. I wouldnt use this florist ever again and definitely wouldnt recommend you to either! I would rather pay a little more and get quality.
